Sunway Pyramid in Batang Berjuntai

Very heavy traffic near the drop off points in the weekends late nights. Limited drop off points and cause some young drivers park their vehicles in wrong places. No staff can help. The traffic near to the main entrance is terrible at late nights. Even the drivers drive carefully and slow speed but some young drivers park at the place which block the way. Ask the guard to help but they cant because dont know local languages. Such situations happen many times at nights. The drop off points are limited space and the parking there during weekends are expensive (RM3/first hourif just come to pick up people. More spaces are vallet parking which actually can change a few of them to drop off points during weekends late nights after 9pm. Hope the Sunway Pyramid management can settle the limited drop off points at weekends late nights.

Great mall with selection of many stores.

One of my fav malls of all time.. filled with fun packed activities, brands, and food. What to improve? Nothing much I can say on what to improve other than keep having more events maybe? Events from different companies. Its always interesting to see what roadshows are available there as well.

Absolutely huge shopping mall with a myrid of shops, restaurants and cafes, most chains will have an outlet here as well as some independent shops. Other entertainment include ice rink and cinema. Connected to the Sunway Lagoon amsument Park as well as the Sunway Resort Hotel, hence super convenient if you are staying there. Can get very busy during the weekends, and finding parking is a task in itself so always allow extra time for finding parking and for leaving.

Went here for Jollibee!The mall is so huge it is confusing which wing you are at the moment.The only problem, not so friendly to commuters. Far from any train stations, some bus wont take cash (only Go card), and the only left option is by booking Grab.

Safety & health are something that Sunway seriously need to look at... Knowing that many parents with baby to small kids frequently walk from that Happy Fish site to Pyramid main door... And those Grab & Panda food zooming pass that area is really a safety concern.2nd, you really not serious in enforcing no smoking. So many of your patron walk to the front of Happy Fish & smoke. Do you have any knowledge / heart to towards health of these baby & little kids that frequent that area.And you keep promoting on Social Enterprise... Please do serious measures on this.

Still crowded as usual even though during weekday. The event and functions still doing well as you can see the crowds. F&B choices still got a lot of variety.. good to hang out for family and kids

Very popular shopping mall with so many shops and plays here, near to sunway lagoon and have many parking levels..the mall is big where everything you can find in here and can search by direction board provided

Beautiful large shopping complex. Public toilets at each floors next to escalators. Next to the shopping complex is Sunway Hotel and Sunway Lagoon. ( Theme park). This place is so ideal for family vacations. I traveled here from Jalan Bukit Bintang. I took MRT (Damansara directionand stopped at Central Market. Then, I took LRT (Putra Height directionto USJ7. From there you will need to get Rapid KL green bus to Sunway Lagoon. Dont worry, the bus stop is near USJ7 stop. At every train station, there are clear direction (sign posts available, youll never get lost.

This shopping mall was established quite a long time ago, but that doesnt diminish its magic as one of the infamous shopping malls in Subang Jaya.The only downside probably is on the limited parking spot. Well this is as expected because the shopping mall was built a long time ago, when people with cars are still few. Nowadays, many people have their own car and it makes this shopping mall lack a parking spot.There is a valet parking area alongside the road to Sunway Hotel, Sunway Resort, all the way to Sunway Pinnacle Office, but you still have to walk quite a while to get into the shopping mall. Unlike the newer malls that build their parking lot few levels to the underground.Aside from that, Sunway Pyramid still has the magic to fulfill your shopping needs.

Favourite shopping mall, but the toilet need to be improved, we understand their intention is to save water, but the is no alternative way to clean the toilet. Just cut down the usage of water doesnt solve it. Maybe they can try something innovative way to keep the toilet clean and good smell at the same time saving the water. Hope they improve in the near future 🤟🏾

Huge mall. Lots of shops of different varieties. Even has a skating rink in it, the first one in Malaysia with it, I think. Attached to Sunway Hotel and just across from the Sunway Lagoon Water Park entrance. Easy to get parking with a huge parking area below and above the mall.

Very well constructed mall. Parking is bit tricky during weekends. Need to roam inside the parking terminals to find a spot. We took almost 25 minutes to find a spot inside on Saturday evening..Toilets are badly maintained and filthy..Smelled like hell.. Hold your breath when you are inside the toilet...

Vary large shopping mall with luxury and high street brands aplenty. Most fast fashion outlets are here too (Uniqlo being my favourite). Great food choices for every budget with many cuisines available (Malaysian, Chinese, Tex-Mex, Japanese, Middle Eastern and many more). There is even a Japan street for clothes and accessories. Highest floor also has gadget and IT stores. There is an ice skating rink and an arcade. The mall is attached to Sunway Resort Hotel so those staying there have easy access. Also right next to Sunway Lagoon Theme Park and walking distance to Sunway College and University.

Just pass by to sunway lagoon. Modern shopping mall & excess under one roof. After all the activities, our families massage at one the shop here.

