Quite possibly the most rude “sandwich artists” I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. I wanted a sandwich with Fresh mozzarella… that I could literally see that they had available… and they said I couldn’t have it … because I wasn’t ordering one of their generic sandwiches and their supply was running low. My daughter wanted to order something else…. Which they also didn’t have in stock. When I expressed disgust at the fact that they were running “low” on a lot of their ingredients… the dumb little employee said I was welcome to leave. Which I did. What a sad world… when a completely empty subway worker… doesn’t care about the business of a customer. I took my business elsewhere… which I will forever more. They also didn’t want to direct me to the general manager… they wouldn’t tell me how I could get a hold of him… or when he would be in…. “It was against policy!”
I’d give 0 stars if I could!!! First the lady behind the counter was salty towards me from the jump. Then I ordered one of the most popular sandwiches subway has come to offer and this lady made it with the wrong stuff and stated the sandwich has changed even after being asked for it the old way or the way I wanted she just continued on to make me one terrible chicken bacon ranch melts. It seems everytime I go into this location the sandwich changes! She said it was changed in January but I’ve been getting the original all year from this location. Extremely unpleased!!! If a custom asks for the food a certain way they should have that not get told “this is how we do it now”
The staff weren’t up front for several minutes and they were very rude, they seemed annoyed that I was there
Stood there while a grown, adult woman stood confused the entire time, while being given basic instructions. Your job is putting ingredients... On bread. Not even ingredients. Its a basic selection of a highly limited amount of products... Youre a grown human... Struggling to make a sandwich... I mean, come on. And can we talk about the stale bread? The manager was phenomenal, and came in and saved the day. He was probably the only one who actually had a clue what was going on.
Friendly staff :handled the July fourth rush amazingly!
I ordered two sandwiches and try to use the coupon when I check out, then I wait 15minutes min for the cashier to call her manager and her manager to call her boss, but still couldnt get the coupon works. I end up paying the full price for two cold roasted sandwiches.
A better selection the one nearby inside Wal-Mart.
Its a hit and miss here. Sometimes the employees do a great job at the sandwiches and sometimes they dont do it correctly.I ordered a melt and there were only 2 slices of cheese on it and not even toasted (i toasted it at home in the picture). I *paid* for a melt, not a usual sandwich. Melts are supposed to have 3x cheese. Im not sure why this location has such a hard time getting this right. Each time I order a melt here, it is not a melt.From my experience, ordering at the store is better than ordering online (whether for pickup or deliverybecause your sandwiches get more accurate. This location is the most convenient, but it is getting disappointing how many times they get the order wrong.
There was blood on our sandwhiches. After filling out a report and trying to get ahold of a manager the result was they “talked to” the employee who cut himself and threw away the bread knives and did a clean up after they continued serving other people with blood in their food the entire time the report was filled out. The blood was all over the counter they make the sandwhiches on as well. You could literally see the blood pooling in the glove and the employee would go through multiple gloves with one order that’s how bad he was bleeding. We won’t be eating at this location again.

Im not sure if this is at all subways now, but they automatically put on a tip at checkout. Im not very happy about that, especially since I didnt get my money back. Also the prices have risen.
The workers are friendly. Great place to grab a quick bite. You can dine in or take out. Variety of choices. Overall I loved it.

Needs new drive-thru equipment. And friendlier employees wouldnt hurt.
Had the spicy Italian sandwich with everything on it ... so tasty! The gentleman that prepared the sandwich was friendly, fast, and put the right amount of everything on. Great work!
The lettuce was dead on arrival. It literally looked like it was rotting. Everything looked disgusting and Ive felt sick since I ate there hours ago.
The guy that helped us was so nice. They were busy but he never let that bother him.

This was the worst experience I had add to this location I always go to this one because I dont want to fight through the people Walmart but today I regret that decision I went in and there was a huge line of people waiting to be helped because some girl and was ordering like 10 sandwiches and the girls that were behind the counter are the only ones there and they were not in a hurry they were being extremely slow and barely moving when it was finally my turn after about 25 minutes didnt even apologise for the wait they just basically said what can I get you and then in the middle of making my sandwich they stop making mine and start making somebody elses I was like are you freaking kidding me you expecting to stand here 25 minutes then stop making my sandwich and I was going to get cokeb ut that didnt happen there drive thru wasnt even work and they didnt know why and when I tried to leave one of the doors was locked never again will I come to this location
Had ordered an online order around 7:15 said it’d be ready at 7:25. I stood in there waiting for 20 minutes why they helped the couple in front of me. I told them I had an online order and asked if it was ready because it’s 20 minutes after the pickup time and they pulled out a stack of online order receipts and there were still 2 orders in front of ours so I canceled and left. Definitely wish they would’ve been on top of things and way faster but things happen I guess.
This is a nice location. It looks like theyre finishing up a remodel. The inside is nice and new. The staff was friendly but awfully slow. I didnt feel like they had structure and were easily overwhelmed.
The lady gave me a bunch of things I didnt ask for and charged me for a footlong even though I said I wanted a six inch.
It was kind of confusing trying to order through the drive through and they didn’t have any meatballs in the store at all when we went. My wife was craving a meatball sub so that wasn’t good.

