Sushi King SACC mall in Shah Alam

Food was good but waiting time was sightly late.

Worst service. Waited almost 1hour for 1 meal. The food tasteless.

Very poor service. My family & I had reach there around 8.20 p.m. to have our dinner. One of the staff (guyhad told us that the shop going to close soon. I thought the shop should close at 10.00 p.m. Very bad. Im not going to go to this place anymore. Really disappointed. Actually you are not deserve even 1 star.

Terrible place to eat. Conveyor is almost empty. Waiting time for food is forever. Even drinks take a long time to arrive.

Just ok since the quality of the sushi being made here is different with the one that u can find in sushi aeon shah alam(which is better n lots of varieties)

The worse ever sushi King branch...very less choices of sushi during their bonanza hour. I waited about an hour for my food. Never seen such a terrible restaurant. Dont waste your time here

Worst ever Sushi King branches, I will never visit any Sushi King anymore.Lack of staffs to clear the table after customer leave, I saw 2-3 staffs only and they have to do multiple jobs.Waited for 40mins, There was only 4 type of sushi on the conveyor during Bonanza Promo. Sushi are awful and tasteless. You have to manual order through the tab and wait for another 20mins.Not worth it and do not waste your time.

Less choice and very bad quality of food. The worst outlet.

Very very very slow service. Rang the bell many times but the staff just ignored me. Came more than once, and every time I came, the service was slow. No improvement at all. Worst Sushi King Ive ever been to

Service is poor , food is poor. Sushi is not scuplted nicely, even the rice does not taste nice, and edamame tasted like it was last weeks dehydrated and fishy, there was a utensil place that was dirty fork and spoon was upside down in the utensil holder, service was poor, food was not served infront of the customer, it was placed at the corner of the table, maybe the workers were tired but they were walking very slowly

Very poor service. Food tastes awful, only redeeming thing is the golden egg ball. I think they should leave the meals to sukiya or sakae sushi. The green tea tastes like burnt grass water.i think they accidentally put in indian curry stock in my japamese curry too.

Late service without informing the waiting times, the staffs just pretending they didnt see the customers coming in waiting the table to be cleared up, no matter which outlet of sushi king is the service is disappointing.

Good place and foods but not for picky eater type as most of the foods are not available. Just okay.

Clean & comfortable. Not too crowded except during the bonanza. Staff also friendly and very helpful. The service is quite slow the last time i went there maybe because of staff shortage.

I order my food using Grab Platform… 1 hours to take the order. Rider said manager didn’t packed the order n just leave it at table about 20 minutes. Her excuses said busy lol manager n staff

Food is great as usual. But a lots of the menu is not available esp the matcha ice-cream. Food served take sometime probably due to not enough staff. The place is quite privacy and nice to bring family and kids.

I ordered my food via grab and I received sushi tuna that has gone bad and there’s a baby roach in my food??? I’ve even tried to call many times and I even tried to email them but no answer. So here I am writing a review. Never want to buy things from them ever again.

They tend to stop taking order at 8pm!! At the door sign says Business closed at 10pm & last order 9:30pm. I guess the staff here love to be home early.

Loved this Sushi King that has been my favorite since young. However the menu has been slightly improved and the tasty is good to eat although its not five stars. I always pack food home after my kids class in the mall. So convenient that I will look for this kind of Japanese food😁❤️

Ordered food through iPad. Along the way the iPad somehow restarted and then have to reorder again. Luckily Im a patient man 😂

As a Sushi King lover, this is the worst outlet ever. I arrived at 6.31pm and it took 25 minutes for my cup of green tea to arrive. A table right in front of the door took 41 minutes to clean up and the waiter here just ignored my request for a refill of wasabi.Well the service is horrifying but the food quality here is still great as 8 years agoWill never come here again but would still go to other Sushi King outlet tho

Fast allocation of seat upon entrance, the sushi wait however quite slow. The salmon skin I ordered did not even arrive.I was disappointed because of that. But overall, the vibe for chat and enjoying your sushi is there.

