Really nice restaurant with amazing Turkish cuisine and serving style. Its the view thats the best thing about the location. September 2022 we went for breakfast and it was delicious as ever. This place was packed at 10 am. Quick and friendly service. Had great time as always

Excellent atmosphere, reach Manu, friendly knowledgeable staff, perfect service that will make you say WoW with an add of fresh made food, they have smoking and non smoking areas and if you are a shisha lover just ask for "fouassi" he you friendly restaurant shisha guide in the place.

Amazing experience. I have tried Sulatn Saray in Dubai many times but this was my first experience in Ajman. Beautiful Seaview seating with yet the same Amazing taste.A typical meal fuses turkish and middle Eastern flavours, ingredients and cooking techniques, with each new course a departure from the last.Some dishes are just fine. Some course sizes feel as though they should be inverted. But some of Sultan platters are so astonishingly well thought-out I am still thinking about them several days later.Service is as good as we have been experiencing in dubai.

It’s 5 star if you go for smoking. You will have good food, great view of sea.But as family with child under 18 we can not have the patio since it’s all smoking area. Which was disappointing.Some staff are great but over all they are trained as Sheesha joint, not 5 star restaurant which brings me to price of the food is high but the place is not high standards.As family with baby I wasn’t comfortable people crossing and some start there cigarettes before they exit the building.If one day I go alone for sheesha I would probably change it to 5 star. But visiting as family it’s 3 star at its best.It was nice to give sweets with fruits at the end.They do have a small section for children to play which is a +Oh I think my egg was suppose to be sunny side to but I’m not sure as I didn’t check there Mena as I was hungry

Ill keep fond memories of this place—one of the best restaurants in Ajman. The food is up to standard, the service is good, and they fill you with free fruits, teas and desserts after lunch or dinner. I will revisit you on my next visit to the Emirate of Ajman.The atmosphere with the waves on the windows definitely surprised me:)

not a nice attitude from the staff.late to take our orders.couldnt enjoy the beachfront seats because i had one child with me. although nobody was smoking and i came very early before people come.this was frustrating.and another somehow nice seat was closed due to maintenance on the floor above it :@i brought my whole family because it was recommended to us.but the overall experience was so bad Im never coming her, nor am i gonna recommend it.Im definitely gonna speak against it to everybody i know.

Good food (not great), great presentation, nice atmosphere, way over priced.Its a very popular restaurant it seems. It was packed when we got there. However, I dont get what the hype is all about. If it were only to take good pictures of their food and ambience.The food was not special. Dont mean to sound negative. The food was good, but for the price on the menu, Im not going there again.They served us complementary sweets at the end, but from the looks of it, nobody on the table seemed keen to try it.The staff was friendly, except for one lady who seemed naturally rude, and my friend got offended by her behaviour.They have indoor and outdoor seating. And their outdoor terrace has a great view over the sea.The restrooms are outside the restaurant, public restrooms.All in all, its a nice place to eat every once in a blue moon, or if youre rich and dont mind spending so much money on food.

I think this is my new favorite restaurant Im Ajman. It has good turkish dishes, the waitstaff is good, but the views are unbeatable. It is one of the few places I know of that is truly on the water. Very good option for lunch or dinner.

Love such kind of places along the coast. You enjoy your breakfast or lunch with the most beautiful view. Cozy atmosphere, always busy, helpful staff, good service and delicious Turkish food.

Great patio located on the deck overlooking the sea. The food was good and delicious but nothing extraordinary. I think the Restaurent is a bit over priced and the cost mostly is due to the location and the view of the sea. The patio is open roof and you can smoke (which they serveso you wouldn’t be able to enjoy it if you have young kids. Perfect choice for a relaxing Saturday night outing with a friend or family.

The restaurant serves the best breakfast in town. The view is soulful and relaxing. Very nice place for family and friends gatherings 💙

Fantastic location, spacious with a huge terrace at the beach front. It offers Turkish cuisine but no doubt with influence of most likely Syrian cuisine. They dish very generous portions for their royal breakfast and top that with a treat afterwards containing fruits, lokkum, dessert and baklava.

we visited this place for a weekend (sundaylunch. we hadnt pre-booked a table and werent expecting a table immediately but we were greeted and allotted a table immediately. since we had a toddler along with us we couldnt get the balcony with sea view as it was shisha zone.The ambience of the place was relaxed and fantastic . There is a play area for kids as well.The food has to be the best part of the place, salads and appetizers were delicious, and the meat was the best i have had. Juicy and tender at its best. Portions were very satisfying.In desserts we tried Sultan Saray ice cream which was delectable. we were also offered free complimentary choc baklava which were amazing , a fruit basket and Turkish tea.Customer service was very good unlike what I have read in reviews before visiting this place. All in all this place definitely deserves a 5 star.

Super nice place with an amazing sea view. The food is really delicious. We took the spicy soup and a salad (I forget its namewith Sultan Mashawi and chicken saj. The speed of serving the food amazed us. It was faster than McDonalds 😂The waiter Alaa was very attentive and helpful. He even offered to replace a dish for another with no extra cost. They also provided sweets and tea on the house ❤️Thank you Sultan Saray team. Will be coming back again for sure 😊Dont hesitate to pay the restaurant a visit!!!!

