Sprawling amusement park with a water zone, rides, a zoo & outdoor activities, plus dining & events.
Best theme park in Malaysia. And now they just opened their night park. RM35 per person. You can buy the ticket online or at the entrance. The night park starts from 6pm to 11pm , doesn’t include all rides but 7 different attractions. You get to ride the roller coaster, wagon wheel and so on. Do note that if it rains, some of the rides will stop for a while.Definitely had a good time at the night park.
It has water park, rollercoasters, and zoo in one theme park. The ticket is below RM200.You can enjoy whole day there. I went there on election so not crowded. I didn’t wait for sliders. Adult can enjoy. Attractions are extreme.
Very well-maintained theme park that even an entire day would not be enough to try all the amusements. Its made up of large 6 theme parks each offering a unique experience.Do bring the swimming gear as more than half of the park involves having fun with water.Holidays and weekends can be crowded so best would be come on weekday.
The best thing to enjoy to the fullest while youre out there.... Sunway lagoon is open til 7pm. Come guys....after 2 years of COVID and lockdown...now you free to go anywhere. Mine wasnt with queue cz of the express ticket.
Good Place to shop, very spacious,WHEN YOU get tired from shopping there you can find a place to sit on the side of every hallway which is very helpful ..we have a taste of Our Famous Filipino FAST Food Chain Jolibee...THE BEST 👍👍👍
This place gets a 5⭐️ and it is worth every penny. Like their slogan says “your best day ever” This being an amusement park you literally can spend the whole day here. This started in 1993 and this is spread across 83 acres which has over 90 attractions. This is a one stop place for fun that provides ultimate theme park experience e across 6 different adventure zones like Water park, scream park, amusement park, wildlife park, extreme park and nickelodeon park.
wonderful place for kids and family, a lot of fun and amusement.
Must visit place in Malaysia. It contains lots of rides and different activities. One day is not enough to explore all the activities. Also, well maintained, we really enjoyed.
Amazing, family friendly and thrilling rides. I have the annual pass surely recommended
The most attractive is the largest surf pool. Only pro can surf it. Other attractions such as go kart, paintball, archery & lots of tube splash water. Convenience & not crowded. Close on Tuesday except Public holiday & school holidays.
Visited on 31st August 2022, very dissapointed as many attraction was close for maintenance and no where to be seen until you arrive at the attraction site and no discount is given. The food price is extraorbitant.
The best place ever to have fun with your family or loved ones. but i do recommend you guys to buy a quack express ticket to make it worth your time!!Buy the tickets on the Klook app for much cheaper price.
A very special place but some games are still under maintenance I had a great timeI will definitely visit again
Tickets are not cheap. Highly advisable to purchase tickets online in advance, so you can save some money. Recommended to go there early so you can spend more time. Lockers and food are expensive too.
Nice shopping Mall. Parking available but most of the time full. Good place to hang around.
Though it can get crowded, if you go on a weekday it can be a great cool fun day in steamy Malaysia. A good value for the admission price given most other water parks with this many bundled rides is usually much more expensive. Favorites are the Vuvuzela and the wave pool that claims it is the largest in the world. The mini rave music party in that wave pool is a great way to end the day. Use the wrist band to pay for things and leave everything else in the locker. They are pretty lax about letting you bring your mobile and recording what you want so bring a waterproof pouch.
Still one of my favorite theme park. Even though the park is not new, but still in good maintenance. Highly recommend to visit on weekday and avoid peak season. My last visit to Sunway lagoon was on Monday and doesnt need to queue at all for all the rides - lucky us. You dont need to get the express pass on weekdays. =Must try rides - Vuvuzela & Monsoon 360. There are F&B stations here and there - so no worries on the foods. Just make sure you top up extra money as it is cashless system in there. The foods that we ordered surprisingly tastes good. Tips: bring along waterproof pouch to keep your phone, so you can take photos anywhere. But youre not allowed to bring your phones on certain rides - might need your friends help to take care of it.
It was amazing.. There were a lot of things.. We didnt try the ones that need to be paid extra like bungee jump and go kart.. The flying fox was a bit disappointing cuz we waited for an hour for something that not even lasted a minute.. It was weekday..There were a lot of kids stuffs and scary adult stuffs.. Those with small kids would benefit the most.. The roller coaster was too short as well.. Other than that.. It was goooooooddddd..
Messy setup. We have no idea whixh line for ticketing vs entering. Over price and not much to be specified . Waterpark with pricy food and beverages. Few features closed due to "Media Shooting". So you are less priority that the video shooting or the filming activities eventhough you paid for it. The wave pool has no wave and the riverfull with leaves. Well trained and commercial staffs that always push you to get the most expensive goods than your needs.
Amazing experience to revisit Sunway Lagoon after 26 years, with own children. Thumb up to the Sunway management that keep the lagoon always new element, refine, well keep maintain, and up to the international standard. It’s a surprise that there is a mini zoo & bird park inside, the wet park is as good as before, MUST TRY vuvuzela, the largest in the world. I remember before the 1997 financial crisis, in Klang Valley there are 3 mega malls just built- Sunway Pyramid, IOI Mall & The Mines, 2 of the 3 come with the Theme Park. In comparison, Sunway Lagoon still one of the best theme park in Malaysia, and the Sunway Pyramid still one of the best shopping mall in Malaysia. If really want to pick something to comment, i would say: 1The Open hour should set earlier as 8am, as 10am is too late, too hot. 2Inside the shower, should have more hook to hang clothes or towels. Overall it’s amazing!
