I saw only one JAPANESE food serving restaurant in VARANASI and it was superb taste and great ambiance. Hope visit soon.

Manojji is a really great cook and also great host. He is always in a happy mood and very kind. He has really good Indian food but also tasty sushi. I also really liked the Tea and the feeling in this restaurant. When I come back to varanasi I will first come and eat here.

Cafe is really nice with good ambiance, Mr Manoj has always been supportive and enjoys the food which has been requested; personally, I had a good time and food at the cafe.

This restaurant is fairly highly rated, and every bone in my body warned me to flee far from a ‘sushi restaurant’ in the ancient Indian city of Varanasi. But I was wrong.Everything we tried was tasty and fairly close in flavor & texture to dishes I’ve eaten in Tokyo & Kyoto. The Chicken Kara-age was moist with a nice breading, served with mayonnaise & shredded radish. The Ebi Tempera tastes of fresh, sweet shrimp with a crisp tempura coat, served with a tasty dipping sauce. The mixed veggie tempura was also quite tasty. I finished with a Miso Butter Ramen. The broth was a bit under-spiced, but sprang to life when I added a splash of soy.When we visited yesterday I ordered Hiya-Shi Chaka Ramen, a chilled ramen salad. It was refreshing, tasty, and filling. My friend ordered the Miso Ramen. He enjoyed the broth but found it too strong for his Thai tastes.

When I was with my friend in India, at the end we were full of Indian food 😄 Then sushi came!And it was really amazing sushi!For sure best tempura I’ve ever ate.Highly recommended!

Bhaiya Vinod (chef and ownerserved us very nice butter and tikka masala chicken. Lived in India for few years and his chai is one of the top 5 i ever tried.

Ate at their cafe on the rooftop of Wander Station Hostel and the food and drinks were very good. The owner is really friendly. It’s good to have small bills when going because they don’t have much change.

I stopped at sushi cafe two times (for breakfast and dinner). The staff was very friendly and helped me select some items from the menu which could be made vegan. They serve a mix of Indian, Korean, Japanese, Chinese and western dishes.The taste of the food was ok but not excellent. The quality was good and the café itself was clean. I would probably have lunch or dinner again if I ever stayed again in Varanasi.

The food is delicious, serving everything you can possibly imagine! The English Tea was a personal highlight, but the staff are hilarious and the view is incredible - amazing value for money.

Its a hidden gem, good food and an excellent host Manoj. He is someone you should definitely meet.

Really friendly atmosphere with a super chilled environment. The chef is specially trained from Japan. Since I am in Benaras, I have been sticking to being vegetarian and would you imagine? He actually made veg sushi that I had never heard of but it turned out to be something really fabulous. Kudos and all the best to this enterprising joint😃

Tried chicken Thupka is was tempting, will try more cuisines like korean Israeli.The chef is very polite and talented and know every cusine from scrap.

Loads of different cuisines and dishes to choose from (including Japanese, Chinese, Korean and Indian). It’s freshly cooked to order and reasonably priced.We had breakfast here a few times - the banana porridge is lovely and you get a big mug of tea!The staff are really friendly - would definitely recommend a visit!

Such a great restaurant. Although I normally try new restaurants, I’ve eaten here 3 times in the last two days because the food is so consistently good and the staff so friendly. I’ve had Indian, Japanese and Korean. All dishes were excellent.

Must try restaurant, tastiest food in banaras. Expert in all the cuisine. We stay for 3 days and try almost everything. But here we find satisfaction.

The food here has authentic taste and comes at a very reasonable price. Chef Manoj is a wonderful chef and a great human as well. He is more than just being talented; I told him that I am a vegan and he customised the recipe for me without compromising on the taste. My partner tried his non vegetarian dishes and he was in awe with all of them. We enjoyed and totally loved your dishes, Manoj. Some images of the many dishes we had.

In an unlikely corner of Varanasi, this high quality japanese restaurant is a pleasant surprise. Also for people who shy away from east asian cuisine being vegetarian, there are some decent vegetarian options as well

The staff were friendly and all spoke excellent English, The menu was great, with so much variety. We ordered from the Japanese menu and the food was authentic and delicious. Will definitely go back

The best korean and Javanese food in Varanasi. Also Mr. Manoj is super friendly. Do try their Gyoza and sushi without fail.

Had ordered the following for breakfast:1. Cold coffee - tasted fine2. Paneer Paratha - had requested Mr. Manoj Yadav to avoid using Coriander and onions in the paratha. He did make sure that the flavour of the paratha wasnt comprised with and made sure that it was serves on time.3. MaggieHad ordered the following for dinner:1. Veg noodles (could have been less oily. But Im sure Had I requested him to use less oil, he would have prepared the same, keeping the need of the customer in mind).2. Paneer chilly- same review.For me, Paneer Paratha was delectable and my friends had enjoyed Aloo Paratha (with onions and coriander).The best part of the whole experience was the fact that Mr. Manoj was very hospitable.4 starts for the food and 1 extra for the way he treated us. Way to go Manoj!

This place is shifted to a place which is a little ahead of the original location. The location is amidst the old alleyways of Benares. They serve variety of delicious food. “Manoj”, who is the owner and also the head chef is very friendly and helpful. We visited this place regularly during our time in Varanasi and were never disappointed. Some of the dishes we tried were Chicken Biryani,Chicken Monchow soup, Roast chicken, chicken curry with chapati, Paneer paratha, Chicken thumps,Mushroom Thukpa,Veg tempura Shushi, Lemon tea. The portions are generously sized. We highly recommend that you visit this homely place. “Chotu”, the person who help Manoj in all the work is also friendly and always smiling. Amongst all the things, we will remember this place from our trip in Varanasi.

I was so amazed wid the taste they make!! Specially that Israeli dish - Shakshuka Lafa chips salad and Chilli Paneer.. it was so delicious and the owner here Manoj is so friendly!!! Fully recommended guys

We went on 2019 December. This place is situated in a crowded lane and have space stringicy also. But when you try their Japanese or Korean dishes, you will feel the authenticity of it..We tried 3 different chicken Ramens, 2 Chicken starters..Every items were very delicious. Those are full of flavours, has the authenticity. Not too much spices, not too much show off. Every items were well presented and so it was a fantastic dinner..I highly recommend this place. this is a fine place to have food and coffee and sit at the street cornee watching over the bustling lane to and from the ghat.great food. all of it. loved a mashed egg sandwich they made me with ny coffee.a highky recommended place to make your canteen if you are staying in a hostel nearby.sweet spot for street photography.great people to host.

Omg ♥️ four nights in a row we ate dinner here. The sushi was great. The chicken bibimbap was so delicious. Also the things that look like Momos are so great. Very reasonable prices as well. Im from USA and nothing upset my stomach.

Non veg restaurant with extensive international options. Just don’t recommend the mango lassi, made out of mango syrup. Working on the road? They have WiFi, plug ins and comfortable enough seats and tables. Prices are affordable.

Totally recommended. The food is incredibly tasty, the owner is welcoming. I was coming back here again and again. Teriyaki chicken its fantastic. And they serve everything with such a great taste and design!
