Sunny Side Hotel in Kombolcha

In my opinion, the price asked by this hotel is exaggerated &undeserving. given the poor service, unclean rooms &not to mention the not well maintained facilities such as a toilet with no flush......

One disappointing thing about this place is the hospitality, unprofessional. It s looks like this particular weakness is failing the place

They have the worst hotel reception, worst wifi and dirty rooms. I definitely not recommend the swimming pool.

It doesn’t deserve to be a hotel, very nasty place ever, never recommend to anyone I would say stay away from this place.

This is one of the worst place I stayed the bed very old, bed-sheet dirty, pillow cases torn, full of mosquito, broken furnitures, etc. Front desk not efficient and staff are not responsive without talking to the owner

You pay full price but you get half the service and facility. This is one of those motels we call in the states owned by the Patels. The owner doesnt believe in maintenance, but loves money. I heard the manager left bc of the same issue. Many ppl with money in Ethiopia doesnt understand the value of a customer. There is no oversight as you can imagine. The stuffs are helpful, as much as they can. Disappointed. Will never stay again.

استغرب وجود الاجانب في هذا المكان السيءحينما تحضر للاستقبال يقولون ان الفندق من افضل الفنادق في المدينة و اقوى شبكة انترنت وللعلم تشتغل دقائق ثم تتوقف و تكون جدا بطيئةالموظفين ودودين و لكن امام خدمات الفندق السيئة و عدم حل لمشاكلك فأنك لا تلتفت لهذا الجانباستغرب عدم وجود مصعد ولا من يحمل لك الشنط للادوار العليايوجد فندق بجانبهم على شكل موتيل و لكن افضل من هذا بكثير.النامس بكثرة ولا يوجد سبيل لردعهالانارة ضعيفة جدا و الابجورات لاتعمل

Poor shower services & narrow rooms

Just ok. Their good rooms are at most just ok, very narrow rooms and restrooms, no hot shower. Restaurant isnt good especially on breakfast varieties. But Cafe and bar are good and have spacious compound as well as good staff.

Jy retourne pour la 4ème fois en 15 ans et les défauts du début nont pas été corrigés. Manque criant dentretien au niveau salle de bain, aucun effort pour apporter des modifications nécessaires. Bonne literie. Personnel souriant mais peu expérimenté et surtout ne parle que peu langlais. La cuisine manque de beaucoup de choses. Ex: pas de beurre au pdj !! Très dommage car hôtel idéalement placé, possède salles de conférence, piscine et grand parking, etc. Le Wi-Fi est aléatoire ! Encore une fois, ils ont le monopole, mais attention, dautres hôtels sont en construction.

Best place for staying/rest at Kombolcha . But servis is very slow at restoran. How ever Cafe is very nice

If you read this review and still want to book this hotel then you are stupid.I dont know Where to begin everything is disturbing. They show you a clean room and they give you a dirty one. No warm shower, next day you dont get any new towel. We even found used condom. We book a quit1e room outside of the main building we even paid extra but we could not sleep because they rent next room to a group of drunk people they were kind of partying we even walked to the reception to complain about the situation but no solution. Very disappointed ! !!

Zero Custemer service and managerial activity. They don’t respect Gusts. The hotel by it self is not clean at all😏 ....am sorry to say this, the place has to be close 😡

We were supposed to stay here 10 nights and everything went down hill pretty quickly. On the first night as I was unpacking, I found a used condom in a drawer. At first, management didnt want to re-accomodate us. They finally did, but the new room, like many at this hotel, had a clogged shower, broken shower door, and water heater did not work.They advertise Wi-Fi and that they accept credit cards when in reality, the WiFi hardly works and they claim their credit card machine is always broken so you have to pay for your room daily in cash. If you try to pay in dollars, their exchange rate is a rip off, the bank gives you a better rate. Wifi Tip - go to the Double Tree (not part of the franchisefor some food or drinks and use their WiFi.The street cats roam the kitchen after they close it. While hanging out in the dining area after the kitchen closed, this cat kept wandering around the kitchen, walking all over the counters and meowing loudly. I didnt want to eat their food after seeing that.Halfway through our stay, we discovered Hikma Pension and switched! Much more affordable, a lot cleaner, great food, slow but working wifi and we didnt have to pay for our room on a daily basis.

Hôtel correct et personnel sympathique par contre le bâtiment bien quassez récent est déjà en train de tomber en ruine. Aucun entretien. A vos risques et périls dici 2018 je pense...
