Shoyu Ramen with overcooked egg. Menu showing onsen egg instead. Noodle taste also a bit off.
Food is okay, but used to be better. I would like to comment about cleanliness! Cleanliness! Cleanliness!! Staffs are very clumsy, food presentation out!! How come you can serve a bowl with dirty burnt charcoal??! And its on my shirt now!! Tell me how are you gonna compensate with this!
Terrible. You have pests on the dining table and no apology. When complaint about cockroaches running on the table when I moved the black box (where they keep the chopsticks), the cashier just said "nanti saya double check". I showed the picture but the cashier chose to ignore my complaints. What the heck!
Poor hygiene.Oily cutlery.Somehow the tray has been reuse multiple times, oily stains at the handles, even small bug crawled out under the paper. 🥲The udon tastes fine however.
Even though Sushi Kings menu is the same from one outlet to another, this outlet have its special taste..nagoya noodles is way tastier here than anywhere else i have tasted... excellent
The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because the Asst Manager was super helpful.I have gone to multiple SK. Gotta say this is the first time it is that bad.
So dissapointed with the food served here, soggy tempura, burnt shishamo,poor looking sushi. It’s weekdays and not many customers, very poor quality
Order came extremely late. Inattentive waiters and waitress. Ordered status was stated “Prepared” but the food not here. Asked the waiter, he just asked me to take from the conveyor belt even though the sushi I want is not there. Deep fried dishes are served cold. There’s baby cockroach on the table
One of the worst restaurant ive been to. Nobody clean up the floor when there are food waste dropped on the floor. I have to tip toed my way to the table. The food looks pale as if it was yesterdays. Also the staff dont care to rearrange food that were messed up on the conveyor and the foods are not covered properly. Ive seen other branch with less staffs and more customers but more hygienic.
The place was packed during lunchtime with customers as there was a RM3 bonanza promotion for members only. The conveyor belt was running at maximum load. Although there was no bento sets or meals that we could order as per usual, the variety on offer kept us happy. Sadly, we were limited to 45 minutes only.
Came for bonanza, there are no variety of sushi like shown in the phamplet. We sit there for 1 hour 30 minutes, same sushi over and over and most of sushi space are empty
U shouldnt do bonanza if there is no food.i come early for dinner.no food and cannot order.better me go buy at aeon .much more choices!
went in to enjoy the meal bonanza today. very dissapointed with the service .waited more than an hour to enjoy the salmon sushi none came! the belt variety was limited to 4-5 options of sushi of non-meat variety. Why? when asked cashier says lack of staff. why promote when you lack basic preparation.
Food was okay.But compared to previous experience, should hv been better.A lot has been cost down i guess..Even presentation of the food.Staff was not attentive. I waited to be greeted and show my seat, but the waiter didnt even look on me waiting on their doorstep.I just walked in .I asked the cashier (when paying bills), she said 4 crew in kitchen, 2 crew in the floor acting as server/cleaner and cashier.Seems they are tired (looks on their face wishing that more crews shud be working..but i guess they are out of staff)I-sentral sushi king outlet is a lot worser in serving customers.I think all sushi king outlet has runnin out of staff.But as a fan of sushi king i try to enjoy my food.Heyyya crews..Youve work hard..but customers are hard to please..Have patience everybody..
Ive been to a lot of Sushi King outlets and this one is by far the worst of them all.The food selection was dull and limited.This is my second visit in a few months, and there is still a lack of options and no improvement.

Ordered donburi for lunch. Tendon, yakiniku & chicken katsu don.....the prawn, chicken tempura wasnt fresh....lukewarm, not crunchy, thick & hard like it had been fried & kept for some time.The worst part was the rice of yakiniku don was watery at the bottom of bowl....maybe due to the frozen yakiniku?? Dipanaskan dlm microwave oven ?? And again it was "suam2".....Miso soup pun sama......suam & boleh rasa instant paste😐Sushi on the conveyer banyak tapi macam dah lama....especially those with mayonnaise...(eg tuna mayo)Please take immediate action for improvement......🙏
seems like they have upgraded the space and become bigger, but somehow the menu choice become smaller.. never want to go there again..
