Nice bar with a great view to Baku. The place rotates 360 degrees, so you see the whole city while enjoying your drinks.

A bit pricey but worth the view and the atmosphere.

Beautiful place on top floor. Panoramic view especially before sunset. Good food selection. I didnt like the noisy music as its night club DJ, not good place to relax alone or meet friends.

Really amazing view, staff are the best (specially Najat. You see all Baku from top 360 every hour.

The view is incredible and beautiful in the same time the place is moving so every 3 minutes you will see new view, the prices is fair for the place and the staff is very helpful

We were there for dinner in restaurant on the Top. It was almost empty but the personal was overstressed. It took time to bring us the drinks. The food was ok. Im giving 3 Stars for the View.

Must visit. The panoramic view around baku is so amazing. The tables at the 25th lounge rotates around so u can see all around baku while u are setting.The Resturnt is on the 24th floor its also so nice.I highly recommend the place around sunset or for a late night out.Very polite and respectfull service.

Ruslan, Aga and Nijat are one of the reasons to go up there. You will never get a better service in your life.

The best view of Baku - a bar at the top of the Hilton which rotates slowly giving views of that city that are not matched anywhere else. Great service and plenty of good stuff to drink. Theres happy hour too!

If you have bad motion sickness DONT COME. the floor spins so that you get a 360° view of Baku, hence the name of the bar. The drinks are alright and strong. Service is fast and polite. The views you can’t beat. The audience is usually old tourists which is a bummer if you’re young. This is not like a hip “in” place, v touristy but worth the trip.

Amazing views and delicious food.

I walked in here didn’t expect the food to be this good! Pleasantly surprised! I ordered duck and pear, shrimp and avocado salad, with grilled salmon steak. The first two dishes, especially the shrimp and avocado was pretty good and the presentation was on point. Nothing overcooked. The salmon steak, however, was a tad dry and I guess it’s a little overcooked. Overall, it’s one of the best meals I’ve had at a Hilton hotel restaurant so far. Check them out if your staying with them.

Slow service, expensive small dishes. Three stars are due to the good Black Burger.

Amazing place, broad choice of cocktails. And what a view! 360 degree turntable platform! Night lights of the city is the beauty! Prices are worth it. Service is on the level too.

Fabulous views! Go at night when the Flame Towers are lit.Snacks are not as expensive as we expected, but are delicious and generous - particularly the popcorn prawns!Friendly, unpretentious, efficient service.A "must go" if its your first time in Baku.

Бар совершает оборот вокруг своей оси примерно за час, с высоты 25 этажа прекрасный вид на море и весь город, цены естественно дорогие, но место очень изысканное и всё сделано в лаунж стиле. Романтично вечером, тихая музыка, приглушённый свет - все что нужно для двоих и не только!

Service is top notch the staff relly does a great job, view is breathtaking, seats are very comfy. Not as well kept as I expected, and the cocktails are good but not as spectacular. Prices are also tolerable. All-in-all a recommended experience.

They really dont know how to use spice or salt. The risotto was drowned in salt and the masala pumpkin pie was overly spiced that it was barely edible. Not the service we hoped for and they didnt understand what I had asked for 3 times. I asked for a special message for our honeymoon on the dessert and had to correct them when they were writing happy birthday instead. Disappointing and wouldnt go again.

An amazing 360 bar from where you can get a view of the whole city of baku.The service is very good, up to the expectations of the 5 stars hotel Hilton.Its just a perfect place to watch the sunset. But would recommend to go there after 8PM, when the fun begins, with music and lights.The food is very good, but a little bit expensive.An amazing place to hang out with friends, or collegues.No dance floor is available, but you can dance anyway if you feel like it.

Very nice place

Not the best place to visit. You sit there after choosing the best table with the nicest view and 10 mins after you are sitting on a totally different location. Why? Well because as the manager shared, they have installed a “rotation device” under the floor to “rotate us” for some weird unexplainable reason. It’s never nice to rotate when you are sitting. Sitting still is all we wanted and 360 didn’t offer us that. Music was great but how can we enjoy the amazing music they had when we were forced to rotate.I will only want to come back for the music, but I will chose the day the “rotation device” is under maintenance.

What a great place in Baku to have sundowners!Recommend that you leave it for your last night there, otherwise everything else will pale in comparison.The cocktails are great, the service is excellent, and the food is also good.Highly recommend if you are ever in Baku!

Awesome place to bring visiting friends to see the city at night. However, they always ask about making reservations even though I’ve never seen the place even remotely full.
