Sunset serenity truly lives upto its name. It is extremely serene and offers beautiful sunset views.Sunset serenity is definitely on the expensive side. I was skeptical of booking it despite rave reviews because the price did not do justice to the photos or the amenities it said it is offering. But, since I was traveling in a long weekend (I stayed in Sunset serenity on 18th March 2022), I wanted to be away from crowd and thus picked this. But, what sunset serenity may lack in facilities due to its remote location, it makes up for by its service. I have stayed at many luxury hotels in Bangladesh and by far, sunset serenity offered the best possible service in Bangladesh. Everything was so smooth. From check in to check out, you feel like someone truly cares for you.We were at another resort the day before. Sunset serenity called and coordinated and picked us up from that resort. On arrival, we got to check in to our room before the check in time. They have the best washroom you can find in Saint martin. The only problem that we faced was there is no ceiling fan, rather a small solar powered table fan. It might be a problem for day time but it serves adequately in night time although you have to keep the fan on the bed to feel the wind. They welcomed us with delicious green coconut.As the resort was houseful and had a little shortage of staff, they were always late to serve food but needless to say, food was excellent. I wish they served more seafood though. They also ask about food spice level preferences and every meal is a buffet. We were even served days catch for the last lunch because the owner had caught that fish the evening before.This resort even offers you wifi which is a luxury in Saint martin. They clean the stairs several times. Overall,cleanliness is really good.Our room overlooked the sea. They have their own sunbeds and Hammocks. The space is small but really Beautiful. The beach is Rocky but again the water is so clean and beautiful. The natural beauty of the place cannot be described in words.They even have a feedback form which is great because it seems like they want to learn how to improve.The return journey was exceptional for us as they use their private boat to pick and drop from and to the jetty which is an adventure on its own. The owner also called us personally to know if we reached the return ship safely.The electricity is 24/7 although we had a 30 mins power cut in one morning. But thanks to the chargeable fan, we could continue sleeping peacefully. This kind of rigorous electricity supply is a rare comfort in Saint martin. And the best part is, it is all solar energy and so you do not need to listen to the noise of generator.Overall, 10/10 would recommend. Except some minor set backs, it was the most wonderful stay we had in Saint martins and despite the very high price tag, I would definitely choose this again if I am to return to Saint martins. I am late to review but this resort definitely deserves my time for this detailed review

The best serene beach place I’ve ever lived at St Martin.The most overwhelming thing is their hospitality. From their boat man Jahangir to their staff Saiful, Imran, everyone will welcome you with a warm heart.The ride from st martin jetty to their resort by boat was the most exclusive thing to ever experience in St Martin. No other resorts offer this service.They provide all meals of the day including snacks in the evening. Also they provide lunch on the checkout day, keeping in mind that the ship starts from 3 PM. Really appreciated!Location wise it’s a very secluded place. So their private beach is awesome to relax and swim for. Zero crowd, zero distractions. You all by yourself!Everything is included in their package. Drop in, pick up via boat, and all meal course. You just have to show yourself up and relax. They’ll take care of the rest.One thing I’d ask them to fix is their shower system. The water flow is kind of too much slow there. And they’re already working on the curation of better water system as we’re told.Thanks for having me. Definitely will visit again! 🤍🙏

It was really really a great tour for us. The atmosphere of the resort is really awesome. As the resort is located in a little bit remote area from bazar that’s why we got a serene view of the beach. The room quality, washroom everything was good. The food was outstanding. The chef Mr.Imran is really so good. The other stuff Mr.Saiful was also very good. We feel like going there again and again…

There is a saying, " take care of your employees, they will take care of your customers". In sunset serenity i felt this is what happening, i felt that they owner treats the stuff well, hence the stuffs are going beyond to ensure the guest are treated well.Location:A proper secluded place far from the crowd with a private beach, which is clean and safe. You will get coral, sandy beach and clean lagon type water. On top of that, the resort has only 5 rooms. So the beach is shared by only 4-10 people. Plus they pick their guests from the main jetty with their private boat this ensure you are getting a end to end "serin" experience, a finally a resort resembles their name.Food: the chef is very good and well behaved. They have bbq every night with different local fish, starting from lobster to pomfret, all included in the package. Food is clean and served hot, a truly luxurious experience.Service:May be this is their differenciating factor. During the booking the owner was reluctant to call the place a "hotel" and they were mentioning this is kind of their passion. I realized this was absolutely true, i felt like visiting a rich relative in Saint Martin, Who is taking care of everything from food to even journey to chera deep. The stuff were amazing, even the boatman and his family. Every moment the tried to fullfil our need.Overall it was an amazing stay. I was planning to have a quick visit to bali, this tour certainly questioning that plan. The blue sea, coral and the chera deep with this perfect place for serenity.Few things can be done to even further improve the experience:# Life jackets are old, need to be changed.# I think they can keep 3/4 bicycles and give rent. It will add a new experience.# I dont know the exact solution, but some new solution is required for small boat to beach transfer.# I would love to see a proper milk tea served in the beach# The rcc slab can be extended to the beach and a shower can be kept so that the guest doesnt come to the room with sands.