Super bad and slow service. The leader ignore customers waiting outside line up for more than 20mins. No eye contact or come to tell all of us wait a moment instead just doing what she likes. Remember without customers workers don’t have job. Sushi King better improve. First and last time for Aeon Shah Alam outlet.
Didnt try it, was freaking when I saw the queue....that was long!!! All ladies of putrajaya were sooo crazy about sushi
Service too poor. Called the staff for plate count, end up that staff just ignored me and the supervisor had to move from payment counter to the table i sit to do plat count. Disappointed
This is the nearest Sushi King outlet to my house and it is certainly not the best.Ive been here plenty of time during mostly during Bonanza and the experience was not pleasant, each time.I try to give this outlet the benefit of a doubt but they did not improve their service during the two years I am hete.They are obviously understaffed as the service is very slow and inefficient. You are more likely have to wait for a sushi instead of having one most of the time because they always ran out of Sushi.Not recommended. Try to check out the outlet in Central I-City instead.
Come in for bonanza for two times already. Tak banyak sushi atas conveyor. Nak order takleh. Compared to before pkp, banyak je choice atas conveyor masa bonanza
Cleanliness of the restaurant is okay. Service here is quick and staff are very attentive. The food quality was okay. Food was served at a quick pace. Sushi selection on the sushi belt is pretty limited. Minus one star cause the baby chair that was given to us was not wiped properly.
Had sushi at aeon shah alam last night and it was an awful experience. Me and my boyfriend went there bcs we craved sushi so much but unfortunately, the foods that we ordered was really disappointing especially the bento menu. They gave me only the skin salmon when it should be the meat and the worst part is the salmon and the chicken was like a rock. Very hard. Not only that, they doesnt have a variety choices of sushi as well. This was our very first time we had a very bad experience eating Sushi King. Their food wasnt fresh at all. Very upsetting. Wasted my RM70 for something isnt worth.
Limited selection during bonanza event.Its understandable cuz i came by at the peak hours. Have yet to try during normal hours.
THIS IS WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I RECEIVED A LUKEWARM BENTO. THE YAKINIKU BEEF IS FREAKING TASTELESS AND DIDNT TASTE FRIED AT ALL!!! THE EBI FRY WERENT CRUNCHY SINCE THEY WERE COOL DOWN. I KNOW YOU ARE OPTING FOR AUTO-SERVICE BUT THE HELL TO GET BEVERAGE ALSO TAKE LONG TIME MEH?! I THINK THIS WOULD BE THE LAST I COME HERE. NOT UNTIL YALL FIX YOUR SERVICE!

Bad service. Impolite staff including the manager. Had to ask manually (the service call on the ipad is just for show I guessseveral times just to get our drinks. And it is just a freaking green tea. And when I want to make the payment, still had to wait for the manager to check the table, that as well took a very long time and didn’t even say sorry for waiting. Not worth paying 10% service charge
Service is so bad. Reason given is man shortage. I even have to shout to pay , after waiting for more than 5minutes in cashier when no one can be seen working in the floor until I shout , then someone run from behind the curtain and settle my bill. The food is gross! I mean sushi king we cant expected much .. but try it urself .. it doesnt even worth a star.

Service is very slow. When we asked for sashimi, the waiter said sashimi is finished. Then when we double checked during payment, the cashier said sashimi is yet to be cut. I will call the manager to pursue the complaint. Before MCO the service is very good and i am the regular customer of the sushi king felt so disappointed with the service now days. Please improve and develop your staff to ensure the service is back like before mco. Thank you.
It has been a very long time since I ate at Sushi King. I feel that the choices available on the conveyer is not that many. The bento that we ordered also took very long to reach our table. Not sure why, but I dont recommend this outlet, even though the service from the staff was ok. We were starving when we walk into the restaurant...
