Nothing has changed for many years. They need better breakfast, need more selections. Its showing its age.

This hotel was a total surprise. We were not expecting such great service and comfort. Rooms and beds are superb for the price. And on top you have breakfast and great service.

Nice clean rooms, friendly staff, great continental breaky, AC that cooled the room and kept it cool! Only negative thing is the lack of elevator. Would stay here again!

Our stay started with a warm welcoming. Rhonda went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and appreciated. Rhonda was very friendly and hospitable. Clean rooms kind staff and great breakfast. Be sure to stop here. Super 8.... Rhonda is a keeper!

This little motel is absolutely "the Best in the West".Always clean and comfortable.

Rooms were clean but the receptionists were not quite welcoming and they were a bit rude too so overall it wasn’t a good experience!

I had a chance to stay here for 4 nights. The rooms were clean, and service was friendly. Breakfasts were hot and ready on time. The one downside I had was lack of immediate access to a restaurant(not within walking distance). No complaints about the hotel itself.

Wifi was the worst I had ever experienced. Rooms were ok. Never ate breakfast there. However I wouldnt go back

Clean and relatively new. Breakfast is back! Such a treat with waffles, yogurt, sausages...The only restaurant within walking distance is Montanas but it is closed on Sundays.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed , don’t be fooled by all the high reviews this is the second time I put my review up and somehow they are able to take it down.It was absolutely filthy

January 13th 2021 we were caught in a horrible blizzard travelling from Calgary to our home near Wakaw SK. It was around 10pm when we arrived at Supet 8 and we had been traveling for 10 hrs, stopping on the high way due to poor visibility for hours.we were given a room that was not heated. Lady at reception told us to turn on the heat so we dId but it never heated up. The wind was coming in between the windows and we went to bed it would warm up with heater on high.Phone to front desk and TV not working bit we were too tired to walk up to the front desk and hungry as no food delivery. By the time were showered trying to warm up it was late.When we complained to the front desk the next morning we were told that we would get a discount for a room if we stayed another night. First night would be $109 and second night$80 . We argued the fact that noone should have to sleep in a cold room in a hotel given the circumstances of the night before. We were told that there were other hotels in Kinderseley meaning we could check out. In the end we paid $70 and left very unhappy with this treatment.delivering food due to the storm.

"Best COVID breakfast weve had in all of the places weve stayed since COVID," my mom said. Waffles were delightful, fresh and hot. Bacon was delicious and beverages were plentiful.Rooms were clean, comfortable, easy heating/cooling options. Every corner/nook/cranny well dusted, washed, sanitized.When we first arrived, as it was later in the evening, the front desk tendent, Randy, was cleaning even then. He stopped to sanitize his own hands before taking on my booking. Once he was done with my ID and C/C, he sanitized them as well before returning them to me. After he took care of our own registration, there were other pre-existing guests with requests that he promptly, professionally and efficiently tended to. He was very kind, his eyes showing respect and appreciation to each guest. He ensured each person felt as if their attendance here was as important as royalty.I had my parents with me, my father being quite senior. Randy not only arranged a main floor room at my request but also ensured it was far enough away from the lobby so as not to be noisy but close enough that my father need not walk too far.Unquestionably wouldnt hesitate to stay here again.Only reason a 4/5 vs 5/5 is to ensure viewers awareness that not brand new hotel but there was nothing whatsoever that was worn looking or not polished and clean, simply slightly dated is all. Technically, so am I, lol.To be honest, we perused the outside of all 3 of our top choices (we choose based on cost and reviews combined). One of the other locations was newer but an unpaved and substantially muddy parking lot. We didnt even go inside as that turned us off immediately. The other alternate location had reviews that werent recent enough to merit our confidence and it wasnt too busy looking, also causing us to question its value. The Super 8 hotel has a beautifully paved and well lit office facing parking lot that felt secure. There were a dozen or so vehicles in the lot, giving us confidence there was a well established reputation here. Everything was clean from moment one walking in, including signage requesting mask coverage prior to entering. The COVID protocol was exceptional (a must for my aging parents and my father who has recently undergone cancer treatment). The breakfast option COVID safe AND hot (hot breakfast of day changing daily for varietyAND offered a portable selection as well for those who have to grab breakfast and eat on the road. And Kindersley felt safer for my COVID wary parents vs Saskatoon or Regina so was worth the extra bit of drive.This location beat out all the other locations for a good many reasons. If youre trying to discern amongst the many options available in Kindersley, dont hesitate to make this your choice.