A huge mall with long history and big company management. But even the management doesnt practise the social distancing when organising event. Came here and saw Astro organised some sort of event with Squid Game theme, but no one seemed to care about social distancing, just shown in the pictures. Did everyone just dont care anymore? Just try to avoid participate in this. What its the use of checking everyone at the entrance for scanning mysj code & vaccination, if the event organised in here dont practice sop? I understand that event is supposed to be fun, but just be safe.Updated review: Came back here in mid Sept. Since the Covid SOPs are now loosen, there were lesser people wearing masks in the mall. The parking here is really a nightmare during weekend. We drove around for more than 30minutes and yet couldnt find a parking slot.

Very big shopping mall that can cater to the whole family, especially with the nearby water world park for the kids. Many shops from high end to mid low range merchandise available here. Also have hotel next to mall for visitors to stay & convenient shopping. Recommended

What can I say, I love Sunway Pyramid. I simp for Sunway Pyramids existence. Its the lifeline of Sunway. Theres tons of events happening every week or so, various expos. I remember on CNY they had a great event too! Minions 2 had a great event too haha

Big shopping mall ease to fine eateries entertainments such as ice skirting cinema kids fun area and shop lots too. U will getting lost somewhere if u are not really familiar that mall areas. Tips look at the sign direction by sign colours which area u are.

Today I go to the Sunway Pyramid to buy a blazer and trousers for my husband I dont know which shop is nice either Tomaz or Zara?I go to the Tomaz shop first to see the blazer and trousers but the salesman said that only have stock tomorrow but I was so disappointed that the salesman said that if tomorrow I come again to the shop after 11 mornings sure the new stock will clear and cannot reserve for me.At last, I go to the Zara shop to see a blazer and trousers. When I go into the shop the salesman recommends a blazer and trousers to me. This blazer and trousers looked extraordinary and sure fit my husband. Decide to purchase it. Nice choice.

This Egyptian design shopping mall is huge the lion sculpture and the pharaoh looks amazing there is nothing you cant find inside this massive mall its clean and amazingly decorated.

This mall with unique design of Egyptian, nice interior in orange atrium. The only mall with skating rink and it’s is full of youngsters, non-member ticket is RM30 for 2 hours on weekend. Do check out the skating entrance schedule if you 1st time to skating rink so that you can enjoy full session. Free locker to keep your belongings while you enjoy skating.

Good place to visit and relax. I liked particularly the car parking facility. No gates, no parking tickets and no hassle trying to settle your parking fee. Just drive in and then drive out, after paying the parking charges using Touch and Go. I am impressed with this new system.

I booked 3 rooms one of them with balcony so when I take that room it was very old furniture and the toilet smells pad so I chang my room to normal room which is cheaper but they didnt give me the defrent and in the same time the swiming pool out of service I feel sorry that I reserved this hotel.

A gigourmos shopping mall with all kinds of shops. High end brands and local brands. Especially I liked the «Marrakech bazaar» whis is a «real» Malay shopping street disguised as a Morroccan soukh. Sunway itself is a huge area a bit outside KLCC so it is s bit cumbersome to get here. But if you have visited the Dunway Lagoon, drop by on your way home.

If you need to shop one whole day, visit Sunway Pyramid.So many eateries and brands outlet in the mall.Parking is usually full during weekend and public holiday.Scanner will record your vehicle plate number and you may use Touch n Go at exit, its a cashless parking.

It’s one of the BEST shopping complex around Selangor/KL area. You can get all the conveniences under one roof. The price of stuff sold there, are also not too expensive (for a shopping mall). It’s expansive and you can get lost if you don’t set your bearings when entering the mall, either through the entrances or through parking lot. I love the fact that there’s so many food selections available and it’s spread out, so that you can easily find food and beverage nearby. The highlight of this mall is the ice skating rink, which I believe was the 1st in Malaysia when it opened. It’s a family friendly mall as you can find plenty of kids friendly activities inside. As it’s built on neighbourhood basis, you will not feel out of place. Overall, it’s one of the staple shopping mall for me and my family.

Definitely a go to place if you want to hang out with friends/ colleagues. Play some games at places like bowling alley or just shop shop and shop till you drop 😄Expect large crowd during the weekends. Decent dining options available too. Check mall directory for the world of options you get.

A good mall that houses shops for the usual necessities as well as other types of accessories and food products. There are a few clothes brands that you can only find in this mall. Its also conveniently connected to the convention center and the hotels nearby.The paperless parking ticketing system is convenient although you should have access to mobile data in order to pay. You may also use a Touch NGo card to pay at the exit station.

Always love to come here before married (1998-2000). The eldest son born in December 2001 and had pictures at the left sphinx in 2002. Daughter 2004. Now both 21 & 18. 2nd batch 2011 & 2013. Were always love to be here..💖

Very big place. Have variety of shops inside. I sometimes get lost in the mall itself as it is too big. A nice place to hang out with friends.