Went on sunday. Not too crowded. No queue at all rides. All the staffs are very friendly and welcoming. Some ride requires the child to be min 140cm. All the toilets and tables for sitting are clean. Will come again.
This theme park was established in the year 1992 and has been attracting 2 million visitors annually. This park is now a part of the Bandar Sunway township which was formerly a tin mine Surrounding this theme park are other amenities such as hotels, institution of higher studies, medical centre, Sunway Pyramid shopping mall and offices. This 80 acres theme park has one of the worlds largest man-made surf beach as well as the worlds longest pedestrian suspension bridge. There are over 30 different wet and dry rides in this park. An extreme park and wildlife zoo are also located here. The followings are some of the attractions that you can enjoy.
A good place to spend time with your family. Although a bit expensive, its still worth it. We bought annual pass though cos its more convenient. Hehe.
So many fun things to do. To enjoy most of the things i suggest using an express pass. However one day there is not enough. Had so many fun water rides too.
My trip to Sunway Lagoon was a highly enjoyable and fun one.I would say over 50% of the place requires you to have fun in water, so to truly enjoy Sunway Lagoon, do bring your swimming gear. The water slides are really tall and long, and most importantly, they are highly trilling. There is also a huge artificial beach in the centre of the park, which I highly recommend checking out. There are also many land attractions, which I recommend going after you are done with the water attractions. The land attractions are very fun as well, with some of them being even more thrilling than the water attractions, due to them forcing you to travel at high speeds from very tall heights. There is also a small zoo in the park, that houses many animals such as white tigers, bears, reptiles and so on, which I also recommend visiting only after you are done with the water attractions.I recommend coming on weekdays, so that you can avoid queuing for long durations. I would also recommend you to bring spare clothes to change, as it may get really sweaty due to the park not having many shelters. Sunblock is a must to bring and use when going to this amusement park, as you will be exposed to the sun for hours at a time.I would recommend bringing children to this park as well, as there are some attractions that can be enjoyed by the children. Most attractions can also be played by children of 1.1 meters in height, so do keep that in mind as well.Overall, this amusement is a must go if you are visiting Selangor, Malaysia, as it is an amusement that has thrilling rides, good and helpful staff while it is overall pretty hygienic as well. However, when buying tickets to go into the park, do make sure you are fully vaccinated, and if you are a Malaysian, you must show your Identification Card to the staff so that you may get a better price for the tickets. It is also highly recommended that you buy tickets online to avoid the queue, and do note that before entering, the staff will be checking your bags.I hope this review helps, thanks for reading.
There are a lot of attractions and on weekdays generally not too busy. It has a pretty interesting aviary and wild life park besides the water and dry parks. Unfortunately on this trip, a number of attractions were closed and the rail system connecting the diff parts of the park wasnt running.
Many rides were closed for "upgrading". 3 out of 4 attractions in Scream Park were closed and Sharknado lasted for 4 minutes walking in the dark waiting for someone to scare us. Queued for 15mins to get this underwhelming experience.Whats worst is the LOCKER SYSTEM!!!! Kept our things in the locker which cost RM50 for rental but ended up unable to open because their wristband barcode system scanning machine was down. Imagine if you have emergency medication that was kept in the locker because you cant bring them into the water with you. How will you now retrieve your possessions? The system took a few hours to come back live. Very disappointing!Thankfully the area and location was large enough to keep me from getting bored. Make are to wear comfortable sandals that youre not afraid of losing since youre required to remove them before water rides and when you come out of the ride you could be at another far end of the park which means youve to walk barefoot to find your sandals. Many places are very sunny without shade or tree. Be careful of the harmful rays of sunlight!
My boys had fun enjoy their one day pass at Sunway Lagoon. But too bad not all rides are open. Make sure your kids is above 1.1m height to get play all the rides there.
Affordable to visit and have fun for 1 day. Dont forget to bring extra clothes if you want to swim and enjoy the man-made waves or just buy their signatured tees and swimming clothes inside. Lockers are available for free too so you dont have to worry about your belongings getting lost or stolen.
It was a great experience overall. Except all the kids Kena water poisoning due to the pool water hygiene...the pool water was cloudy all the time...Que for food took an hour during peak so suggest you to get food during non lunch hour. Rental for the giant float takes forever so you literally need to stand and wait for your turn....
I went during public holiday of May2022. Its a mistake. If really want to, go during weekdays and no public holidays or weekend. For our 7hours there (which mainly just queuingWe just manage to play vuvuzela after wait for almost 2hr. Which we are having fun. Even the fun is just 1minute of vuvuzela. Staff is professional and very patient.