The hotel is a little dated but the staff do an excellent job. I visited during the covid 19 pandemic for work and they had a few restrictions in place (such as no self-serve breakfastbut it was still a very enjoyable experience. The hotel is right by some fast food restaurants and just across the high way from most of Kindersley. Great place to stay if you are in the area. Only downside is no pool. 😋

Room was good. Pillows were heaven. Sorry that the fridge, was anything but clean. Check the fridges when cleaning the rooms. My only negative.

Hotel is a little dated but the staff is extremely friendly and try their best to do anything you need. One of the friendliest hotel staffs I have encountered. Would recommend.

The service have always been great here. I had to leave early for work a couple times and they have cooked my breakfast and delivered it to my room before their usual start time with nothing but friendly and happy attitude. Very nice humans :- The rooms are cozy, clean, and I love staying here. They take pride in their hotel and it shows! Every time I’m in Kindersley, I will be staying here!

Bed bugs? Bed sucks!!Never, never, never again!!I would be evil to ever recommend this to a friend or to anyone!!Do not book here! Not even for a night!I want a refund and I will use the money to treat the skin rashes I developed from staying in this fvcking hotel for two nights!Bed bugs everywhere. My stay in this hotel was a complete disaster. I would not recommend this place to Americans who are touring in Saskatchewan. The man who was in the front desk introduced himself as a manager. He was too annoying and knew nothing about Kindersley, about Saskatchewan. I kept on repeating myself because he could not understand my questions. I was asking for directions but he was not familiar. What is worse was he told me a wrong information. What a waste of time.My room was a bit nice, but the service was a disappointment. I had to repeat myself many times. And I had to speak slowly because nobody in this hotel could understand simple english. They served me a cold coffee for the reason that they did not understand what I was asking for. I said “coffee”!! Very poor! I want a refund!This is not for Americans. I regret my stupid decision to ever stay here.

Absolutely never staying here again. Found bed bugs in my room so I went to the front desk. She offered me a new room. I looked through 9 different rooms and found bed bugs, and blood on all of the sheets. I asked for a refund the best they could do was one night. I showed them pictures and videos of all the rooms. The lady had even come i with me and looked for her self as I turned the rooms over looking if they were clean. Would never take my family there. If you do good luck.

The gentleman that checked us in was John. I have never had such excellent customer service before. He went above and beyond. He even held the door open for my mother and I every time we entered or left the building. The room was very clean also. The beds were clean and comfortable. <br/>I would definitively stay again.

The "pet friendly" room at the Super 8 was disgusting. The bedding hadnt been changed, and the sheet and mattress pad was stained with urine. The next day the manager attended the room (with the head housekeeperand argued that the sheets we had placed on the bed were the ones that she had placed there. The room also reeked of urine.The managers behaviour and the decision to have her cleaning staff attend the room (and argue with the clientspeaks loudly of her inability to do her job. I would not recommend anyone with pets stay at this hotel. Zero star rating!

Located in a nice little area where you are close to a Subway and 711 and a nice little restuarant which I do recommend going to. Staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. Breakfast is not big but is delicious for what is given. One down side, is that the internet connection is absolutely dreadful. I lose connection and have to re-join almost every few hours. Beds are comfortable and the blankets are warm and clean which made the stay nice. But, do be careful with the rooms you book. Some rooms hold a normal bed and a pullout bed. The pullout was the most uncomfortable thing I ever laid on and wanted to instead just lay on the couch. So if you have others staying in the room with you, do get one with two actual beds. The bathrooms arent the best for size in the double queen rooms and feel really cramped. Even when alone I have to close the door just to use the toilet. Showers water pressure could be a little stronger as well. The stay was nice and the rooms are a decent size so it made up for the bathrooms. All in all, as many cons as this place had it still was a nice stay.

The cleanest motel I have ever been in total spotless. Even then the Roya York in Toronto, even the staff were friendlier and so accommodating and professional. The best two nights of rest I had in any hotel, well done Kindersley - Super 8.

Staff was courteous, room was clean, they had a decent amount of options for breakfast. Check in/out was quick and easy.

I overpaid. If I had asked on check in for a better rate, the front desk would have given me the corporate rate. I saw him do it for another guest. I was so angry. I wouldnt stay here again.

