The worst Sushi King outlet i’ve been to! Went there during Bonanza. Limited choices of the menu. Pukul 1 salmon piri-piri dh OOS katenye. Come on la baru pukul 1 kot. On the very first day plk tu! To make matter worse, the raw salmon that we ordered was not fresh at all. We could taste the smelly taste upon the first bite. The only positive thing during our visit is the staff are all professional thus the two stars. Otherwise no star at all!

Overall acceptable. Needs to improve in manpower. They work hard but lack of staff, so service a bit down.

Only the gyoza is wonderful. Service attitude is good however the choices were limited and poor quality of food. Not recommended.

The classic cheaper sushis (egg mayo, gooden ball, etc.are not readily available at the sushi belt, need to be ordered. Only have a few sushi choices from RM5.30 & RM6.36 range are readily available on the sushi belt.Otherwise, food prepared are generally ok and on par with other Sushi King branches.One incident where I won a free drink (hoji cha floatbut no available stock, keen to exchange for something equal in price but was only allowed by the waiter (after confirming with a lady, senior or manager i guessto replace with a cheaper beverage.
Lack of manpower during hour to serve customer.. The digital ordering system cannot be used.. The iPad/tablet is useless.. Need to improve on that..

Poor service. Many menu unavailable. Staff blur blur sotong.Ordered Salmon Steak. Not available. Staff decided to order Yakiniku Set for me without knowing. Ordered Smoked Duck sushi but never arrived. That Yakiniku which the staff kindly ordered for me never arrived but charged in bill.Something wrong with this outlet.
Fail service due to not serve who come first. The prioritize who has most guest. I come with my sister, 2 person and in front of me a couple that line up. But they serve the people behind us first with no exact explanation. Food service not on par with other outlet i had went to. For example, chawamushi supposedly serve at warm but i got it cold. Same goes for chuka lidako i was serve cold as it was out of fridge. My mood just got spoiled.
Standard Sushi King experience. Clean, fast, tasty. Boleh lah lepas kan rindu sushi. Come during lunch and youll get a nice discount. Sushi Bonanza pun sooo best!

Not meeting my expectations. The place is tiny and making it easily crowded.Service is totally out, in other words, haywire. Making customers to wait like 20 minutes just to pay the bills, like seriously? Please take notes and do some improvement on these matters. People will not complaining if everythings going smooth, we do have A LOT other things to do.Sushi taste is okay, not that good but not that bad. Please dont come during bonanza time if youre craving for other food besides sushi. Because im a first timer here, so i have no clue at all. Theyre not bother to inform me as well.Sorry no photos because my mood at that time like really really ke laut dalam LOL.
Great place to go when you have the cravings for Japanese food especially sushi. Friendly staff and plenty of parking space.

Food is okay. Service from before is same. Quite slow. Last time male waiters were rude. Never came on time and mocking customer that press bell multiple times while laughing. Didnt see them now. Waiter this time is okay. But the tablet on table for order is off so i have to set up them to order😅 didnt notify me 2 of 3 menu wasnt available, waited 20 min after finished eating, called waiter twice. 1st one only said to wait and go without explaining. Finally asked to bill the 2nd one told me 2 of them sold out. Luckily none of them are rude. Overall, is okay

Staff was very not friendly and dont know how to treat customers..the food is okay though..not recommended..better just use food panda then dine in so u dont have to look of this place unprofessional staff.
The food is standard across most Sushi King so taste-wise, yr experience is pretty much secured.Where this place particularly excels at is its dismal and bad service. Slow staff, rare decency to just smile to customers even regular ones, constant missing or incorrect orders on Grab (personally experienced this more than 4 times).Its almost guaranteed that youll get no joy out of seeing the staffs exasperated, almost annoyed faces whenever they have to wait on you (and theyre supposed to be waiters/its in the title of your job people). Sometimes youll have to let out a heavy sigh and summon the courage to call the waitresses because theyre either going to ignore you for a while or attend to your requests with frowny foreheads.This place is only lucky enough to survive still cz its the only Sushi King joint in town. In sum, the manager/owner really have to reeducate and retrain the staff members on basic service attendant skills.

