Their strawberry cheesecake icecream is really good! You see chunks of cheesecake in your scoop. Also, their customer service is excellent. Definately my new icecream stop.

I think name tags are is needed for the staff and when will the card machine ever be up every time I come there its always down u need to change that cuz people dont always carry cash these days..otherwise I liked the Ice cream and had no problem with the employees

The Subzero in New Kingston has horrible service. The employees are not welcoming and have stank attitudes. That is why the shop is always empty :)

The customer service is terrible!!! I go to this place every Friday with my best friend to buy icecream. This time I went the icecream tasted rancid (spoiledand they refused to change the flavour or provide a refund, saying its managements policy. Take my advice, go to Devon House.

Worst customer service Ive ever had at the Branch in New Kingston Tonight 1.27.2018 due to my 6 year old child having a hard time to pick an icecream flavor I was advised to hurry up and stop waste their time. Ive never felt so humiliated ever. Something needs to be done.