One of the best malls by design!Must visit place if you are in KL, Malaysia.Its so unique with Egyptian theme, which what I have always been passionate for.The mall is quite big and have almost everything available. (Not those luxurious shop e.g. Louis Vuitton.)

Crowded as always but still the best place to go. Many new shop. Always have event thats nice. Parking is always hard to find during peak hour/day. Its hard for an unwell person to walk far from entrance.

Sunway! Everyone love this mall. Its fun and u can find lot of brand products in here.Food available is wide range . The retail floors will have four atriums at each corner for you to keep track of where you are. They are the Blue Atrium, Orange Atrium, Main Atrium and the skating rink. Even with this, I was constantly confused as to where I was. Sunway Pyramid Mall has themed districts that make it easy to forget where you are, and two of the atriums (main atrium and the skating rinkwill have three branching paths coming off them. One themed district is neat, but Sunway Pyramid Mall has four. The Marrakesh neighbourhood on LG2 is the loveliest. The Moorish design elements, coloured fairy lights and fake blue sky didn’t feel very much like Morocco, but more like I was in The Venetian in Las Vegas. The outlets located in Marrakesh are a bit of a mishmash and don’t particularly match the theme. Yes, the one middle eastern restaurant was here, but I also passed by a Dubuyo and Gong Cha while walking through. Asian Avenue is the only district to get a directory listing on the Sunway Pyramid website. It is on level F and its boundaries are marked with eye-catching signage. It is a mix of fashion and food in this quarter, and this time, the outlets are more Asian inspired. The Marrakesh and Asian Avenue areas are both located in the long corridor between the Blue Atrium and the skating rink. Oasis Boulevard is on floor G and is only accessible if you exit the mall from the main atrium and turn right, or walk through the Parkson. This is a small district that is only populated with sit down restaurants, I’m pretty sure. The final neighbourhood is called Fashion Central, but I have no idea what this is. I didn’t notice any other areas that had a different design concept that could’ve been this zone.

Many times visit sunway Pyramid but after covid they open 100 percent.. Seems so crowded on weekends. Padni and many shops have offer after Raya also.. Lot of food restaurants available also so many varietys... A to Z everything available here 👍

I love the architecture design of Egyptian-inspired pyramid with stunning lion standing guard at the entrance joined by two glorious domes – the Orange Atrium and Blue Atrium. It reminds where I play the Luxor" game during my childhood days.Very large mall where you can shops for hours or literally spend the whole day here! There also an ice skating rink, games stations, cinema, indoor archery, bowling centre and the unique Asian Avenue on top floor of blue atrium.You could get here by LRT (USJ 7 stationand use BRT (Sunway Lagoon stationSunway line to get here using public transport.

So many store you can go and find anything. Make sure you remember which door and level you enter the mall. If you get lost, go ask people around ☝🏻.You can go there by public transport. Using ktm or anything, then use the extension BRT (same like LRT but it is bususing TnG or coin yg you beli dekat tepi tu.Btw sunway use bidet without hose pipe.You also can find any food you want. Any brand you can find there. Make sure you use the comfort shoes if its hurt your leg, you can go to find the new shoes or croc

Have ice skating rink, nice interiors, car park on friday night n weekends can be hard to find. They have most tenants there. Along NPE. In such places also i can cheap Rm 1 school shoes in Mr DIY.#snoringpenguins

A good place to chill and hangout 😊 although it is not very big but it has all the things you need here. From food to cinema to electronic shops to spa centers…you name it. It is a very family friendly place to come and enjoy during the weekends or even weekdays. There are plenty of good food available here. exp: din tai fung, haidilao, ipoudo ramen, kyochon, pu tien and a lot more ✨. I am usually here for the food though 😂For groceries too, it has a large aeon inside so all the daily needs can be bought there so there are no problems at all. Thats because sunway pyramid is in close proximity to a few universities and schools therefore, a lot of the necessities are there.Also, almost every week there would be events or sales collaborated with other brands held at the atriums of sunway pyramid. There are games, shows and prizes to be won, so it would definitely be very fun for children and adults too included.It also has some branded retail stores too. But mostly i come here for food😂Conclusion: Well managed, all in one, clean and fun.

I will focus on what is lacking - signages. There are some small standing tablets that serves as Directory and you have to queue for it. Parking area is warm and not child/stroller friendly.Otherwise, excellent child amenities and safety. Efficient parking system (entry/exit)

An extremely huge mall located between PJ and Subang Jaya which housed most of the chain retailers in the industry plus a few individually managed outlets to make this a really exciting potpourri for shoppers of all ages and class. Mall is basically divided into a central concourse which links another 4 wings. This mall is so huge that its always recommended that you remember which sector you are in to determine your location. Prices here are a bit upmarket as it is in a upper middle class community but the variety of choices very well made up for it. Having a artificial ice skating ring at the lower floor and standing just next to an internationally known water park makes this a must visit mall when in the area for local and tourists alike. Highly recommended.