Waiting time almost 30 mins when there is so many empty seats. Recommended to close this outlet. Sushi King Quality team need to investigate and take action. This is the only outlet available in Terengganu. Avoid this place when you are hungry, angry, and feeling grumpy. Alternative sushi also ada inside utc..
Service slow at peak hours or at normal hours.Not much choices on the menu.Came for 2 days in a row but the quality of the vegetables (carrot and cabbagesnot so fresh.
Understaff, bad services, the tab to order arent prepared beforehand, no soy sauce at personal table, no ice green tea available, orders taking too long to prepared.
Have eaten there a few times.. The service was just so so.. Not the best.. Should improve on the food quality and waiting time.. Some food like salmon skin was overcooked when i had them during Rm3 promo.. Thats the worst salmon skin i had.. Can hardly chew on the...
Atrociously bad hospitality.. Please train your staffs on how to manage customers..worse than a road side stall. I would rather pay to get served anywhere else than this place.. This is not my first time here.. And all of my experiences are still very very bad..
Excellent Japanese restaurant fast food for hungry people
I thought i can eat peacefully here as i feel some sort of rushing from the staff..i wanted to add on a sushi then a staff said that they want to close order like its still early around 8.30pm..the environment that night makes me the need to eat in hurry and cant enjoy my meals the way i wanted..i suggest you go during the day..
Super bad service esp during bonanza. We keep pressing the call button and raising up our hands but once they came theyll be repeating the same phrase well get back to you later. Wasted my time.
This is the only one Sushi King outlet in Terengganu for now. As a reminder for all Sushi King lovers, if you plan to eat sushi at night here, please be there BEFORE 9 PM as the staff wont accept any customer to dine in after that. I want to rate two stars for the service hour, somehow I add another star because it is Sushi, I love Sushi anyway.
Waited 47 minutes today for sushi favorite. Had asked the waitress a couple of times to check. Only to be told by the kitchen staff, rhey had not even prepared it... We had driven from Dungun to dine there. What a Big, Big dissapointment.
Surprisingly this branch does not meet the standard of Sushi King. There was no staff to welcome us, and we had to find our seat on our own. Never faced this kind of bad experience in other Sushi King branches. This is not how a Japanese-style shop run their business.
Here are the reasons of giving just 1 star (I would give even 0 star if theres an option:-1. Terrible services.Waited for so long to be served, the staffs are not alert at all, they can even chitchat with each others without doning their jobs.2. Bad ventilation.Air-con are functioning but cant even feel the coldness, I feel stuffy and sweat while feasting.3. Low quality of food.The food variety is less but still not fresh. The soup is too salty. The rice has no flavor. The cucumber taste rotten. Food portion is small.4. Environment is not hygienic.Flies everywhere. Chopsticks provided are dirty. Floor is not cleaned, food waste scattered around on floor and seat.Im local and already visited here for several times, not even once is satisfied, Im writing a bad review for hoping this restaurant can replenish their insufficient and get better in the future. well.. it is better than any other sushi king o ve eaten., because their services., even when things are really busy even the manager will actually do your order., they dont kid around with customer satisfaction! highly recommended
Read quite a lot of bad reviews decided to come and try it out myself. I’ve been to many SK outlets and this one truly disappointing. Nevermind the limited choice of items on the tray belt (you can order them from the menubut most of the items I ordered was just bad. The nigiri sushi was cold as it was coming out from refrigerator and not fresh at all. The management really need to amp out their QC
1 of the staff is not friendly,name Sudira. Sorry need to mention her name, not smiling at all even when to pay the order.Need to call several time n ask for drink. Pls, need a lot of improvement. Customer pay for the service u provided.tqvm
Insufficient manning. Air circulation is bad and it was hot in there. Not much variation of sushi offered. One of the staff is not friendly. Not smiling and taking order in unpleasant manner. Child highchair was all dirty and left uncleaned. Need a lot of improvement
The only sushi outlet in Terengganu. Staff are very friendly. And the sushi are great. But the variety of sushi are not much. They only have the typical like sashimi. Unlike SK in KL. But it was okay. U still can eat sushi 🍣
They call them self the sushi king but they have a small assortment. On the spinning table not much variation and they onely have salmon sashimi. Really disappointed when i god it. It was really thin sliced and a small portion for 18 rm. When I asked for different sashimi, they didnt had it. I had fried egg with crab surimi, wich was mostly dough. The fried squid was was to deep fries so you couldnt taste the squid anymore. God also mayonaise with it, what I dont understand. Definitel have had better sushi/ sashimi.
This Sushi King outlet is well located with adequate seating area. Members days are of course going to have queue and packed. But the food consistent in quality. Good for the price range.
Overall Ok .. but Friday will have alot of people .. service will be slower and theres no much choice in Kuala Terengganu

Bad experience, been overcharged when rm3.18 Bonanza. Argue with cashier he said they do have different price tag for certain item,which not par with their ad. Contact the sushi king page for further confirmation they just ignore. For those visit there in bonanza period, pls do double check your receipt after make payment.
As it is with other Sushi King outlets, this outlet in Kuala Terengganu also offers a good dining atmosphere. The staffs are friendly and quite accommodating to customers request.
