It couldnt be a better place to chase the Northern lights. The house was perfect tiny and beautiful, also cozy and really comfortable. We didnt have any problem to locate the house and the host was really great with us. The view of the house is stunning, you could wake up and see the mountains. The house supply is really complete. There is enough equipment in the kitchen. There is a good coffee machine. There is a good bathroom and the bed is comfy. Everything was perfect. It was one of the most magical places that weve stayed in Iceland. Its worth it!

Tolle Lage, Fernglas zur Walbeobachtung vorhanden, gute Einrichtung. Bad etwas klein aber ok. Panoramafenster mit Couch. Küche gut ausgestattet. Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock mit Galerie. Ein echt besonderes Cottage.

Ein wundervolles Apartment was mit Individualität und Persönlichkeit aufwartet. Die Lage ist wundervoll und bietet einen super schönen Blick auf das Meer und die Berge rund um Akureyri.Die kleine Wohnküche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Auch das Bad bietet einen kleinen Hauch von Luxus, Dank der tollen Dusche. Die Räume sind hell und freundlich und bieten Platz um sich wohlzufühlen. Der Kontakt war super freundlich und An und Abreise unkompliziert und einfach.Einziger Kritikpunkt bei uns, in der angrenzenden Werkstatt die scheinbar den Vermietern gehörte, wurde bis in die Nacht gewerkelt und durch das Hämmern sind wir erst spät eingeschlafen.Aber das sollte sicher eine Ausnahme sein ❤Wir würden es wieder buchen :D

Saw the aurora right above us even though there was light pollution from across the street! House was comfortable and very convenient with a kitchenette. Space to sleep was comfortable! One can go whale watching nearby in summer time too, apparently!

The owner is amazingly patients and super nice.made us feel welcome and comfortable eventhough we had some requests and many questions and even had to change dates.Highly recommended!!!

La casita muy cuqui, equipada y calentita, las vistas impresionantes, te puedes sentar en el sofa con unha infusion y dejar que las horas pasen viendo el paisaje cambiante que se produce fuera. Recomendable 100%

Over looking priceless scenery these tiny homes pack a real punch. Akureyri is a great stopping point along the Ring road and a couple nights stay are well worth the trip.

Trevligt och bra pris. Det som drar ner betyget är ljudisoleringen, man hör grannen fisa i soffan. Samt att ljudisoleringen mellan rummen i lägenheten inte riktigt var helt ok.

Gorgeous view, cute stylish little house. The hosts Valtyr and his wife were very nice and give us fantastic info about the area and day trip suggestions in a brochure. I would definitely go back to that place.
