Food and prices were okay 6/10Staff were excellent 10/10If it wasn’t for the super service, I would rate them 2/5My thoughts are you’re better off spending your money elsewhere.

Not clean

Well I dont like those places a its totally my bad, its a fancy place to eat with a wide selection of Turkish food but they dont have any real Othman drinks like Ayran.The service is really slow and the music is both annoying and loud, we did ask twice to decrease the couple so we can talk together without the need to shout like crazy poeple but they ignored us.In shot its place for old people that love Turkish food and cant wait and dont mind the music.

The food is okay but the service is very bad and the server I dealt with was very rude and unprofessional. I liked the soup that they give us at first as a entree So I ordered more soup as a starter ( u can do so since its in the menubut unfortunately when it came it tasted burnt. I told him and he said its the same soup and its not burnt ( like I taste with his mouth). And then the burnt soup was in the bill even though I turned back. When talking with him and his boss they were very disrespectful. Anyway, it was nice that he offered to give me the Coke that I ordered years ago when I was paying the bill.Do not recommend!

I went there today for the the first time. It was a special occasion. When we came in, the atmosphere was nice and cosy. I loved the music. I got excited and was looking forward for the rest of the experience.But from there all went down.The person who showed us the table and took our order didnt even bother to greet us and seemed annoyed for some reason.We ordered:1/a Lebanese cold mezza ( it was supposed to be the appetizer): dry hommus and the baba ghanouch was not tasty at all. The plate was served after the main dish 😩.We asked for the hot Mezza but was not available.2/ mix grill. The kebabs was ok but the rice was hard and dry and we got a little pieces of aluminium foil in it 🤮.3/grilled seafood plate: overpriced. very dry. It is not GRILLED ( seared on a hot plate).So overall it was disappointing

Very nice restaurant, where you can eat meddle Eastern dishes. I had the famous moroccos dish Coscosoh. It was awesome. Services is good, and the place is nice.

The food is ok just over priced. Also, they are very deceptive with the prices The menu says one price but when you pay its much more.

Outstanding dining experience!This is my favorite restaurant in Tunis by far. Ive been there four times now and everything was always on point.The food is delicious and of great quality (I tried various dishes of the Oriental and Tunisian menuand the ambience is nice and comforting. Usually they have some very good live music playing, which definitely sets the mood.One thing I definitely want to highlight is the staff. They are super friendly, all food is perfectly on time , and they absolutely try their best to provide you with a perfect dining experience. Great job!!In short, I give this restaurant my highest recommendations.

The service is not bad.... Tunisian food is good but the Oriental is under the expected...

The mozzarella they put on the pizzas had already gone off and we couldn’t eat more than a few bites. It was unedible. We were so disappointed because their restaurant looks chic and the prices are pretty high for Tunisia! We told the waiter and we happily didn’t have to pay the pizzas and left as soon as possible. Never again.

It is my first time in the place, their food was very good, delicious and test was exepectional. Ill come back again if I visited Tunis again. Highly recommended

service was bad, waiter tried to charge us for free soup, good thing we already read the menu. I requested to replace the rice and fries (because I dont eat themby salad; the waiter said they can do this but he didnt.I will never go there again.

يوم 1/8/2018 اخدت وجبة عشاء تيك اوي ولما عطوني الوجبة كانت بدون ملاعق او شوكات قتله ملاعق اوشوكت لو سمحت قالي معندناشلوكنت اعرف ماخدت الوجبة اصلا يعني خلاني ادور شوكات او ملاعق بنص الليل هذا كلام فاضي.In 2 Aug at 11:00 I took takeaway meal, but it cames with out forks or spoons، I asked the guy there to provide me with some spoons or forks, I have surprised when he siad we dont have and he dont even be sorry for that. So I tried to find them in some stores in the midnight. If I know the meal comes with out them I dont buy it.

Good food and service

Visited the restaurant for turkish specialities as claimed on the internet. Nothing Turkish in this restaurant . I even asked the server to show me a turkish dish on the menu. He claimed it is Syrian which the same as turkish. At that point I left the restau. Very misleading and disappointing and overpriced for what they are offering .

The food is not an authentic Turkish style, but the service is not bad. There is security cameras every where may be 40 of them I’m worry they might have some in the bathroom !!

Food is good and for the first few times service was good, but because it is tunisia you dont get the consistance service so I have to give it 3 specially when you talk to the waiter whos taking your order and he totally ignore you and turn his back and leave..
