For sure the worst expérience ive had with beer or something to eat in the whole World! Menu doesnt exist, you Ask for one beer it doesnt exist, one plate they dont have the tomate to make it out.... If you want to see the Sun going down in Phnom Penh Penh better go to à Real bar

Staff are amazing and always make you feel welcome and at home, food is epic, the cauliflower bites are always the best and the location is awesome.

This place is super chilled and vibey. Its got a decent menu offering vegan and vegetarian options. The Tofu tacos are fire 🔥 definitely will be back.

Decent for groups and a different evening in TTP. Prices are not cheap ($5 beers), so bear that in mind if youre planning on a big one, or use it as a before/after place so you dont end up leaving with nothing in your pocket!

Good place to have a good drinks with a good atmosphere! Foods are great too. It’s in front of Russian markets. It’s little bit hard to find an entrance. But when you enter this place, good hospitality Cambodian staffs are welcoming you. I spent good time with my husband.

The drinks are tasty, although a little pricey. The venue is a good find and the atmosphere feels like you’re in a tropical place.

Such a lovely experience every time I go. Its my favorite place to enjoy well crafted cocktails and excellent food. Staff is friendly and truly welcoming. Its a unique place that over looks the Russian Market.

It was hard to find even though we were standing right in front of the building. It was a nice place to sit and relax. Not much of a view because it is not a tall building. Not many servers working when we were there, so it took a long time for our orders to come out, but the food and drinks were good and they have happy hour after 5pm.

Mainly nice for its view if the market in the evening. The staircase is steep and not accessible for wheelchairs, and will be difficult for anyone with back/leg/knee problems. Paid s lot of money for a craft beer, which was flat and warm and not really worth the extra money

Nice place. Only seems to have long cocktails, unless I missed something. But the food we had was good, and the prices are quite reasonable.

A great place to chill out for drinks.Getting to Sundown Social Club’s an adventure in itself. Nested just next to the busy Russian Market, you’ll need to weave to a slightly hidden flight of stairs to get to the next rooftop bar.Atop Sundown Social Club you’ll get a nice view overlooking the Russian Market area, perfect for a cocktail or two, while the sun sets.Would’ve given the place 5 stars if not for the food, which unfortunately doesn’t do justice to the nicely decorated bar.

Great beer, great view, and great food with some killer vegetarian options

I keep coming back to this place. The rooftop bar provides an entertaining view over part of the wet market at "the Russian Market". The cocktails are excellent and the food (although the menu is limitedis fresh and tasty for ok prices. Can get a little crowded on weekends, but this only adds to the atmosphere. Its a real expat (teacher, NGObar of which there arent too many around in Tuol Tom Poung.

The view is good, though not so easy to access in the evening when the street market is set up.Limited beer on tap. But some interesting cocktails and a happy hour with different specials rotating through their menu.We had fish tacos which were delicious, well priced, but gave stomach trouble next day 😲

Its so nice to find vegan junk food in Phnom Penh. I had the battered + fried tofu tacos which were delicious. The falafel hot dog was also great. The staff is knowledgeable of vegan options. Use the attached photo for any vegan ingredient inquiries. The atmosphere is great too - an open floor plan rooftop bar overlooking the Russian Market.

Nice spot. $3.50 for their cheapest pint of beer - its craft pilsner on draft and tastes good. Food is only available until 10pm. Burgers and veggie burgers and falafel, hot dogs and tacos. Vegetarian and vegan options available. Nice seating area overlooking the street, and seating set further back.

Great lil spot for happy hour over looking the Russian market. Come here for a twist on Americana. Expat and tourist spot. No hate. Will be back when I need to shake the local for a hot sec

Awesome place. The long benches are great for groups, and the area near the front is cool for small groups and singles. Sadly, the bar seems too busy to sit at. Just not that type of bar. Thats more like their sister bar Long After Dark.

What a great find! A really cosy place to while away the evening. They have aperitif happy hour from 5-7pm.We also tried their vegan hotdogs with fries - absolutely spot on. Excellent quality and flavours; definitely didn’t expect this in Cambodia.

Sundown Social Club is one hell of a place to end off a great day in Phnom Penh. The view, which over looks the tinned coloured roofs of Russian Market, is spectacular and easily one of the best spots watch the sunset within the city. One can also watch the hustle and bustle of the street night market from their balcony.The vibe in the evenings is banging and the Sundown Social Club is flooded with expats and laughter. This bar is an absolute must when in Phnom Penh.The drinks are a little pricy but the bar decor is amazing and there are plants everywhere which is always a winner. :)

Come here for the atmosphere! The food is OK (I got the chicken burgerand our drinks arrived after we were done with our meal (even though we ordered everything at same time). I liked the decor and the vibe though. 💕

A little roof top bar? Pub? Something in between. The location is brilliant yet a bit hard for parking as they have a small entrance wide enough to park only motorcycles in one row.The foods is fine. I had Taco. Not a special taste taco. A fine one.The atmosphere is very good. It attracts mostly expats.Overall experience: I would come back again.

Comee here for the nice ambiance and the view on the bustling Russian market. The food and drinks are nothing special and a bit on the expensive side.

A great place to chill after a busy week. You need to look up to see the sign and then you access it up a couple of flights of stairs. The reward is an amazing view over the Russian market.

Excellent cocktails, wine and beer. Really nice veggie burger. Excellent view over the market, and at sunset the colours are even more impressive. Sundown cocktail selection for $3 between 5-7. Highly recommend.

Drinks here are fantastic. This upstairs roof top bar, while expensive, served some of the better drinks I have had in Phnom Penh. I highly recommend stopping by this bar and having a cocktail. If not for the drinks than at least for the solid view of the old Russian market
