Dirty place to eat from and they charge for salad and sauce in a wrap when it normally comes free I’ll never eat from here again

Disgraceful food ,worst customer service ever.They dont know how to cook wings ,pizza or anything,they definitely need a visit from health inspector anytime soon.Please save ur money and health and order from elsewhere.

Food was good and price was good, but in last few months their food price is too high and food now is tasteless. Their wings was best always they overcooked4and burnt.Last i ordered wings for collection and when i went at shop after half an hour, they said sorry we were forgot to get ready your order now our tandoor is closed please order pizza or something else. I was starving and was coming from work at 1:00 Am. They always disappoint me

Good place to get halal fried chicken. They have other food as well such as kebabs, pizza and burgers. Would recommend the fried chicken wings.

Very disappointing. Despite covid posters displayed in the premises, 2 employees chose not to wear face masks, while behind the counter "cheffing" plus 1 serving at the counter wore his too loose mask around his chin for 90% of the time I was in the premises. He was breathing down on the food while preparing & packing the food. When I raised the question, the chap behind the counter was flammable aggressive, stated "Stomach issues" reason for no mask wearing. Not even a plastic face shield was worn by 2 emploees. Food, customer service and employee lack of abiding by covid hygiene guidelines require a huge improvement. I personally will never cross their threshold again.

Unprofessionally Staff, there chicken wings were the best thing to eat but I stop ordering them just because of their behaviour.

Very poor at delivery... they mention 20mins the food is ready for collection but it never happens always you need to wait another 20 to 30mins in cold weather... very arrogant behavior...

Used to have lovely food and brilliant staff. over the last 6 months the staff have been rude and the food is no where near the same standard. Used to always be a go too but now its a no go.

Ordered in food last night at 11pm said it take 30-40 minutes delivery .Taught Id give them a chance so just after an hour rang them they said be here in a few mins !. yes ok thank. Another 30 mins later still no food rang again where is my food oh its outside .No it fxxking is Im here at my front door waiting. Told them cancel my order .yes good bye no apologies. Driver than rings 5 mins later oh sorry I went to the wrong adderess I only collected the food 15 mins ago.Never will I order something again second time it happened..

Drenched dry crusty burger in ketchup. Hair on food. Mould on cheese. Food missing. Horrible. Order confirmed at 00:36 and received at 00:46. Will never Order again. Don’t recommend unless you want food poising.

Ordered food at 12:36, food arrived at 12:47. Thought that was strangely fast. Garlic cheese chips and taco chips were both cold and cheese was definitely sour. Plain bag of chips had hairs in it 😷

Well.At the start when I typed location Limerick city in justeat, website showed me superbites with free delivery if you spend 12 euro.My friend and I ordered food and paid online.They rang us and said that they going to charge us 3 euro dor delivery as we far away from them. I was on mulgrave st and they put Limerick city and free delivery at the start.Food was weird. Chips were tasteless, too thick and wet like they were in that box for all day.Burger was with meat only, too much sauce and few small cuts of onion. No cheese, no vegetables.. nothing like. Bun was like a cheap one from Dunnes stores.Burger without anything cost me 4 euro. Really like?Thanks for waste of money!

The place serves tasty but oily which I dont mind as I like the taste there.

Food was cooked too far in advance , was given a quick flash to reheat it , was like rubber , presentation extremely sloppy and the guy who took my order did not get it right . Will never get a takeout from there again, I may as well have put my money in the bin .

Had to wait an extra half hour and charged extra just because the delivery guy was too lazy to knock on the door and just left, despite arriving here when they knew they couldnt contact me by phone and try to contact me by phone anyway ridiculous service wasting our time and money simply because they are incompetent of getting out of their car and going to a door 10 metres away from them.
