Very nice place. Room was comfy and in a quiet location. Amenities were plentiful, depending on what you need. As long as you clean up things you use, should be no issues. I enjoyed the stay and would stay again if vacationing in the area.

Very cute, cozy, and well-maintained motel. I love that it has the feel and convenience of an old-school motel, but its remodeled and impeccably clean. Its also reasonably priced! It has all the comforts of home; our room had a very comfy king-sized bed, microwave, fridge, dishes, TV, and small table and chairs.It also had a nice-sized bathtub that unfortunately I didnt get a chance to enjoy due to time constraints. I hope to come back sometime! Note that you can only book through the AirBnb site or app. 10/10 - highly recommended!!

This is a hidden gem. Super clean and quiet. All modern with very nice sheets. It is a great place right by the water. We would stay again and again. Dont miss a chance to stay here. Close to perfect and if I had to find an objective flaw it would be the quality of towels but really a minor thing considering how much we loved it.

1st timer with AirBnB and I loved EVERY part of it especially not having to deal with anyone checking in or checking out. Its like staying at friends house with them out of town!! Ill never reserve a hotel unless i need certain amenities again!

This room was just as advertised on their website. Although it was small, it had all the features needed for an extended stay. Toaster oven, refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. The room was clean.

Was a little nervous about booking a "motel". This place completely beat any expectations I had. In fact, It was much nicer than staying at a corporate hotel the weekend before in Duluth. Free WiFi, tv, sink, CLEAN bathroom with shower, fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee, and love seat. Easy to "check in" as the code is simply sent to you prior, excluding any personal interaction with a staff member. Highly recommended

Super clean, good location, reasonable

My sister and I stayed here for our weekend trip to the Duluth/Superior area. Rooms were hard to come by -- or seemed to be way over-priced so we gave this place a shot. Newly renovated. Had a coffee maker, fridge, sink, toaster oven and even a few board games. It was quiet even though the road its on is fairly busy. I hate to give this place a good review because itll be sold out next time I want to use it. I will definitely stay again!

I usually avoid motels but I took a chance with Superior Bay Boutique and was I surprised! Although the exterior may look modest, the interior is very cozy and has everything youd need, including WiFi and a Netflix-enabled TV (login required of course). There is no physical interaction with the staff as all formalities and communication are done through AirBnB (recommend to get the app on your phone beforehand). Check-in is through keypad (code sent through in-app instructionsand you simply message the owner when you have checked-out. The linen, bathroom, and towels were clean. Along with an exhaust, there is a physical vent you can slide open in the bathroom that I prefer. What I really appreciated was the info booklet in the room that listed all the restaurants and marked the ones that deliver! A microwave, fridge, glasses and plates are provided. The location is great - close to Duluth airport and by the main roads. There is a grocery mart 5 mins down the road. Waking up to be greeted by a rising sun was really cool!

Our stay at Superior Bay Boutique Motel was great! The room was the perfect size, very cute and cozy. They provided so many useful amenities (wine glasses, mugs, silverware, cutting board/knife, etcit would be great for a multi-night stay too.

Super cute place to stay. It is beautifully decorated and cozy. They had the heaters on for us when we arrived since it was the middle of October. Everything was very clean. They had coffee and tea and even left mints for us in the fridge. The bed was very comfy. The living area and the bedroom both have TVs.

The motel/Airbnb was a wonderful place to stay! Clean, cozy and had all the amenities we could ever need. The main point of our trip to Duluth was to go hike around Gooseberry Falls. So the little bit of time we spent in the room, made sense to spend money on a small space compared to an expensive hotel room. The hosts were easy to contact and quick to respond and the best part was it was QUIET! Definitely will be returning and utilizing this great little find!

Quiet, quaint little place to stay. Location is perfect.. far enough away from all the hub-hub to get some zs, but also close enough to local events and attractions to have some fun. Modern look and basic amenities. Overall, a great place to stay!

The motel/Air B&B was great. The room was super clean and had a bunch of little amenities that were very useful like the kitchen set! The location was nice and easy to find because it was right off the main road a bit and near a recognizable land mark. The Internet, bed, and amenities were great. The only complains I would have are the lack of blackout curtains made the room super light at night and the door to the bathroom kept sticking and was very hard to open/close. Overall great stay!

It was lovely. I stayed in room 8, it was really comfortable and well stocked; dishes, glasses, pizza slicer, wine opener—Pictionary! It was just a great little room and the owners were really responsive.

This is our second visit to this charming boutique hotel. The rooms are immaculate, decorated in a way that leaves you feeling as though you stayed in a much more expensive hotel; cozy, comfy and perfect for a Northern Getaway.

My partner this adorable room on Air B&B. I was a little skeptical about this place from the reviews about the previous owner. Let me tell you, I have never been so impressed with a hotel/motel ever. Not only was the room absolutely spotless, but the smallest details were covered. Coffee and tea were provided as well as spices for cooking, clean towels, and an extremely comfy bed. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The room was impecibly decorated and very cozy. I could not have been happier with staying here!

Silly string strung all across the room amonst other stuff... Carpets severely stained, beds looked horrid, another part of our party, a couple had used bar of soap and left over deodorant come free with their room. Wont be back.

called to reserve a room for 2 weeks and see how much it would cost. the employee was rude, and rudely asked why for two weeks couldnt get an answer told me to multiply their weeknight rates by 5 and their weekend rate by 2 then proceeded to tell me I was doing my math wrong.. I hung up on him didnt have time to deal with his dumb ass

I didnt stay at the hotel because I called to get some information and the guy was extremely rude. He asked, "Are you going to reserve a room or are you just playing games." That completely turned me off.

I totally agree with the other reviewer. Extremely reasonable prices considering the other hotels in Duluth. Better than Motel 6, and cheaper. Very nice service. Tv was a little fuzzy like reviewer said, but nothing bad at all. Hardly noticeable. Tv Microwave and fridge are very nice.
