Customer service at the front desk wasn’t good, got bit while I slept there for the night. When I reported this to front desk there was a sense of not caring (it left me with the impression they deal with bugs quite often). Would rather sleep in my truck next time then sleep in the rooms they provide.

Wish I could give the rating a -18This hotel was horrible. The only good thing was the restaurant and bar, the food was really good and the owner or manger of the bar was very nice.The rooms were dirty and disgusting, there were yellow stains on my wall, the fan in the bathroom was so loud I had to bring the lamp in for a light, the bed was uncomfortable and the so called “blankets” on it was a thin little sheet, my boyfriend and I froze all night. The lamps were stained, the floor was stained, the tv only had two channels, the carpet was yet, and the room smelt awful, kinda like a mix of mold and cigarettes. $160 for one night, way over priced for the quality.The hot tub was closed for health inspection and the sauna had saws sitting inside of it, there was no room service what so ever and only provided two towels, the pool left me with chemical burn on my face and rash all over my body, that I still have and it’s been 4 days. I had bites on my arms and shoulders from bed bugs. Worst stay at a hotel of my life. Would’ve been nicer sleeping in a snowbank.

We stayed here two nights. Not sure of the offical name now but I think it is called the Jolly Roger Resort. It was previously the Super 8 Hotel and also a Quality Inn. The restaurant attached to the hotel appears to be open at certain times. We could not determine if it was open for sure. We had a king sized bed room that seems to be recently refurbished, Large and clean, other than the mattress was well used! Microwave and refrigerator in the room as well as coffee. The grounds need freshed up, not as shown in the website. Parking lot at back is just a random bunch of pavement and was rough. Hotel reception was handled by an obviously new person and he had to keep calling someone to get informastion. Other than the room keys we were not given any paperwork. My main complaint is that their TV is ROKU streaming service and there is no live TV although the menu shows it. On our visit the internet was down so we had no TV all eveing and could not check out and recieved a bill.

This location is great if you plan to ride the Seguin Trail system ... but as they say, you get what you pay for. If all you need is a roof over your head, then this place is for you. If you’re looking for a luxury experience, you likely won’t find that here.

Good Location, Amazing stay and food.Place is paradise for snowmobiling. This hotel now looks much better compares to past years. Five stars to the staff specially Anu.

Great stay and amazing staff.King suite was warm and clean, hot tub was a great end to the day. Wings were big and tasty and the deep fried pickles were awesome! Cant wait to go back in the Summer

Not the best place you want to lounge.During covid, there is no breakfast served. The heater in my room took a few hours to warm up, the volume bottom on my remote control wasnt working. The service is just ok

My stay was amazing because The staff are all very respectful and then follow covid protocols there room are Cleaned very well and i would totally come back to this hotel again

The room was clean and the fireplace was cozy, but the tv/cable was limited. Also, the wifi did not reach our room, which is a big downside! The bed/pillows were also uncomfortable.

Great hotel, very comfortable and super clean bed. Ansh was very nice. We arrived late and he offered us breakfast to go the following day. The hotel is very well situated. You wont hear the highway. Will return for sure.

Room was properly cleaned as was my bathroom. The staff service was superb, dining area clean and the food was finger licking. Huge parking space, nice squash courts and gym. Im already thinking about booking again for the holidays

Very accommodating but found dirty wash clothes and towels in room, coffee maker was still dirty from guests before. Reduced room rate to half price but was a little disgusting.

ThiefGot married at the golf course nearby. Stayed at this location for two nights . We had close to 40 friends and family staying here as well. The morning after we got married we discovered jewellery missing. We reported it to the front desk. A week after we recovered the non valuable jewellery. Me the bride is still missing a gold fashion heart ring my husband gifted to me for Christmas. Worth $300+ still sentimental. I learned a lesson after this. And wish to share with anyone wanting to stay here.

Room was nice, but there was black mold in the bathroom. The main floor stunk really bad, it seems like there was some kind of flood that hsppened, was glad to be on the second floor. Nice big parking lot for our car and travel trailer.

Hotel is very nice. It has big parking. Pool was open during our visit. We had lot of fun.

Rooms were not clean and dated. First room had the door left open when we arrived at 8pm and staff said the room was cleaned at 3pm. He said the cleaner must have left the door open. The door is open to the public and the parking lot so animals could go in. Second room had not been cleaned in a long time. Good thing I brought my own cleaning supplies and sheets. Considering this is just after things were opened up after COVID lock down it is really careless.

Great services from receptionist! Washing machine doesn’t work. Room was ok . But this place need a lot of love .. at 140 a night it’s overpriced. If it was 80-100$ range would give 4 stars

This place is coming back again . Just here for the long weekend and had a great time. Restaurant and bar is open. Place looks much better now.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was immaculately clean. The prices were very reasonable. NO BUGS!!!! We will definitely be back.

Rooms were very clean, the staff were very lovely people! Only down side from my stay, tap and shower water took at least 20 minutes to warm up. All in all, great price and would visit again.

Nice comfortable hotel with very good facilities. 3 squash court , pool , all rooms were renovated. Mr Aman the receptionist is very professional, helpful and friendly man who will make me come back to this hotel because I believe that people makes the difference .

Location is right on the highway. Stay was comfortable. We were stuck in the rain storm and we found this hotel when we needed and hotel staff was nice and very helpful.

The place is not kept up. They don’t clean your room. Service is bad. Bathroom in the lobby area not been cleaned for the 3 days we have been here.

We are coming to this hotel from last many years. Amazing location with lots of green space around, good amenities and service. New breakfast area is nice.

This place is in dire shape. Was sent here for work two years in a row and im glad I did not have to stay there this year. Food was awful (bland and overcookedthe rooms smell of moisture.Wonder how they keep the super 8 banner? Unless major renovations take place, avoid at all cost.

Hotel has nice and clean rooms with friendly staff. I required help in the middle of the night and 2 staff members showed up.

The service was excellent. I wasnt satisfied with my room so I was given a new room that exceeded my expectations considering the hotel is renovating. Thank you for making my stay comfortable and affordable. Will stay again if needed.

We received wonderful customer service from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. It is hard to find a location that has both a pool and is dog friendly so we were very happy to find this place. The room was clean and everything worked as it should. This place was perfect for what my family needed but if you are someone that is looking for an upscale location this may not be for you .

Overall it wasnt terrible. You definitely get what you pay for. The beds were really uncomfortable but the customer service was fantastic. First room we were in had no heat. They quickly moved us to another room. But it is an old motel. Again, the employees are great, I cant stress that enough.

What a terrible place to stay. Years ago I visited this motel and it was fabulous. Now its very expensive, dirty and run down. We had to pick through the dishes to find clean stuff.

I came here for an event and had stayed for a few nights. They have been fixing up the place and improving things. The pool and workout room are nice. The sports bar just opened as well.

Rooms were clean and well stacked. Service was great. Would love to stay there again.

Stayed with buddy for the snowmobiling trail which goes off this property... it was good. Only stayed for 1 night, we had front rooms so we had easy access, may come back next year...

Once a pretty good motel, it has seen better days. Service was friendly, but some things in the room were broken. Definitely needs better upkeep.

Convenient location right off the 400. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Continental breakfast was good!
