The staff is purposely rude and they all need to be let go.

My son has been at Children’s hospital for a while.and have been to subway a few times.was there 3/24/22 about 5 .the 2 girls that take care of us are so wonderful and sweet.we look forward to seeing them.they just make you happy and laugh and parents need that sometimes.they do whatever to make you happy and our food is always good. I know one of there names is Daisy and I wish I knew the other girls name.but I’m thinking she might be a manager because it was only them 2 working.so if your ever having a bad day at Children’s hospital please go to subway they will cheer you up.so thanks so much for them 2 girls for bringing a smile to our faces.

Avoid this restaurant at all cost. They NEVER have any meats in stock. And their employees are rude. Would not spend a penny here. So many other options available to you.

Always great food with great prices. Something for everyone, no matter the diet.

Worst customer service ever. They have an employee there who is known for being rude yet somehow she still has a job there. I cant imagine how this employee treats the food if she treats customers like trash.

Sometimes Subway can be perfect stop for bite to eat

I was denied access to the 24 hour Subway in Nationwide Childrens Hospital. The security guard claimed that the Subway was not open to the public and that only family of a patient can eat there. I am very hungry being pregnant, and I find it unfair that I could not eat at this location.

Patients and families and employees waited for more than an hour. They didnt show up even when it was midnight. Staff was inside and we can clearly see they are walking around and talking, but would not come out. Had the board of be back at 11.30 since before 10.30.

Not as fresh as youd think. I got hard bread that was already cut Im assuming earlier in the day cause even with dressing it was not good. Meat sits under lights all day, and then is brought from a fridge to Refill. Do they even slice their own meats.

They Will close without any notice.. much before actual close time

Spicy Italian sub is the best

Nasty place. The food is very horrible. I cant believe Nationwide Childrens Hospital would let a Sub place like this stay there if the food is not good!

The worst subway ever

So I think I wrote a review on this place the last time I was here. But I retract my previous review. I think it really just depends on whos working. Because my last experience was decent. This time not so much. Waited in line for 10 minutes (no one else in line except myselfthe gentlemen that was suppose to be working was in the back on his phone. A doctor walked by and asked if I had been helped and I replied no. So she proceeded to get the guys attention so he would get off his phone and take my order. He was not very happy after having to get off his phone and do his job. Once he started to make my subs he just threw everything on there like he didnt want to be doing it. Then as a few people showed up, A lady that was working there came out to help, and they just started talking instead of finishing the orders. Took me 20 minutes to get my food. Would not recommend...

Great deals

First time I ordered I wasnt impressed. But the second time a couple days later I decided to give them another try. It was a little better but they could put a little more toppings on it, like lettuce and and dressing. Asked the gentlemen to add more and he just looked at me like "really dude"

Employees nice but the place always nasty, filthy, dirty. Please clean up the place so u guys can get 5 stars, n its not healthy to serve people like this, Its a hospital. and change your guys glove before serving people ...🤮🙊

WORST customer service experience ever

Food is alright most of the time. Employees suck 90% of the time. 50% of the time there isnt even an employee there (on nightshift). Subway needs to get this fixed.

Inside of a hospital. Most of the people here are hospital employees or patients.

Nasty, dirty, employees walk on the counter they serve your food. Idiots spray chemicals to clean the glass over open food. Avoid at all costs.

We were looking for a food option for my sons birthday party. I stopped into this Subway and the guy was Very helpful in helPing me with the options avail. Provided me with a trifold with his number and pricing. I called him back 4 days later. Remembered me and exactly what we discusses. I ordered it to be picked up 5 days later. I arrived right as they opened on Sunday. The platter wa ready and Exactly like I ordered. Prepared perfect and more than I expected.I Will for sure return again and Use their catering services. Hats off to the owner as he delivered beyond expected!! Thank you!
