Worst hotel to stay in ilam, unreasonable price for the rooms too . Poor hospitality and slow serviceI wont recommend this place. 👎

Worst hotel; bad room dirty bathroom an there is no ac or fan in standard room and also faces water problem in bathroom i was stock in toilet for hr all because there is no water in toilet recommended not to visit.

Just fine. Dinner was great though, breakfast was not. Staff tried their best to make use we felt comfortable and were super friendly.

The deluxe rooms were pretty clean but the standard rooms were slightly dirty. The dinner was good too but the breakfast was a big let down. The service was okay

Not many nice hotel opens in Illam. This hotel is just okay. Bed seemed clean but carpets were really old and seemed like they had fungus growing. Bathroom was clean. Dinner was good. Breakfast was just eggs and white bread. Reallyy expensive for the service you get.

Id recommend going there just for food. The rooms and amenities were pretty bad, and hot water ran only for 5 minutes. A lot needs to improve for this hotel to be what they actually market (a premium hotel).

WORST EXPERIENCE!!No hospitality & humanity in there. Cleanness and hygiene really bad. Staff there are rude. Horrible service. Food is even worse. Never thinking of going back illam because of this! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!

Its an excellent hotel situated in the heart of ilam bazzar. It gives high priority to the guest and visitor. It has nice accomodation and the sevices are excellent.

Its not the hotel value for money.

Rooms were awesome but amenities seems missing. Light and water backup could be organised as we suffer a lot because of water shortage. The team were very helpful.

We stayed at Summit hotel for one night. It was one night too many.Paid for a deluxe room so we could have some hot water...the hot water lasted for about 2 mins before it stopped working. Bed sheets were not clean, and the restaurant downstairs was terrible. Oh, and they do not allow you to take any food to your room despite the deluxe room having some sofas and table (perfect breakfast spot on the balcony).Would not recommend.

Not even capable of 1 star. Water going was jammed plus rooms with no fans/ac. This hotel is a nightmare. Waste of money.

Indolent manager and staff, we needed to get the most expensive rooms because we were told the others don’t have hot water. Even so, we did not get hot water. After complaining and asking several times the reception for solutions, one of the ladies there went to start the hot water. But after 3-4 minutes they’ve again stopped it. We told them we have driven 16 hours from Kathmandu and we really need at least hot water.In the restaurant, again, it was all un-organized, our order was not taken properly, and we did not get what we have ordered.And it was this feeling that the staff does not care about their guests, ignoring us, like we were not there. It was the first time for me to get such treatment.I would never ever return to that hotel.

We booked the Most expensive apartaments because the director of the hotel told us that those are the only rooms with water. And we did not get Any hot water. Expensive yet unprofessional with low quality services

Hotel looks good from the outside and even the foods are okay but may be because of the rainy season room was smelling fungus. Bed was not comfortable. They should use some quality mattresses instead of local and cheaper one. They don’t have power backup in case of power outage, not even for the internet. Most annoying thing during my stay was they were asking for more money than earlier negotiated. When I refused to pay, the hotel manager told that he will pay for me from his pocket.

Cockroaches all over the room and bathroom, separate charge even for basic amenities like water, uncooked food was served, inhospitable staffs and noisy.

Very nice place to stay and dine. The tea garden is very close to go for a walk.

This is a good Hotel at Ilam. Staff are friendly, delicious food and reasonable discount but Restaurant service is very late.

A bad experience, with horrible guest service, stinking room, leaking bathroom faucet, no communication system from room to reception, no welcoming attitude of front table staff. Overall very bad management. But food was very nice, i appreciated .

A nice hotel at Ilam bazar at reasonable price. Rooms are spacious and neat & clean. Service is also good. Nice interior but food is not much good considering other services.If you are around Ilam, a worth staying hotel.

Excellent hotel infrastructure at such location with right kind of rooms, moderately priced. Well maintained rooms, clean modern toilets, wifi, restaurant and bar are good amenities to count on.However, services are extremely slow, food is not good. It takes them more than an hour to get your food, so try ordering as much as you want in first place. Any additional order will take frustrating amount of time.Severely understaffed or less trained staff, but shiny side is their attitude and willingness to help you with everything, although in their due timeOverall a good place for stay.

By seeing from the outside, Summit Hotel 🛌 looks great and beautiful. However, inside of the hotel, specially the services and facilities are not that good. The hotel staffs respond to the customers requests very slowly. During my stay, I requested to change the spoiled bedsheets that they have arranged for me in which they responded reluctantly or unwillingly. After multiple attempts, they put a sheet which was also stained. I wonder why the hotel exhibits its greediness in the matter of health and hygiene of customers. The good aspect of the hotel was that it had a nice meal.

Good hotel in Ilam They provide good service and preferred hotel in Ilam. There are variety of room as the price tag. Ranging around 2000. Food is average.

We have great fun on this hotel,,all the staff were good. The hotels have maintained a small museum to show their Ancient culture...

Hotel looks big in structure, though facilities are limited. Anyway, hotels location is in prime area of Ilam city.

Good Hotel with Poor service. Management team is not matured enough. We had 3 days Program and the service was awful. I had to ask 5 times just for soap and shampoo.
