Super 8 by Wyndham Dauphin in Dauphin

Internet kept going down and I had fruit flies in my room. The rooms are clean and quite but dated. They list a continental breakfast but its cereal and a make your own waffle station.

Would be a great place to stay.but its like a darn daycare in the hallway all hours of the day and night

Been here a few times while having to do some work in Dauphin. The room has always been really clean and the staff I have interacted with have all been very friendly. While Ive been here before work in the evening it has been quiet and because I have to work nights its been incredibly quiet during the day while Ive had to sleep. The only thing I think that may have made it a 5/5 would be a microwave in the rooms. All in all I will be staying here again if I ever need a hotel in Dauphin

The rooms and facilities are in need of an update, but the beds are incredibly comfortable and the room was very quiet. I would stay again.

Very clean,reasonable prices,meeting room just right size,continental breakfast was great,would go back again.

Clean rooms, good AC, Free breakfast. Everything was adequate! Pull out couch was a lot comfier than expected. Just wish my room had a microwave. Had to use the one in my friends room.

Good place to spend the night. Booking staff was very friendly and helpful.

Free breakfast from 7-10 AM. GOOD STUFF.

I stay at a lot of hotels, and have recently started traveling with a black light because of the very many dirty amd stained rooms out there. In fact my black light saved me from sleeping on unwashed sheets with body shaped stains on them. The room I stayed in here was one of the cleanest rooms Ive ever stayed in. The carpets had only a few very small spill residue type stains but the rest of the room was shockingly clean. Bed was perfect, even the couch had no stains (BTW, couches are always disgustingly dirty/stainedthis one wasnt. Even the bathroom was very clean. No stains were visible under the black light on the walls, or around the toilet or bathtub. I was very impressed and would not hesitate to stay here again

No microwave in the room its a bit out dated the breakfast was decent .

Decent hotel. No surprises. Polite staff. All good. Could be a little more improvement on cleaning though.

I would say that my experience on my most recent stay at the Dauphin Super 8 was "OK". This is where I have traditionally stayed when I am visiting Dauphin.The service during both check in and check out was friendly, quick and efficient.The takeaway breakfast was good and complete, although it would have been nice to have take-out containers so I could more easily eat on go.The bathtub in the room had damages on the floor of it, creating a creaking when I moved around in it, otherwise the room was as expected and certainly nice and functional.My one recommendation would be to move away from the powdered coffee mate to the liquid single serving size you see at many hotels.Overall however, I found the nightly rate of $135+taxes to be high given the amenities provided. I can secure the same rate at the new Best Western Plus in town, and I will try that one next time to see how it compares. Given the rates are the same, I will switch if it is a better experience overall.

The room was fine but I didnt realize there would be animals running around in the halls

So close to everything you need - Walmart, lc, dispensary, dons, tims and more. Tub room was great, don’t use too much bubble bath though xD. Staff was super friendly and the hotel was clean and comfortable.

Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean. Breakfast was good, despite being closed to covid restrictions. I forgot my shoes in my room after checking out. Called and spoke with the manager on a Friday, shoes were delivered to me on the following Monday. No complaints whatsoever!

Cheap on the frills 1 sugar 1 sweetener and 1 disposable coffee cup and 1tiny packet of coffee mate witch dont help the cheap coffee they offer in the room. But other than that the beds were comf, And The staff do there jobs Very well 2 +1/2 stars for staff

Nothing great, its a room. A little tight on space in the main sleeping area but we managed. The breakfast was bagged due to covid but there was plenty to eat and mcdonalds was right out front if you wanted something cooked.

No hand soap was in the bathroom only a small bar for showering and no conditioner.Due to covid the breakfast was supposed to be in to go bags and by 9:30 when i went to grab one they were all out and small supply of towels and only one face cloth.

Overall, the stay was okay for one night, but the bed sheets were a bit damp and a/c was very noisy. Breakfast was understandably restricted by covid policies, but definitely could be better offered than just an egg, a tiny yogurt and a muffin.

I stayed here for 3 weeks on a work project and this truly was my home away from home. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Ample parking for truck and trailer. Close to all amenities. And a great breakfast in the mornings. I was especially grateful for the occasional servings of hot soup in the evenings after a long day in the cold.The ONLY partially negative thing I observed was the wifi connection seemed very week and dropped often. Though a wired connection worked great.If Im ever in the Dauphin area again Ill be sure to stay here again. Thank you for everything.

Pleasantly pleased with this gem. Spacious room designComfortable furniture. Bubble jet tub! Excellent service. Very Clean except for a few missed things. (A sock and blanket behind a behind a chair. Nothing serious. I am a germaphobe and felt quite comfortable. Great temperature control. Older decor but loved the large photos in the bedroom. Lovely. A microwave in room would be a plus. No actual complaints. Compliments to the staff!!

Room was clean. Towels were white. Breakfast is cold and mediocre. Has a pancake machine if you are into that. Loud people all night made for a poor nights sleep.

The hotel does the job. Clean and tidy. The breakfast lady was not cheerful, AT ALL, and as is the norm for this type of hotel, there is an enormous amount of plastic waste produced at the continental breakfast.

Clean and convenient. Pretty comfortable. Not quiet and the 2 times we have stayed there we couldnt have breakfast because there were zero carb options. Some eggs or cheese would be niceNot worth the price IMO

Clean room and very comfortable king-size bed. Curious about the offering of tea bags but no kettle and the tiniest of windows was bolted shut which seemed weird. Continental breakfast had a good selection of starch - less plastic and disposable containers please .

