Hands down the best food we had on the island. Highly recommend the jerk chicken with rice, plantain and slaw. Lots of outdoor seating situated right by the beach.

Sunshine is a great place. The staff are friendly, the customers were friendly. My group ans I got free guineps, tried the Killer Bee drink and took some photos with Mr Sunshine.

Sunshines is a great little spot, a quick walk down the beach from Four Seasons and famous for the proprietor (Sunshinewho is super friendly and welcoming! Killer Bee cocktails are to die for, but more than 2 will get you BUZZED.We got ribs and lobster, lobster pasta, and the best salad I’ve had in my life!

Restaurant is great the food is excellent right on the beach with white sand. Great place to eat and hang out.

Our party of 4 sat for 15 minutes and received no menu. Another party of 4 (caucasian descentsat down after us and received a menu after 2 minutes of waiting. Needless to say, we left.

BEST beach bar! Colorful and lively atmosphere, you find yourself reclining on beautiful pillows, looking at the sea and enjoying those famous Killer Bees that go down so smoothly! The food here is excellent—conch fritters, jerk chicken wings, vibrant fresh salads, and gloriously fresh fish. Just a 5-minute walk down the beach from Four Seasons Nevis. Sunshines, much like the man himself, is a gem!

Thank you Mr Sunshine! The grilled Snapper and Mahi Mahi we ate for lunch was spectacular. We would congratulate your staff for the very attentive service but I expect this may not always be possible when you are busy. Although with the GBP USD exchange rate is not favourable, I would still highly recommend the local fish.

The hospitality have been the best experience since we have been on the island St.Kitts and Nevis!!! Sunshine the owner was absolutely wonderful and GREAT!!! The drinks and servers were awesome!!! The FOOD was AMAZING!! We have NEVER experienced some of the foods we had today and it didnt miss that KNOCK OUT punch!!! We will be back just for the experience with the music and hospitality....❣️❣️❣️❣️

If you ever visit here, you definitely need to try the lobster, but a recommendation is to order when you get their it does take awhile to get food anywhere on this island

Smashing place. Colourful, typically Caribbean! Stinger Punches fairly pricy but being a signature drink, what can one expect. Beers well priced. Never had time to eat but appeared popular. Met Mr Sunshine- charming chap. We very much enjoyed Nevis and this haunt. Hope to go back!

Whenever we are in Nevis or St Kitts - Visiting Sunshines is at the top of our list. Get a few Killer Bee drinks, have some great food, and enjoy the perfect atmosphere that you won’t find anywhere else. Can’t wait to be back!

Stopped here for lunch after our ATV tour with Queen City ATV -- lunch was excellent! Best fish sandwich Ive probably ever had -- fish pieces were huge, fresh, seasoned well and cooked perfectly. And that Killer Bee🤩🤩.....sooooooo good but be careful.....after 2 you start to get a little "loose." Best part of the visit was meeting Sunshine himself ❤️.!!! So awesome! Thank you!!

Amazing Beachside BBQ and rum cocktails with local casual feel. Best value restaurant to escape from the hotel dining prices. The wings and killer bee drink are the signature items. The combo platters are plentiful and remind you of your neighborhood bbq point. Everything else passes as ball park dining with island flare.

Lovely bar, great food and drink set on an amazing beach

this is the best restaurant on Nevis ( and I am a very picky restaurant person from NY).. Get the fresh fish. All the sides are wonderful. Sunshine is a gracious host. It is casual and mostly outdoors. Dont miss it!

A Nevis MUST visit! Sunshine and his team are probably the most famous part about Nevis. Their Rum punch "The Killer Bee" packs quite a punch. The food is fresh prepared and the entire menu is great!

An amazing gem of the Caribbean. Food is amazing. Drinks (The Killer Bee in particularout of this world. Low key character and charm. A must see. Do not miss.

We got a fish sandwich asked for salad instead of fries. Never got the salad. The fish was cold. Everyone else had a tomato on their sandwich except the fish. We also got the chicken sandwich. Both sandwiches didn’t have any type of sauce on the and were almost inedible. Asked for tartar sauce didn’t have any. Asked for Mayo and ketchup and drowned the sandwiches in that. They also weren’t able to make any drinks. Our waitress was rude and not very catering and seemed bothered to be taking our order. We won’t go back. Turtle time is 100x better.

If you go to Nevis, you go to Sunshines. Full stop. Great food, great drinks, great people. Sunny is the nicest guy youll ever meet, and when youre here the world just feels right. Make sure to get stung with a round of Killer Bees!

On our first trip to Nevis, we had heard so much about Sunshines that we couldnt NOT stop. We were afraid it would be a tourist joint but learned that is is the perfect combination of tourists, day trippers from St. Kitts and locals looking to have a laid-back, sand-between-their-toes good time! The Killer bee was everything it claimed to be, and dont miss the BBQ! We had delicious ribs and probably the best Chicken Wings Ive ever had. A fun afternoon stop while exploring Nevis...especially if Sunshine himself is there to stop by your table, check-in and say hello!