Sultan Saray is of of the best Turkish restaurants I have ever been to, in addition to that it has an amazing outdoor view on the sea, it is a special weather now to have a breakfast with your loved ones, there is a good selection breakfast for 2, fried egg with sojok, and other with tomatoes, different variety of cheese 🧀 there best turkish bread and tea. I enjoy every minute there. Their shisha is excellent.

One of the most beautiful places in UAE ever.Its very hard to find a place with delicious food and perfect view also staff there as so helpful and they are trying to help you and make you feel comfortable.The mix cheese is delicious also the sausage pan one of the best and fried halloumi very tasty.I tried muhamara and mutabla both of them good.I like coffee and tea there also they served fruits plate with dome desert.The only thing that I didnt like there is the manager his name is Abdelrahman he was shouting at the staff in front of everyone as the staff was so kind trying to find a table next to the sea I actually very surprised how a manager was shouting in front of the customer its very strange and I didnt like it as the staff keen on the customer satisfaction and the manager is not.There is parking are near the place put you have to pay for it also the more early you will come the more good time and better place you will have (balcony areathe breakfast untill 12:30 max.Btw there is shisha also thats why its a perfect place 😉I hope my review will be helpful for you 😊

Amazing place ,front of the beach ,very busy on weekend, variety and the quality are fabulous they just need to add more salty items in the breakfast rather then sweet the most thing I loved is the view 🥰😍,I highly recommended 👍👍and shisha also available.

Eating in this restaurant specially if you are at the balcony area is so refreshing and feeling one with nature. The cool drizzle of sea water when it collide against the stone is an added experience.Food is so clean and fresh... loved the breakfast sleection for 2.

Tried This Restaraunt for the first time and it was a great experience. Food was bit expensive comparative to the local restaurants but it was worth it . Amazing food with a breathtaking sea view . The staff was bit busy but very humble and cooperative.The time we went the Restaraunt was fully packedThey offer shisha also apart from food so perfect spot to have shishaAt the end of the meal we were offered complimentary dessert and tea and it was a perfect ending to such a great mealHere goes 5 star.

They do have amazing food, very delicious sweets, and nice venue with a sea view that you will love watching all the time. You will enjoy and love your overall experience no doubt. Sadly, the customer service experience was poor, some of them are friendly sometimes, but they are not professionals at all. It doesn’t matter of this place is not a fine dining or not located at a luxury location, they have to take into consideration training the staff as much as they could to satisfy the customers especially when their prices are high.

With a breath taking, chill air, oozing wind and serene waves and sounds, i found my peace here. Had the sultana breakfast for two, amazing spread and finger licking healthy meal with nice sulaimani, baklava icecream was wow and double apple shisha for the calls in you.Beautiful indoor seating is also available but why would you sit inside when its having beautiful view like these 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Customer service and hospitality was excellent

We had very good experience here at Sultan Saray, the quality of the service is great and the staff are friendly and helpful with everything.The food is tasty and has good quality, the prices are a bit high range, but you can find good quality in return.I liked the sea waves sound while sitting outside, the weather was great though.Highly recommended

Nice breakfast but can be better, maybe they should add more choices for the cheese selection and for the eggs ( they are offering only a small plate of eggs with sucuk for 2 people). Also, maybe to add simit to the bread selection.Good service, staff friendly and the best is the AMAZING view on the sea!

What I liked the most about this place is the sea view and ambiance! In terms of food, it was decent though too over priced. I really regret to say this but the customer service was a bit on the downside and some staff showed attitude. For instance we asked to order tea if not served as a complement (like all Turkish restaurants dobut they insisted that it would be served as a complement. We waited and waited but nothing was served so we left. I think a big turn down for this place is the customer service. Improving the customer service would greatly give it a higher rating!

Had one of the best morning in Ajman..Breakfast is delicious, good and generous..Fresh food and well prepared..Hygiene is perfect..Food is perfect..View is amazing..Good customer service..Friendly staff..We enjoyed our breakfast and enjoyed the whole atmosphere.. The music and everything felt like having a breakfast in Turkey.. 🤩🤩🤩Prices are fair and affordable..Good for a big gathering and small parties..Sweet and deserts are delicious..Would definitely recommend.. 🤩🤩🤩

Very good authentic Turkish food... 4.5 stars.The service is ok (not great3 starsHere things what they should fix:1A server was talking on the phone out loud multiple times.2The server does not lessen to what we ask and keep repeating a prior answer to my wife... My wife had to stop him and asked him to lessen to the question first3outside seating is not available for non smokers or families with babies!! So if you have a baby you cannot sit there... Why can they not split the area so family or non smokers can enjoy it as well4we had to go chase the server because they come and go without getting it orders5we asked them to pack the left over food... They took the food and mixed them into the same container... That was horrible!

Fantastic Turkish restaurant with stunning views of the ocean. The place reminds me of Moonshadows in Malibu, CA. Food is authentic, and delicious. Lots of traditional dishes try and good salads too. I suggest taking a table by the window overlooking the ocean. Came here for lunch and will definitely return to try dinner. Definitely a must when youre in Ajman.

One of the hidden gems of Ajman, a true Turkish delight nestled on the shores, the hosts are always attentive and polite and helpful with the suggestion from the menu for the ones unfamiliar with the dishes.I had a great time and loved my mix grill.
