Subway Restaurants in Woonsocket

Do not waste your time ordering here! I ordered online at 4:40 to pick up after work at 5:40. Get there to 2 girls behind the counter yelling they closed. I told them I ordered online and they said they were already closing when the order came in. So I asked about a refund as I had paid 10 gift card 2 rewards points and approx 12 debit. 24 dollars. The girl said maybe theyll refund you where you ordered from. I will NEVER go back. Also was double charged on a previous occasion. This is ridiculous!!

Not bad at all

Ordered ahead via the app (in an attempt to save timeonly to find a sign on the store stating the store had closed 2 hours earlier.. I double checked hours online and on the app to make sure this wasnt my mistake, and nope, it wasnt. The best part of the story is I was still charged for the order I was literally unable to pick up. Tried calling the next day and no one answered the phone, and the voicemail was full.. naturally.

I tried going multiple times over the past few weeks. Every time they were closed. Employees were even standing behind the counter with the door locked during the day. Their sign says they should be open. I want to support local business, but they’ve made it difficult.

Went around noon (hours state 10am open), lights were on but doors locked and nobody I could see inside. Others came and left as well. Go to another location and don’t waste your time here.

Showed up for lunch, no lights on, door locked. Just a guy sitting in a booth. After a minute, he gets up and asks what I want and if I came for a sandwich. Obviously. But I’ll take my business somewhere else.

DO NOT come here. 🤢 nobody ever cleans, they try to pay workers less than minimum wage. The sub unit doesn’t work to the point where meats are room temp and cheese sticks together. Workers don’t even wash their hands. So unless you want food poisoning, stay away.

The worst Subway I ever been to in my life I walked in no greet Just someone re stocking the veggies like I wasnt even standing there.after 2mins a lady came out greeted I said a footlond wheat bread plesse she reply with, we dont have wheat bread we only have 6 inches I said ok thats fine then I asked for pickles extra to take she said i cant I only have theses pickles left for my other customers the truck hasnt come yet I was like Im a customer and Im paying she still said I cant I was like never in my life was turn down food I was paying for I wouldnt recommeanyone of even a dog .. nd this subway to

Meh. They close when they want to, sometimes their open, sometimes the lights are shut off 2 hours before it’s scheduled to close.9/15/21 Edit : originally it was a 3 star with the previous owners but since it’s been under new ownership they have signs posted all over that they don’t honor any footlong deals or coupons of that nature etc. As soon as you walk through the door the Indian woman stares at you for so unbelievably long from the back room it’s incredible. I watched her throw some chicken parm on somebody’s sub and he said actually I wanted ham not chicken parm and she scraped it off with the paper tray and put the ham over it. It was bad before with the other owners closing whenever they felt like it, but now it’s even worse with the new owners. Unfortunate it’s really the only “fast food” directly in Blackstone.

Second time ordering online and both times it was wrong. I ordered extra mayo on both I got light mayo. I ordered banana peppers did not get banana peppers. And on the other sand which I didn’t order olives but got them anyway. Kinda upset Bc this wasn’t the first time

Nothing like a subway sandwich or salad when you are hungry, want fast food without the grease and sick feeling after.

Well, I do like Subway sandwiches, but not all sandwiches. Like today, I ordered a steak sub. I wasnt impressed with the actual amount of meat placed on the bun. The guy scooped up some chopped cooked steak with a measured amount, then didnt put it all on the bun. If I order a steak sandwich, I want a steak sandwich, not a bun sandwich. What the hey, Im paying for the damn thing.

Subway. Almost a footlong for more than 5 dollars

Subway is an okay choice for lunch when there are no better options, or, you simply dont trust any other eateries in the area. Im not knocking those people that swear by Subway but, for me personally, Id prefer the cold-cuts to outweigh, or at least outnumber the amount of veggies in the bun. The other thing Im not terribly fond of is that all of their cold-cuts are pre-sliced, giving the customer NO clue as to who their vendors are, be it Boars Head, Parma, or whatever. Id also never choose meatball, chicken, or steak because; A- Ive no idea as to how old those foods are, B- if they were prepared fresh or came out of a freezer (in direct contradiction with their slogan, I might add!), C- Ive also surmised the fact that if they have a bread oven and utilize microwaves to heat food, then, theyve NO kitchen in which to prepare these foods, and D- where said foods originated from, local or not! For all the info Subway provides, theyre not very forthcoming in the where and how their prepared foods arrive at their restaurants.

Like subway, its affordable and a healty way eating out.

Great service n workers

I always come to this subway since its next to my job. My food is fresh and tasty and the employees are nice. They are upbeat and happy not like the one in woonsocket.

Good place, nice and clean. Friendly people and super awesome food.

Its 7pm and you only have two kinds of bread left on a Saturday night? Poor planning and lost my business.
