Sunni Hotel in Banjul

Customer service could do with some improvement. Breakfast was standard.

Two good things to mention. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel generally very clean. But furniture in rooms very inadequate and looked to be handmade to a very poor standard. No power points had to disengage air con to charge phones use hair dryers etc. Breakfast facilities very poor. And the noise from the strip unbearable goes on until about 4am most mornings. Sorry. Cannot recommend this hotel to anyone

Room clean and well kept. Staff friendly and helpful. Good location on the strip. Will return.

Like other reviews I have seen, Sarges is now called Suni. The hotel is a bit rustic and basic. But very clean with nice size rooms, breakfast is more than enough and the outside space is super. All the staff are friendly. ...... The big let down is the noise from the strip, I know its the nightly entertainment but one night it stopped at 7am. A bit much even when on holiday. I had ear buds and iTunes playing.

Hier terecht gekomen doordat Senegambia overboekt was. Wij zaten in een net gerenoveerde kamer zonder prullenbak; ijskast; gordijnen en kluis. E.e.a. met uitzondering van gordijnen wel later ontvangen. Kluis staat los en is door dieven makkelijk mee te nemen. Kleine, donkere kamers met weinig toeters en bellen. Personeel bijzonder vriendelijk. Ligging vlakbij Senegambia hotel en dús dichtbij zee. Zeker vogelliefhebbers en mindervaliden zou ik het Senegambia aanraden. Véél beter hotel met grote tuinen. Satges heeft wel een zwembad en binnentuin, maar tuin stelt niet veel voor. Forse geluidsoverlast door de Strip (gelal en harde muziek).