Just left because I have lost my appetite after waiting my ordered meal to come. I got half of my order but not the other half although it was ordered together in one go. After about an hour, called one of the staff and was told that the half of my order is not in as their system is down. Im sure there should be more logical way to tackle the problem such as asking the customer whether were waiting for something instead of assuming that a customer would know that when your tab loses the connection it means the system is down and customers order will be not registered or we are purposely waiting for nothing. Ive also agreed to be seated at the side table but I didnt expect that the table was not properly cleaned as I find bit of food residue and spots of droplets on the table. I put these away as I dont want to spoil my evening and yet you somehow managed to make it the most annoying experience Ive ever experienced.
My miso soup has 3 pieces of fried(?tofu and UNMIXED miso paste in the soup. Disgusting.
The service is usually good but definitely not during bonanza. Waited for an hour for something thats "out of stock" and yet none of the servers care to ask the kitchen staffs. Only 1 lady server which is very attentive and kindly asked for me
The staff were treating people as if they dont exist, there were 8 people queueing behind us and there was this woman that did not even bother to ask us to wait or anything. We stood for 10 minutes while people left the restaurant leaving more seats available as no one was attending the queue. There were soooooooo many seats available as well, enough for all the people queueing up. I went in for 3 seconds, tried to talk about what is available in the menu and lost my appetite right there and then when the staff(the womandid not even bother to answer and just showed us to leave when we discuss about how the item that we want is not available. What a way to treat anyone, really, thats below minimum for f&b service.
Im sorry to say that I had terrible EXPERIENCESSSS eating here. The kitchen made too much noise I cant even talk to the person in front of me. Theyre throwing the plates inside the sink & did that casually and always. OMG at least coever the kitchen part and make your noise for your own ears.
I choose bento since its the first time eating at Sushi King. I hope that theres someone showed me about how and what to do even whats the best there. As a first timer, Im gladly ask you to bring someone that able to assist you okay.
Service was very very bad. Their staffs deliberately ignore the customers who is waiting to be seated and left unattended when they really saw us standing (this happened every single visitthat we had to reach out to them although they refused to respond to us. They even did not allow 2 adults 1 child to be seated in 1 table when there was clearly a table of 3 adults right next to us. Please be fair and square. If the manager is good, their staffs will have a sense of responsibility to serve the customer.
The most slowest Sushi king outlet there is in klang valley. Very bad service. Im soo disappointed. Hope the management see this and do something about it. Sushi king at KL that have 10x as many customer can serve faster.
At first asking for reservations, cannot b made n need to come early the staff said. . but when we came at 6.10pm, sunddenly at 6.36pm another staff came and asking where there we come for break fast or not? what!!? "and if yes you may need to line up outside".. supervisior said.. end of the story we expelled, just like that..moral of story.. staff n supervisor have no conversation, service damn bad.. Please dont be like typical people, work slave just for money.. bad communication, bad service looks morons too.. never come back here again until new staff replaced... boooooo 👎🏼👎🏼
Quality have drastically gone down with most Sushi King outlets. But I guess theyre doing it to reduce cost to keep prices low, which is acceptable. But to wait for 30 mins and only be served cold tempura items is not acceptable!! Japanese foods are always synonymous with Freshness!! And theyre slowly slipping away in this department..Cleanliness as well, not at par with the expectations of most Japanese food outlets. However, Staffs are always busy but still able to throw a smile, and very courteous as well.
Food is fresh and the environment is cozy. Great place to gather with friends.
Went during Bonanza but nice place with lots of table. I didnt not have to wait long for my seat.

Nice food and choices. Good services and a great place for friend and family. Using the touch screen tab for ordering. For those want to break fasting, need to order and pay first to book the table. Fast services and thank you for their excellent treatment. Will definitely come again.
Sticky table.Ordered deep fried tempura satey chicken, waited quite long to prepare but then received it cold and stale.Over fried squid and hard.Food is okey. As expected from a sushi king.
Hygiene is tip top. Price is affordable. Not really crowded. I love this place so much. Friendly waiter and they also speak some. JAPANESE language. I will come again. If you are looking forward to organise a dinner or birthday party, this is the best place in town. I will recommend this place to all the people
The service sooooooooo slow! All the sushi on the moving counter so freezing cold! I order something so ill get the fresh one, instead they gave me the one on the counter. The place is not that crowded but the staff moved so slowly and not friendly too.