Good hotel

Oh it was a heavenly place!Last month me and my wife stayed there and enjoyed fullest. Simple, quite and organized resort. Bit a distant resort from the Jetty. But resort authority will manage to board on their resort smoothly.Sunset Serenity offers full board package. They managed our accommodation, foods and transport. We just booked and reached St. martin Island thats it - they picked us and managed our all requirements.Room was neat and clean and 24hours they provided electricity and of course internet. My wife loved their Bathroom and its fittings except they dont have geyser and force of the water wasnt enough to use it properly for washing or for bath. Large room two separate bed and from the bed you can enjoy the view of the sea. Like most of the resorts in St. Martin - access to the beach is easy but they will get big plus that they provides beach chairs and shade.Habitability was really awesome. They provided a lot of food and these were really delicious. And all were included the package. Its really worth.We loved the place and will definitely going to stay with my whole family. Highly recommended. Thanks a lot Sunset Serenity - the gem of the St. Martin Island.

Super service. Best cost for value resort. The stuffs are helpful and polite. If you are looking for tranquility and away from crowd , its the place for you.

The good:- You will have the beach right in your backyard.- Full board. They will cook you delicious native food for breakfast, lunch, dinner and evening snacks.- Very secluded. If you want some place quiet and avoid the hustle and bustle of regular St. Martin crowd this is the place for you.- Great view at the beach. You can see the sunset in the ocean if the sky is clear.- Friendly staff.- The breeze and the rural settings make it quite serene.The bad:- Too expensive. No A/C, no security guard, no hot water. The rooms and settings of an eco resort like this cannot justify this cost. We paid like 13000+ Taka for a single room per night. This is no five star hotel.- The part of the beach you get easy access to has lots of sharp and small coral stones. Its not ideal for bathing. You may have to walk quite a bit to find a part where it may be safe to bath, but then it defeats the whole point of picking this resort.- Half the road is super bad. If you have any elderly people with you dont pick this location.- You may feel isolated. You cant easily travel to other parts of the Island. You will have to arrange for transportation to come to you from the bazar and take you where you want to go which is a hassle. (I suggested they keep some bikes for rent at the property).- Does not feel secure. Given that this place is very isolated it gets quite spooky at night.- Too many insects and bugs. Theres no A/C. So you will have to rely on the ocean breeze(which is plentyto sleep through the night. To get the breeze you will want to keep the windows and doors open, but if you do that insects and bugs will bug you all night.- There were too many flies when we were eating. I dont know if its lack of hygiene at the kitchen or its a St. Martins Island thing, but it was very annoying.- Washrooms were a disappointment. Its okay, but expected better.

Starting from the hassle free booking online to the last sumptuous meal, everything at the resort was nothing less than outstanding!Located at a secluded part of island, the resort is the ultimate destination for anyone looking for a private fully catered stay.The resort comes with pristine coral beach right at the door steps along with a neatly kept property providing all basic amenities. There was constant electricity and water and the rooms were very tidy. The resort comes with comfy hammocks and personal beach chairs for your relaxation.The staff were very cordial and welcoming and Mr. Rahim was extremely helpful making sure our stay was as comfortable as possible.The meals were another highlight during our stay. The chef is very well trained and the food service along with the presentation is top notch. We were served all variety of fresh fish along with delicious local cuisine. Hygiene and overall cleanliness is excellent!The only negative that I found was the transportation. I do understand some of it is not the management’s fault but due to the roads being sandy and uneven, we had to walk quite some distance to help out the van puller. Lots of tourists were traveling on electric bikes but we were pulled by a van puller provided by the package who struggled and needed help just pulling our luggage. I hope the completion of the roads will make it easier in the future.Overall, I’d highly recommend anyone to visit this little gem of a place without any hesitation and experience the true beauty of this island!

Excellent chilling place........ Oh!!best food to eat....

This is the best resort in saint martin island. The staff were very friendly and humble. Some information I want to give you- they dont have air conditioner and geaser. But they can provide you hot water ,if you want. Actually it is not possible to provide these things in saint martin island. All the things in room are cleaned and disinfected. I actually impressed with their service.

Experience was good!

Went there last year 2019, with my family including my sisters family who lives in Germany. Actually my nephew and brother in law are German citizens. They enjoyed their heart out there. Staffs are so welcoming and natural, its beyond expectations. The songs they played were as if from our play list! Sports items were wonderful.The meal was good. The beach was awesome. Its not for those who love loud music and chips!A real serenity!Ill definitely go again there. In fact planning so.

Its really amazing. I have stayed in this resort 2 days and 1 night with my wife, but this short time will be one of the most remembering time of our life.The resort was cozy, clean and calm. Food was great, specially the BBQ dinner. But the most valuable thing we got there is the worm behaviour of staff and owner, its really make us feel like home.Some extra facilities we got there like personal boat, friendly guide, snorkeling etc.Although cost is a bit high but it really worth.

If u r looking for a place to enjoy ur vacation at some quite and private resort with all the modern facility and extremely good quality food just beside the beach this is the best place for you. The quite environment at the resort and its surrounding would make u feel like a vacation house of ur own which has a private beach. The staffs are very cordial and well behaved. The best resort in Bangladesh I have visited.

লোকেশনটা ভাল। শুনশান। আশেপাশে অন্য কোন রিজোর্ট নাই, ক্রাউড কিংবা আলো তাই প্যারা দিবেনা। ওয়াশরুমগুলো সেইন্ট মার্টিনের সেরা ওয়াশরুম :কিন্তু রুমের বাইরেরটা এখনো গাছে ঘেরা টাইপ হয়ে ওঠেনি। সময় লাগবে। নারকেল গাছগুলো এখনো ম্যান হাইট। লম্বা হয়ে এলে ওভারঅল লুকটা ভাল লাগবে। আর লাউ এর মাচায় এখন লাউ লতা দেখে এলাম। আরো ইকো ফ্রেন্ডলি করা যেত।
