We stood at the Airbnb adjacent to this home. We were not informed prior to our honeymoon that the surfers house was completely under renovation. We checked in Monday and were woken up daily at 7:00 a.m. to power tools and worker chatter. We did not get to enjoy our Airbnb until after 3:00 p.m. daily nor did we get to sleep in. The workers were very respectful and definitely did great work on the surfer house but it would have been nice to know this in advance.

Llamé para verificar disponibilidad y reservé, porque me encontraba a una hora del lugar tarde un poco por el tráfico pero cuando llegué estaba cerrado y nadie me contestó el teléfono y eran apenas las 10:00 pm, el empleado dijo llamarse José Luis

The owner renovated the 6 apartment building, and lives in one. He is friendly and helpful, and the place is very very nice, as are the neighbors. The sand beach is across the street, beautiful and quiet, very safe. There is a grocery store a few minutes drive away and plenty of room to cook, pots and pans and even some basic spices and staples. I highly recommend it!
