Subway Restaurants in White Sulphur Springs

Went in to get some lunch while on the road. Was about to order when I noticed the gnats inside the bread case. Not just one of two, but like ten or twenty. No thank you, immediately walked out. If this is what bread hygiene looks like, what about the other, more perishable items?? Subway is going downhill...

There was a long line when we went to get a quick bite. But the staff was nice and professional and we got our meal fairly quickly.

This Subway location was poorly kept, not clean. The staff behind the counter were more interested in what they were doing that night than attending to the line of customers. When we did get to place our order, mine was handled incorrectly and it tasted horrible. When checking out, I had been looking at the credit card screen to make sure the "Approved" message disappeared before leaving and the cashier questioned what else I needed with a rude,"Whst?". I said I was just making sure the screen cleared before leaving. I was told I looked confused about the fact that I was "done".

Friendly and quick staff.Food was good.Line was long.

Dont understand why theyre not taking orders over the phone and theyre making you use an appTheres all kinds of older people that do not know how to use apps food is always good and what place is always clean they make good sandwiches

Good service and decently quick. Subway changed a few of the sauces but still good food. The bathrooms could use more attention but pretty clean sfore

Food and service were good.Bathrooms smell clean, no hidden odors.But they need to be updated, walls are yellowed, mirror looks like it came out of an old gas-station restroom, backing color off of it.Needs a good redo of walls for sure.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! Placed order online for pick up and when I the girl assured me the only order ready was mine and I was rushed out the door. Get back to work and it is completely wrong! Didnt even put any type of dressing let alone the sweet onion that I had ordered. Called the store and told them it was not right. She argued repeatedly that the sub had been made to order which it clearly was not. When I insisted this was not what I ordered she strated yelling at me and getting defensive that she had made it right. I dont know where the problem was but what I was given was not what I ordered and being yelled at by staff at store..so much for customer service! Will not go back to this store!

The sign on the front door says masks are required, but the employees sure weren’t wearing them.

One of the staff members making the sandwiches did not wear a mask and her hair was long and pulled to the front hanging over the food. She had on a visor but that wasnt helping the long hair.

Tried using the Subway app. Took my money, but the location “didn’t get my order” Worst location and bad service to boot.

Waiting for my sandwich to b made , a woman , around 6 1/2 foot tall, heavy set , with blonde hair , refused to wear her mask as she sweat and conversed with coworkers . During this outbreak I would at least take consideration for your few customers who venture out . Stay away from the location . The Fairlea subway is much safer . God bless

No eating in restaurant. Only 2 guests in store, despite 6 distance or quantity in party. Employee very nice.

Had to wait in line outside as only 2 people allowed in. Sub was not as good as it usually is.

Great, clean Subway. Have to use this one because we lost the one in Rainelle. No big loss, towards the end, it went downhill quick. Would like to see it replaced, definitely with new management and staff.

Bring your own napkins. They seem to pitch pennies and dont hand them out. I see no need to have to ask when they should be in the bag with the food. Also were out of chocolate chip cookies. I think I was over charged. Usually price is around 8 dollars at other Subways for the same order this store charged a little over 9 dollars.

Fine sandwich and its clean. Took 20 minutes for us to get our sandwich.

Place was dirty. Girl was rude, beyond the normal sullen employee. Have complained only after several times, nothing will change

Quick, polite service, and delicious food. You really can never go wrong with Subway.

Staff was slow and had no energy. Eye contact with the customers was minimum, voices were soft and quite. Store was clean. One staff member was outside the store smoking before coming in to make sandwichs.

The steak sub was good. Service was pretty good also, considering they were really busy

First time I tryed a 6 inch tuna sub with pickles black olives onions lettuce Mayo lightly salted and peppered I am so full and it was good.*EditI removed the pickles and mayo replaced with a double shot of honey mustard and a healthy handful of black olives leaving the rest of the ingredients to an even better tuna sub!

Friendly service and the wait time was very minimal. Clean restaurant.

Need more people to work. My third visit no one answered the phone no one answered the first and the second time the boy was out side

Typical Subway restaurant. Plus side here was it was clean. My sandwich was fresh and so was most of the food bar. I give it a four because all of the food on the food bar was not fresh. The salad was one thing that looked a little old and wilted.

My family went there yesterday (Sundaymorning for breakfast. We got there at 930am.... Door was locked, all the lights were on and the girl was standing in there but wouldnt unlock the door or acknowledge us. You open at 9am, so whats the problem???😠

The customer service really depends on whos working. I went one day and it was the worse eating experience ever. The employee making the food slammed my food down and complained of not having a break all day. I took a picture of the customer service number so i could report this behavior. I didnt call but Im very pleased to see that employee is no longer employed there. Since then Ive been a happy customer.

Roy was very polite and professional. He was working alone but had a few customers with multiple orders but that didnt change his attitude. Great customer service.

Love it. Its subway so you know what you get but the staff here make all the difference!