Very happy with the stay. Very comfortable beds. The breakfast was good...hot and cold items such as waffle maker, scrambled egg pancake circles, fresh fruit, yogurt, good quality juices (not the powder), cereals, toast, fresh milk, and a good selection of teas and coffee. Will happily return!

Small, quiet and affordable hotel. With great staff. And accessable for my great aunt with a walker. The free breakfast was great and had variety. Rooms were clean and tidy. Not issues one bit!

Lobby was super sketch and room had a strong scent. Badly needs an update. First thing you see when you walk in is the laundry room door open, and then the breakfast "room" and finally the reception.

Stopped by to visit with friends travelling. This location represents the Super 8 brand very well. The public areas were clean and showed very few signs of wear and tear. If a stop in Kindersley is in the cards for our return trip, we will likely try to stay here.

The owner reached out to me to address the negative review that I had recently submitted. The owner was very good at addressing my concerns and my latest visit was much better than my previous one. Kudos to Super 8 for correcting issues that were noted!

Easy access along the highway, wifi was decent. Bathroom was a but cramped and the water pressure wasnt great. Tons of parking.

We stayed here for 2 days for a hockey tournament. The breakfast room was spacious and food has a wide variety to choose from. Love the barbeque place outside. The manager has been incredibly nice and accommodating to us and never had an issue with our check-in and check-out, transaction was fast. Cleanliness of the rooms is the most important to us, good job guys.Will definitely choose to stay here again when visiting the area and would surely recommend to others. This is my new favorite hotel in town. Thank you and really appreciate the superb service.

The staff was over the top friendly and accommodating to me and my colleagues. We stayed at the hotel as a big group and even though we were demanding at times, the staff always greeted us with a smile. They made sure to help with anything we needed, and helped us with a lot of things like sending fax and emails. The rooms were always clean and the beds were the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Location was awesome, nearby shops for all our needs, restaurants are within walking distance. Their discount vouchers for different stores are something rave about! Will stay there again for every occasion while in the city.

Excellent. My family were forced to evacuate do to prairie fire. Super8 took care of us and the rest of the guests in a quick orderly fashion. Others may have been overwhelmed, but the front desk staff handled it like a champ. Thank you!

The service is legendary, the very best Super 8 we ever been to! Their rooms are very clean and the front desk is very accommodating even without reservation the ease of checking in is remarkable! We will surely be back! Great job to the management and staff.

I used to lived here in town and visited some friends, this hotel is very accommodating and gives the best value for your money. Their business suite is something I recommend, the room is spacious and their bed is very comfortable. I like the fresh smell of this hotel. Good job to the team of this branch!

This hotel might be in a small town but their wifi speed is impressive and the list of the tv channels as well. The housekeepers are very polite and know how to respect guests privacy. Something to really commend about is their hot breakfast, was just expecting a continental but this one is way and beyond great value and great customer service! Will always be our stop heading to Saskatoon from now on.

We hold our monthly meetings here and their facilities are up to date and the best customer service in town that you can experience in the hotel industry. Front desks are always helpful and polite. Their wifi speed is impressive especially when using it for presentations. My team loves this place and we will definitely stay having our meetings here.

This hotel is actually a surprise, it may look dated from the outside but completely modern and immaculately clean inside. I love that they serve hot breakfast instead of the usual continental impressive for a Super8 brand. This place is highly recommended and from now on will be my favorite hotel in town. A must try for all travellers; it will not disappoint!

I have stayed in the Kindersley Super 8 once before, and will again.The rooms seem freshly renovated. Very clean and tidy.When a minor issue was reported to the front desk it was addressed forthwith and beyond expectations.Hotel is located within easy walking distance to several restraunts.My employer booked my stay, but Ive seen the rate and it is reasonable. And weve had no trouble checking in or out.Note about internet access: Ive seen some complaints from others here. WiFi is much faster than the rooms ethernet port (17Mbps vs 1Mbps). Though not up to "Big City" speeds, that would be SaskTels service to the area and not any fault of the hotel.

Super 8, only bad thing, really S L O W internet, not high speed, kept dropping off every 2 minutes, and when Im trying to participate in a webinar, well suffice it to say, not good! Otherwise, its clean, rooms were clean, beds were good and it was quiet there.

Excellent location with very clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Breakfast was pretty good but fairly basic. No waffles.
