Easy to get to. Central to where I stay. Coffee is good and so is the food. Always busy. Friendly staff

Breakfast offerings were light and well executed, but I felt like I could’ve used some sauce or butter on the side for the savory dishes.Overall, a very good cheeseburger. The patty was a bit smaller than the bun but was perfectly cooked. The bun was lightly toasted but still manageable and didn’t fall apart…however, you will still end up dropping crumbs everywhere. Sometimes simple is better, and in this case, it helped accentuate the fresh vegetables. The burger does not come with fries so place your order accordingly.

Nice menu, coffee is good and the service is quick. Plus wifi.

Lovely service and tasty coffee

Hands down the best carrot cake in town. Not a lot of seating but that’s to be expected given the size of the cafe. Nothing will take away from the quality of the cake though. Not yet tried the coffee, but it smells incredible.

Finally there is cosy and delicious place to have warm beverages in town. Nice personnel, attractive prices and warm home atmosphere magnetizes to spend time in Sulo. There are not so many seats available, so make sure you dont come here more than 10 people. Otherwise you wont be able to share one table.

Very busy, need to book ahead. Food is good.

We had a lovely meal here with our kids. Especially the pasta fettucini salmon was yummie. The play area for kids is cute, lots of fun stuff for toddlers. Friendly staff. We will be back for sure!

Cozy place to have a cup of coffee with friends

first and foremost I was quite disappointed by the service the cafe’s staff provided. I am not really keen on leaving negative comments. However, it would be useful for them to be more customer-oriented in the future. Neither waitress nor manager were willing to quickly response to my request for checking the cake availability. Secondly, the pie I eventually bought and gave as a gift was frustratingly dry and tasteless, so in my personal opinion who had tried cheesecake in many different places, this particular New York cheesecake does not deserve to cost such a fortune.I hope my feedback will help the managers to re-think and change their bakery if they still want to continuously run their business.

Exelent place for a quick and good meal. Good cusine and service. Maybe the only place in atyrau where you can get a real espresso. Service is fast and very educate whit good knowledge of English language

Nice place to spend time with friends and family. A little bit pricy. May be 500 tenge expensive than other places. I.e.Caesar salad is I think 2200 tenge whereas in other places is 1500-1800 tengeSteak is expensive at around 3500-4000 tenge as well but probably it is worth it.I ordered soup , meat wasn’t tough which is good. The portion of soup was not big, like a cup. It cost me 1200 tengeIt has really good deserts as well. I had teramisu. I don’t remember the price to be honest.Definitely will come back to this place again

We love this little gem. The staff are amazing people. Most everyone here speaks English, Russian and the Kazak language. The food is very well made and not to pricey. If you have not been yet put Silo Cafe & Bakery on your list.

Newly opened place in quite attractive place. There were quite a lot people, nice interior with clean toilets. Coffee and sweets were good, service is acceptable. Bank payments are available. Hopefully they keep the same level.