The only decent hotel in Dauphin, inside the room they have coffee maker,refrigerator and aircon, lots of usb charger in every desklamp. The only problem I encounter...if you are staying for a few days, there is no microwave inside the room but there is one at the breakfast area, so I still have to go down at the lobby to reheat my food (whew!Next problem We are two but they only have one face towel, two handtowel and two bath towel and unfortunately two pieces of tissue inside the tissue box and I forgot to ask the people in charge. The next day after the night of checking in they didn’t check the room for cleaning, and pick the garbage and we are staying for two nights. And Oh before I forget, I thought the exercise room was above my room because the noise from the cleaners was so loud like they were running here and there, opening the drawers and closing really loud and banging the vacuum to the wall. The wifi is slow so make sure to bring or ask the desk for RJ45 for direct connection on the internet.

Nice place. Continental breakfast is awesome. Waffles, cereal, bagels justice.. etc....No pool but you get free passes to the community center which has a nicer pool than any hotel has anyway. I will probably just stay here whenever I come just for the free passes. They do have a workout room.ROB was awesome.. he put up with my shenanigans...

+Squash courts and rackets available! Bring your sneaks and shorts!-The outlets in both of my lamps were extremely loose, and would barely hold my plugs. I had my computer on over night and it was dead in the morning, because it lost contact. There is a chance your phone could not charge and be dead in the morning.-Water pressure is on the low side. Too bad, because the shower has a very fancy shower head.-Continental breakfast could benefit from yogurt, herb & garlic cream cheese and cups that are not styrofoam (there are ceramic and paper cups in the rooms, why not here?).

Stayed for a night for work. Fast food places are kittycorner to it, and the in-house breakfast is suprisingly not terrible. Only issue I had, was the fan on my rooms heater was squeaky. Clean and comfy.

Attended a conference at this hotel and had a nice experience. The coffee provided was not bad and we had a good space for the event. Its definitely a nice location to hold an event at, although beyond 20 people, the room we had likely would be too crowded.

Very overpriced and pretty poor service. The cleaning staff didnt make our beds after our first night, the ice buckets didnt have plastic sanitary bags in them, there is no pool, very poor water pressure in the shower, and the complimentary breakfast was absolutely brutal (no milk for cereal). On the plus side, the staff was friendly and the building and the rooms are quite clean. This hotel is definitely not worth $160 per night!

Rooms where good but was surprised to find the breakfast had all disposable plates and styrofoam cups. The hotel had the ability to reduce its waste easy and didnt...

Decent mid-range hotel. They have a complimentary breakfast room with free breakfast. Its also a three minute walk from a Boston pizza and a minute walk from a McDonalds.

Service was very good. The decor was a little dated and the breakfast wasnt anything special. Decent stop for 1 night in small town MB.

The Dauphin Super 8 is conveniently located right off of the highway you cannot miss it there are a lot of amenities surrounding it. The breakfast is good. And every day they have a soup du jour that you can help yourself to a bowl of. I am quite impressed with this hotel

Great front desk staff always a pleasure. Location is great close to a few bites to eat and shopping. Rooms are clean and have all the usual beds are really comfortable. Definitely my goto hotel when I stay in dauphin

Rooms are standard but breakfast area is spacious and located centrally by lobby... smart. Conference room can be used for many different events. Participated in wedding boot camp. "Super" convenient :)

This property was good, no issue. It is clean and the staff are friendly. I think they charge a little high for a economy hotel. It is nice they offer a decent breakfast.

Comfortable and clean. Free breakfast feels very repetitive with cereal, waffles, toast, bagel, & muffin making up the entire list. Jacuzzi tub sounded like a shop vac which was disappointing for the price paid.

Really friendly staff. Super helpful. Nice rooms. Comfy bed. WiFi is decent. Waffle bar for breakfast, as well as muffins, toast, bagels, coffee and juice.

Great room but there are 2 things that need to be fixed. The plugs on the lamps do not work. All 3 in my room were so loose that it was not tight enough to hold a connection to.charge my phone. The other thing is the directory for the TV is outdated...as an.example it said there was HGTV but it was not available at all in my room. Other than that it was great!

Very clean rooms. Front desk employees were extremely helpful. I had to check-out a day early and had no issues getting a refund for the unused night. I would stay here again the next time Im in Dauphin.

Excellent room. Very clean and jacuzzi was awesome. Ive definitely had better continental breakfasts. The walls are a bit thin and we could hear our neighbours radio. Other than that, it was a great stay.

It was everything I expected it to be. The room was clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly! The morning after breakfast wasnt spectacular, but its your standard hotel fair. The bathroom felt a little small, but it was clean and functioned well. No complaints over here!

Location was great. Near many amenities. Internet was slow, not enough for Netflix but okay for basic internet browsing. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Front desk was able to help with a few needs I had. Breakfast was included and was pretty standard. No hot items (bacon, eggs etc.but they did have bagels and waffles. Enough for me.

The check in clerk was new at her job so there was a slight delay but she was very accommodating. Brough extra blankets for floor beds and even brought fruit for the children for night snack. Room was clean and locating was handy.

Room was clean and orderly, we arrived a few hours before the check in and needed a room as soon as possible to get ready for a wedding and they were able to accommodate us in getting us into our room right away! Pet friendly was a must and available at this location as we love bringing our dog with us on trips!

Thin walls. When I was there, kids were running around I the hallways despite the signs warning the kids to not run around.Breakfast was basic pastries and bread. Cereal and waffles. Rooms were ok. No iron Im the room however was able to borrow one from the front desk. Close to shopping and behind a McDonalds.

Pretty standard, except if you like racquetball. Staff is really friendly and know my name when I come back. Complimentary breakfast is always nice, most basic meal of course
