I didnt like their sitting arrangement. Chairs were not comfortable.Food served was delicious but high cost

Very nice and good quality food

Going to this place since my very early days of life. This was the first proper fast food restaurant in Chittagong. Not anymore the only one, but coming back to this place reminds of those good old days. Specially the kids zone. The food is exactly the same like before. The price is like KFC, The food is good as well. In my opinion the last friend chicken i had was better than the KFC.

This has basically 3 sections. Confectionery on the ground floor which sells their own branded items. 1st floor is a Malaysian fast food franchise Sugarbun and above that a café with specialty coffees and drinks.The confectionery items are undoubtedly one of the best in terms of freshness, taste and quality. But over the course of time they have increased their pricing to an absurdly high level, to the extent a limited number of people tends to go there. So hate this part.Sugarbuns food was mouthwatering in one time. The food quality is degraded a lot by time. The chicken, rice, coleslaw all of it are below average in taste.Theres a kids corner on second floor but most of the arcade devices are inactive. So yeah, just a plain horse ride.

There are several SugarBun restaurants at Chattogram, Bangladesh under WellFood roof. This is located central GEC mor, a very busy area. The location is good for transportation. They mainly sell various types of burgurs but there are other items too like Pasta, Chowmin, even some set meals. There is not much ambiance in the restaurant but still cosy for enjoying foods with family and friends. They have special menus for kids. Foods are tasty and prices are comparatively affordable.You have to pay first after selecting the item and waiter will serve. They accept both card and cash. There is no separate path or staircase or lift for the disabled but it is just on the 1st floor. This is not the place for big group of people to enjoy together but six or eight people can sit together in the long tables which are a few.

Food is good here but expensive.

Sugar Bun is surely a refreshing concept for Bangladesh and it offers the smarter young people to hang out in a place that is not too expensive for them and that gives them a taste of something new. The Sugar Buns I visited in Chittagong were all clean and nicely decorated, with helpful and enthusiastic staff. So, I think its a good concept, but for me the food is a bit too simple. Not used to that anymore. But at the same tie I think Well Food is helping to create a new, fresh and sympathetic offer of restaurants and coffee shops in Chittagong (as Rio Coffee is also part of Well Food).

Beautiful place...food quality average but price is very high

Though a bit pricy, food is very good and the total place for dine in is well settled along with kids play zone.But you have to consider the crowd.

Food is good. They do justice to all the rave reviews. Unfortunately for me, the experience at the Well Play Zone for kids was traumatic. Been there with my 3 Yr old baby who was simply sitting on one of those non-functional rides. And the person in charge was too rude in her behaviour and shouted at mine along with 3 other kids just because shes upset with another kid before us.May be its just me, anyway.

i ordered savoury rice but they served me keno meal rice. when i asked why they did this, they told me savoury rice wasnt available thats why they served me keno meal rice without informing me. Nowadays their behaviour is very bad with their customers i dont knw why especially the cashcounter boy. If you complain they dont take it seriously.

Good western food. The lighting and ambience is great. Rio coffee is also in the premises that offers good coffee.Recommended: Western Meal 1 - 4.Broast chicken here is one of the best in town, crunchy on the outside and tender-juicy inside. If youre craving for Broast Chicken, French Fries and Rice, this is the place to come. Kids will enjoy this place as it has a Kids play zone.

A well known fast food restaurant in Chittagong city. There is a good selection of dishes available for every person. The atmosphere is good but tends to get crowded during the evening time and waiting time for food preparation may also bother someone if they are in a hurry.

Great place to get fast food

Its a good place for me since 2010. I used to go there with my friends. Now, I go there with my son. Its a good place with kids play zone and great food.

Nice concept. Not just to sell food. It allows people to have a seat and talk. Eventually which leads one to buy food. Very good concept. Should be appreciated. Very good interior and spacious. Not so tacky and not so business minded. Friendly for customers. Allows people to sit and talk. Offers free food too. Bangladeshi food businesses should take idea from this concept and make restaurants a place to hangout and chat. Not so commercial that put every inch into business by putting tables and taking orders.