Sunway Lagoon is basically divided into two wet and dry parks. Technically there are 6 parks but they are divided into wet and dry parks with a several of them featuring wet and dry attractions. The totally wet parks include the water park (duhand Nickelodeon Lost Lagoon while the dry parks are amusement, wildlife and scream parks. The extreme park and some parts of the amusement park features both wet and dry rides. We decided to try out some of the more popular rides in the water park first in the morning before the crowd swell in the afternoon and later. Some of the must try rides include the Vuvuzela, African Phyton and Congo Challenge among others. Some of these rides have height limit, usually below 110 to 120 cm so be prepared to leave your kids behind (with an adultbefore you try them. Here the attachment for incase if anyone ask for the price per entry.
Loveeeeeeee this place!! So far better than any water park Ive been before in Malaysia!! My bf and I have enjoyed the dry park, wet park and the different wild life we get to see there!!! Definitely go with more friends and never alone!Tip: Do book in advance on klook! Saves you alot of time lining up at front 😉
Very nice family day at a huge water park30-45 min. from city centerNot crowded currentlyFood from outside not allowed and there are small lockers outside to keep itMultiple parks inside the Sunway lagoonMany important rides were not working as Vuvozela ( causes not clear which was disappointingStaff were collaborative and helpfulFew people were there during our visitThe most enjoyable park for our family was the Nickelodeon one and there were few restaurants in itThe zoo was nice even smallIt is a must visit when you come to KL
Super fun! Will definitely be back. I do recommend to buy tickets online to avoid long queue but even tho we visited during the weekend theres not much crowd which is a pro for us cz we dont have to queue for rides and the other activities! TAKE NOTE THAT DO NOT BRING ANY OUTSIDE FOOD AND DRINKS YALL! and the staffs are super friendly too❤️
My visits to Sunway Lagoon were in 2015. The atmosphere was really beautiful and we enjoyed our time with my husband, and I hope to visit again.
Everything is fine but why not making a cheaper tickets for a chosen theme park? Its almost impossible to cover all amusements in a one visit.Anyway, its a wonderful place indeed. Buy tickets online to get some discount and shorten your queue.
Not bad the environment in wildlife park, just that the animals are all very limited.... Most of the species only one animal…
Came in weekday 11-3-2022 Friday. No crowded. Totally no need to queue up to take the ride. So nice. All the animal in the park is well kept. Water park design is very attractive for children.Recommend to park in gate c in sunway pyramid because it is near to the park. I bought the tickets in Shoppee, there is discounts.
Its very nice place but the rolls not to much we cant bring anything inside and everything from the food expinsv, and if they find food theyll throw If the restaurant is not suitable for a poor person what he have to do +?????
A land full of never-ending fun and adventure, Sunway Lagoon is the most talked-about theme park in Malaysia, and for good reason. So much fun from morning till night...It’s made up of six large theme parks namely the Amusement Park, Extreme Park, Sunway Wildlife Park, Scream Park, Nickelodeon Lost Lagoon and finally last but not least, the notorious Water Park. From wet rapids, eerie masked performers to rides on another extreme level, get ready for a ton of fun that’s in store! There is also wildlife sanctuary in Sunway Lagoon hosts a myriad of animal species. Zoom in on some highlights of the zoo, including the exotic blue-eyed white tiger pair that happen to be one of the rarest breeds worldwide. Next, watch on for more enthralling animal action from lions, hornbills, peacocks, marmosets at the Wild Encounters section, the Bird Savannah and many more.
Sunway Lagoon world Largest surf Pool.Enjoyed a great time with family here, especially Nickelodeon Lost Lagoon and wildlife park.

Awesome gateway to enjoy and relax.Pro tips- Buy tickets online and skip the long que. Weekdays are much better than weekend. Foods inside could be a lil bit pricey, ensure to bring extra cash.
Went there on 26 Dec 2021. Not crowded at all. Buy ticket online at their website vab get 10% discount and another 5% voucher promo. Most rides are open except canyon rapid.
Having my best childhood redeem for one day activity! I love Sharnado Live.Their crews so fun and put effort for makeup effect. One day for Sunway lagoon activity is not enough for me to cover all the activites. Here some few tips before passing entrance1. Make sure redeem your online purchase at ticket counter2.Ensure you hiding well food inside bag :)Once passing through the entrance, ensure put all your belonging inside locker(RM25 standard locker small space and (RM45 luggage lockerestimate for three person. There are few of activites which closed (under maintenanceand need to payClosed activitiesWaterplexx 5D,Flowrider,Surf Beach (Water Park)Colorado Splash,Vultures, Butch Cassidy Trail,Grand Canyon River Rapid,Lost City of Gold (Amusement Park)X-Park Theme ActivityBungy Jump (RM98),Go Kart (RM35),G-Force X (RM41)Nearer to Flying fox ,there is vendor that sell beverage and junk food (QRPay & cash)*Adviseable to wear your mask since all activity required to wear mask,if not you cannot play all activitiesfor X-park theme*Most of avtivities provided tube.So it is unnecassary to rent tubeIf you purchased the general ticket, you need to play VUVUZELA(12PM opensince lineup so so long.*Please bring your cash since most of vendor still using cash method.*Can park your car inside Sunway Pyramid mall (RM2 first hour and RM1)