When leaving Sunshines Restaurant my dominant thought was they know their stuff. The atmosphere is great. Service makes you feel like you are visiting your friends bar. Food is good. Killer bee is noteworthy. We had the calamari and conch fritters as apps. The conch fritters are filling, more batter than conch but still good. The conch in garlic sauce tasted of the ocean, was divine, a must try. The chicken breast was so good. We ended up liming a bit and having a fish burger with mahi mahi as the fish, so good. You cannot come to Nevis and not visit Sunshines. It is the jewel beach bar at Pinneys, worth a visit, no disappointment to be had

The rum punch is a MUST when you go, it gives well with the conch fritters!!!! 😋 😋

Wow! What can I say other than Sunshines is truly an amazing gem of a place!Unfortunately Sunshine himself wasnt there when we visited but we met some of his family and they were all very friendly and welcoming.I had the BBQ Ribs and my wife had the Grilled Shrimp. Both were extremely packed with flavour and very generous portions. Both fishes came with 5 sides, from coleslaw to plantain, to a salad and amazing rice and lastly an aubergine side. There wasnt a single weak component to the entire meal!To finish the meal off we of course had to try their famous Killer Bee Rum Punch... When the locals warn you not to have more than two you KNOW its going to be good/strong and it didnt disappoint on either! Wow, drink with caution but the flavours are well worth it, I guarantee it!On top of all of the above, its located on arguably one of the best beaches on Nevis and St Kitts combined... Pinney beach.Its such a tranquil and peaceful beach with stunning views out over the blue waters. Its easily one of the best beaches Ive ever been too.Do NOT skip this place!

The owner Sunshine is a personable host. The food is some of the best on the island. The lobster, chicken wings, mahi mahi and ribs are to die for. While youre there dont forget to get stung by a "Killer Bee" their famous signature drink

Nice spot on the beach. The drinks are very strong. The seating is very comfortable. Had delicious jerk chicken wings. It’s a very popular place to visit and I think it was worth the visit.

The fish fillet was delicious. There were 3 choices & I got the wahoo which came with rice & beans, plantain & salad which looked & tasted so fresh. We also had the chicken wings & they were yummy! The killer bee drink is the thing to order there. Im not even a drinker & I liked it. Lively atmosphere which Im sure is even more crowded at night & at lunch, we were there around 2:45.

I’ve been coming to Nevis since I was a baby and my mom lives here. Sunshine’s is hands down the best food on the island. The freshest fish, lobster, salad (most of the veggies come from sunshine’s organic gardenhe also cooks over charcoal which makes the food taste amazing too. It’s basic - salad, rice and beans and fish/lobster/conch/ribs/steak but so fresh and seasoned just right (he doesn’t need to bathe his food in sauces). Get the fish or lobster - the shrimp scampi is also delicious. Cool spot and vibe right on the beach

A fun, interesting and relaxing! The view for lunch is phenomenal! A ++ customer service! They made us feel welcome and made sure to check with us if we needed anything. The manager or owner came over to ask if we needed anything and joined in on a conversation. The Killer Bee drink was delicious! Everyone one, Everything at Sunshines made our lunch adventure memorable and wanting all to go back again! Thank You Sunshines!

The atmosphere is unique and some might like it. The seats are like mini couches and very comfortable and relaxing. The food was not particularly tasty or special. The quantity was less and relatively expensive.

Known for the Killer Bee; an alcoholic drink popular with tourists and locals alike. Great for an after work hang out with friends or family, or a weekend visit to the beach.Ordered a light dinner. BBQ wings with fries (Reg). The wings were okay. Didnt have the flavour Id usually expect from wings that makes me want more. The fries were good though. Well prepared.

The drinks where good and quite inexpensive but the food was totally boring and overpriced for what you get. The Grilled Vegetable Plate was basically some lettuce with four slices of grilled eggplant and four okras.

Fantastic in every way! A must visit if you are lucky enough to be on Nevis. Grilled Mahi-Mahi with salad, probably the best I’ve ever had! We had it in take away containers as they thought we were rushing to catch the land bridge ferry back to St. Kitts, they offered to re-plate it but we declined 😂 didn’t effect the taste at all!

The man, the myth, the LEGEND! Sunshine and his bar/restaurant is named after himself and let me tell you, it doesnt disappoint. You can most always find Sunshine here. The food surprised me for the simple fact the portions are pretty big! Its a perfect balance to fill you up and catch your eye. I ordered the burger and it was amazing. The veggies on the side that you can throw on top of the burger were among the freshest I have ever seen on a plate of any restaurant I have ever been to, which says a lot having been to over 8 different countries. The staff is extremely welcoming and will help add some happiness to your day without a doubt. Im not sure how else to put into words how great this place is. Its chill, its top quality, and its definitely a must-visit place no questions asked. Thanks Sunshine, to be impressed is an understatement!

Fantastic beach bar in Nevis, Wonderful views. I was working on the island and heard about this place, so decided to go for dinner and was not disappointed...I was designated driver that night which sucked haha! but enjoyed.. Than we enjoyed a wonderful dinner consisting of salad, rice and peas and Wahoo fish. Wonderfully prepared by chef Colis Caines. And washed it all down with a few Killer Bee rum punches. well i had diet coke :( however been back a few times since and tried the Killer Bee..but they not giving away the recipe...just like colonel sanders :Anyway, loved it and cant wait to visit again soon..

To start I would give this place a seven stars rating but there arent enough stars to tick. Great place, amazing food, very beautiful vibe, special thanks to Sunshine (ownerwho when you meet him welcome you like he knows you forever and makes you feel at home, managed to get us a table for new year party 2018 in very short time less than 12 hours, and special thanks to Grenata who as well was a great host and made us all feel very welcomed.Very well trained staff who managed a massive number of people gracefully, serve you with a lovely smile.This is a must visit place in Nevis.

We were completely ignored.Unfortunately they were too busy to acknowledge our existence and get a drink after 13.69 minutes and not even a head nod or eye contact. Plan B, I went next door to Turtles and got two Killer Bees to go. Then hung out with the vendors out front. Cool Spot on Pinneys Beach.