I love the cold cut trio, its simple and always a fair price. Then I saw them making a steak and cheese sandwich that was toasted & that just absolutely blew me away. Thats the next one Im going to get!
Appreciated clerk who ask if I had a Subway card. I do but left it home. First time a Subway employee has ever asked me that question. Goid steak & cheese sandwich

About what you would expect from Subway. Wish the drive through was a bit faster. 3rd in line and it was almost 15 minutes to get through.
Ordered online. The app said my order would be done at 1:05. My wife walked in at 1:05 they hadnt even started our order yet. They said theyd bring it out to us when we were done. We waited 15 minutes and no food. So I went in. They asked if I had an online order. I said yes. To my disappointment, they hadnt even started my order. They told me it was really busy. I told them I knew that because Id watched about 10 cars go through the drive through while we were waiting. Another lady came in, they asked her if she had an online order and she asked why? They told her its faster if you order online. I laughed and told her thats not true Ive been waiting for 20 minutes for my order. All in all, it took 30 minutes more than the time the app said it would be ready. So all together, it took 45 minutes from the time I got my order to finish it. Ridiculous. All they offered me was an apology and a nice day. As a former fast food manager, this is unacceptable. An offer of some cookies or drinks would have been nice. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

Took so long to make my sandwich. Too much chatting to the kid in front of me distracting the worker so unfortunately i had to wait till they were done chatting to get my sandwich made.
You know Subway. You know what it is. I dont need to tell you what to get because everything is great and fair priced. Im a Cold Cut Combo kinda guy but really anything Ive had there is fine.
What more candidates be said about a sandwich where I can pick the bread, meat and all the fixings that I like on my sandwich. The Subways are my favorite sandwichs.
Clean & relatively quick. There is 1 girl who works the drive thru who will repeat your order back to you 3 times and still get it wrong though.
Everyone loves Subway! We love coming and getting sandwiches for the park or to go camping. We love coming here for every other day we eat lunch too! 😂
Weve gone to this Subway a few times and while the food is good, the service and cleanliness has always been lacking. Today we wiped down our table and were disgusted by how black the wipe was after wiping it. There was also an issue with the soda machine (the syrup was out for the root beerand it took a good 5 minutes for an employee to come help us as we were calling out to them from the counter.
Great place for smaller orders it is still good for bigger ones just takes a little longer but its worth the wait.
You know what you will get as far as the food goes at Subway and this location is no exception. I had the meatball marinara which is a fav. The veggies and bread were nice and fresh. Went at lunchtime and they didnt have enough people working the counter so it took a while to get my sandwich. Best to go when theyre not too busy.
This review is solely for the customer service. A little after the lunch rush, I arrived and there where two cars in the drive thru and two in the parking stalls. Pull Into the drive thru and 20 min later Im ordering and about 5 min later I have my food in my hand. Food was exactly as orderd, it just took much longer than anticipated.
Its a great subway. Gets busy sometimes just like anywhere else, but the staff is always smiling and helpful.
This is solely for their customer service, I love subway, but this location is so slow.... you can be the only car in the parking lot and drive through and it takes 25 min to get 1 sandwich.
Its a typical Subway. What do you expect? I was expecting them to do a kids tuna sandwich since every other Subway Ive ever been to has happily obliged to do tuna. But apparently they "cant" do that at this location. Too bad. Im usually not petty enough to complain about something in a review but I honestly dont understand why they couldnt. I do think Subway should just add tuna to their pretty much non-existent kids meals. Thats another thing, why do they call them kids meals if you have to add on the drinks and chips? 🤷
Ive never had problems with customer service or the quality of my sandwich here but be warned... If you go through the drive thru, dont plan on going anywhere fast...
I would gladly give this Subway 4 or 5 stars if they would just change a couple things. Ive been going to this particular franchise for over 10 years and during that time their drive-thru intercom system has always been a piece of garbage. I literally have to repeat my order 2 or 3 times before the person on the other end can get my order right. I dont know if its the intercom, the headsets or if its because someone had the brilliant idea of putting the drive thru right next to a busy highway but I really wish you would get it figured out. My other complaint is that Subway prints you a 73 foot long receipt for a 6 inch sandwich. Seriously? Subway is probably the primary cause of deforestation in this country. I dont need a receipt for a sandwich. Im not planning on returning it. Please, please, please just ask me if I want a receipt before you cut down another tree. Its totally ridiculous. The staff have always been great to work with, I just feel like the owner of this franchise needs to save some money on paper and re-invest it in a new intercom system. Problem solved. This is definitely the best subway in town clean crew clean work areas all the time and follow protocol. Fast and pretty sandwiches not to mention they taste fresh. Great staff friendly and do their job well especially Korbin.
Went through the drive thru and ordered a sandwich got home and the meat was hard, hardly any lettuce or mayo and they forgot all my veggies. I had to throw away my whole sandwich after one bite. Very upset! I always come to this subway and this is the first time Ive had a problem. Guess Ill taking a longer drive into town for the other subway!
Food quality is great. Also not a super popular location which is nice. Customer service could be better.
Super busy, but they try to get you through fast. If your wanting a better experience the one next to AutoZone is the best
The food was exactly what we wanted. Unfortunately, the girl (Andreawho took our orders was exceptionally unpleasant. She must have been having a very bad day and she needs to know that her attitude ruins the customer experience. I gave 2 stars because the cashier was friendly and improved the experience.
Always great clean and friendly. Also has a drive through. Good deal if you review your visit and take the receipt back.