Disappointed with their recent service!! I didnt wanted the cosmos salad. I told them very clearly before making my order. But sadly they gave me that salad with my set meal. This is the 2nd time they made the same mistake with me. I told them to give me back my money. They said thats not possible!!I asked why?? I didnt touch it.He said my software doesnt allow me to give your money back. You can take something else if you want!!I was a regular customer since i was a kid!!! Now i dont feel good to visit this place!!!

Its at Wellofood center(GEC). I have tried western meal 1. Taste is good. 8/10. Good stuff supports and the best place for a family hangout. There are huge spaces so never get so crowd. You can enjoy your time with family and friends. There are also kids play zone.

According to my knowledge,this restaurant has being the first to serve fast food in Chittagong.Since then,it has been selling chicken burgers,rice with chicken and kids meal.Over the time,there has been no specific changes to the menu or to the taste of food.Though, it has become mundane and few people visits there compared to earlier.

Sugar bun restaurant is always preferred by young champs and all ages people and fast food lover. Their chicken fry and othres food is yummy for most of the people. For giving any treat to others or family gathering or celebrating any occasion its awesome to visit.Its a good place with WIFI facilities.

A nice and clean restaurant here in Chittagong the Commercial Capital of Bangladesh. They have mid range of menu with a reasonable price. They have separate restroom for male and female. I found male rest was clean and well maintained. They meet my expectation. Wish to visit again.

This place was our hang out spot,while in medical school In bangladesh.It has yummy snacks.Super oily but totally delish.And fries chicken and burgers and meals with a kids section.The cakes and sweets were also super yummy.Loved the sweet curd.Its situated in the busy mani street junctions of chityagong.

Considering the menu, they have the best food and service in chittagong.The GEC branch have kids corner, good meal, snacks, desserts, great coffee and bakery items, all in one place.They also bring subtle changes in their menu regularly.But the regular items stays and the quality remains the same.I would recommend their coffee, pizza, broast chicken, twister roll, and live bakery items.

A great restaurant with great environment . It has a 4 storied building. In The ground floor , it has the well food bakery. They offer different types of sweets, cakes, dry food, hot snack, pastry and other bakery item. In 1st and 2nd floor the Suger Bun. Its a fastfood shop. In 3rd floornthe rio cafe.

At the beginning of Well food SugarBun restaurant; it became popular among local customers as well as foreign customers in Chittagong. It became a famous brand of fast food. Their customer service is still quite good. The restaurants interior is a lively place. It has free Wi-Fi. There is a nice play zone for kids. But the issue is that unfortunately the quality & taste of dishes now seems average. Their popular broast chicken has now a bland taste and its surrounding crumb is soggy. Overall the punch in the taste of dishes is missing.

Customer service is good. The quality of food is excellent. And if you are willing to spend hours and hours in chit-chatting without disturbance, it is the perfect place for you.

Well Food center. Very popular and good service.

One of my favorite places to hang out. There is a bakery on the ground floor, fast food joint & Baskin & Robbins & Kids play area on the 2nd with a Rio Coffee on the top floor. Best place for a coffee around town for me. Usually they have free WiFi but it wasnt functioning on my last visit. Hopefully they have fixed the problem. Bottom line is this place has great decor, clean environment with clean restrooms. Competent staff (there was a very rude & incompetent guy who clearly needed more training but the others are very good& good food for a good price. A big & varied menu. If you are in the vicinity, you must check this out.

Sugar Bun is one of most attractive & suitable place for a family with kids.Parents can easily stay their children at Sugar Bun kids play ground.They spend their times easily by playing games with toys.Children easily enjoy. Parents can spend time with attractive foods.

Quality foods, seem to be fresh. But they should improve the billing and payment system. I have bought foods couple of times but never got actual item wise bill.

Fast-food restaurant servers reasonable quality food, famous for their bakery and childrens play area.

It is well decorated multi-storied building. Different kinds of food are available there.In First floor is for dry food and the second floor you will get the chicken or other items.