I used to love having sushi here. But lately, the service is VERY SLOW. NOTHING ON THE BELT AND STAFF NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL. NO WARM WISHES, NO SMILING FACE ESPECIALLY A GUY WHO TAKING CARE OF THE COUNTER.DISAPPOINTED ☹️☹️. PLEASE IMPROVE !

Staff friendly, and the service fast even the place quite small then others sushi king. But i love it.

Food taste better during mco. Sushi made upon order (the seaweed still crunchy). I also realise the rice bowl all the ingredient get extra compare to other branch. (More meat, more mayo, more dressing)

Late late late. Pressed the button once after 30minutes, "oh theyre preparing it". Clicked again after another 30mins "oh ill check" and another 15mins or so, nothing. I end up leaving the place. Express sushi maybe ok, but ordering the food on the menu, might as well call foodpanda. Theyre far earlier than these people.

self ordering using the ipad at the table is smooth. but the choices at the belt is very limited making me need to choose instead of grabing what i see interesting.

Quiet & calm place to enjoy your food. Wasabi wasn’t as powerful as other places/times, guess it wasn’t the freshest at that time? First time tried the scallop thing. So delicious with the sauce & biji2 merah halus tu. Love the food 🥰

Poor service. 1 waiter strt chating loudly to the cashier while she is cleaning a table. Usually customer got greeted at the door. Nvr happen to me. Sorry.. Not coming bck here again

we reach the restaurant arount 9pm, the waitress took our order but didnt pass our order to the kitchen, although theres a self service order for each table but the menu is limited . We think she just rushing to go back from work early. The restaurant also off the air con at 9.30pm. Ok, we felt the halau vibe from the staff thank you very much, just a forgettable experience

Super duper slow. The most pitiful sushi belt ever. Service slow sangat. Been seated for more than one hour. It tooks about 40minutes for a plate of nori to arrive. Other orders? Missing. They need to work on it.

The staff here need to smile more, though the Assistant Manager & one new staff, served us well, the rest need to smileeee.. 😆😆The food on the belt, are not that happy during Happy Hour..(read: less variety).Ive been to other Sushi King outlet, where they served a whole lot variety plates on the belt.Cleanliness: I think, you can do better..Location wise, the entrance quite unique, but you wont missed it as its located just next to main entrance of the mall (and next to Secret Recipe)..

Reliable and friendly staff, food-wise is standard Sushi King level. The restaurant is slightly smaller so it could be cramped / full during peak times.

Friendly and enjoying environment. Cozy place to eat sushi leisurely. Recommended.1145am I came for their beef promotion as for the beef kare it was worth the price tender & juicy as I loved. Matcha creme brule was top notch same goes to the rest of the dessert I enjoyed. A plus for service.

A japanese sushi chain restaurant, but does not serve Tuna nor Soba. How Japanese! Floors are dirty. iPads, literally the main platform to place orders, don’t even function at times. Food is average to poor. Most staff, however, are very well mannered, thank heavens for that. Very very limited food range. If you’re looking to grab a quick snack, this place would be decent. But if you’re craving for a full fledge authentic Japanese food, this is definitely not the place.

Food is good. Staff should be more customer-focused and work more efficiently and quickly. The facility shows some wear and tear that needs to be addressed because customers often associated a poorly maintained / dirty facility with commensurate food hygiene. Nonetheless, I would return due to limited sushi in this general area.

Sushi King is famous and the menu is well known. As for the premise, it is clean and well kept. The service can be slow or sometimes they wont respond to calls despite using an in house tablet to call for service when it is busy.

Disappointed that the menu items are slashed since the halal certification. Somehow certain menu items are not made like the picture. My salmon nigiri sushi is delivered late, even theres lack in variety on the kaiten. I would say I have an average experience eating here. Well, if you want to have a safer halal sushi joint to eat in, this restaurant is the next best you can get.
