Assorted sub was as good as usual. Its the first time that Ive tried this location. Only glitch is that their credit machine was down so I paid with cash.
The Shelburne, On location has gone down hill. It take a long time to make subs and produce they used is awful and freezer burn…
Only complaint is they were out of herbs and cheese bread. Was a bit busy but two more employees came out to help while I was there. Didnt affect me because I was first in line but Im sure the other customers appreciated it. Employees were courteous and ensured the sandwiches were complete before wrapping them. They didnt make me feel rushed even though it was busy.

Very expensive comparing with others!! The lady there should learn how to be cooperative, cheerful, and smiles to customer. Every time I am there while she is working, Ive to expect "sorry we dont have" or sorry not functioning". The other guy during day shift is nice and cooperative. The night shift guy always on his phone, and even answers customer while he is on his phone. He leaves his phone only when he is using the cash machine. They need to work on their staff and teach them customer service.
Horrible service. To get a sub you gotta stand around for 30 min and yell hello untill they feel like comming out from the back
Worst fast food anywhere. If you are after stale bread this is THE place to go. 4-5 times we have thought "maybe we will give them another try" just to be served a brick.5pm on a weeknight... not exactly off-peak stale bread hours.A joke.
Didnt have alot of food ready and wasnt making anymore over an hour before closing. Not great
Not once but multiple times bad experience, always try to give them another chance with the hope that this time it will be better but very disappointed, horrible customer service, not very cleanliness around the food counter, employees makes you feel like you are not welcome at this place, they don’t even listen properly what you’re ordering then give u a look if you point out any missing stuff in the sub, will not go back there ever again
Most of the employees are v courteous and make good sandwitches except a few who are very unhappy to see a line up.....Overall good place for a quick lunch / dinner
Absolutely horrible service. Waited over 10 minutes for an employee to acknowledge my presence to then be rudely waited on like I was an inconvenience to them. 4 other people behind me were also waiting and gave up.
We went there Saturday, 04/23 five minutes before closing and yet they catered to us and were very polite. Thanks.
The new beef avocado sub was good. Good service.

Usually decent but can be touch and go there depending on staff. Rather super clean and super well made sammies....or kinda gross and slapped together sammies
I hate leaving bad reviews but time and time again this subway proves to be the worst. They run out of everything. You stand in line forever, which is fine, just to get to ordering and them saying they don’t have this they don’t have that. What sandwich shop runs out of mayo???!My own fault for continuing to go back. But seriously- you think they would learn from past mistakes not just continue to get worse and worse.

Managers harass employees and other staff, especially the teenage students, that is not an environment I would want my child to work in. I heard from a coworker they make their staff work in unsafe conditions. DO BETTER SUBWAY!
Love this location, staff are very warm, accommodating and friendly, would l go back absolutely!!
The menu is not as big as a normal Subway store but the service is fast and efficient. Also good quality and nice people offering the service.
As long as I have lived In the area I have enjoyed this subway. Food is always decent and the staff are generally positive. Their are a few gems there.
I went to get a sub just before close, no one at the counter, then he came out to serve another customer & when I went up to the counter ( he was only at the cheese stage of the other subI got told he wouldnt serve me!Went out to my car, clock said exactly 12:00!! How do you choose to serve one customer, and not the other?Terrible customer service & not the first time!! Wont be buying from there again!!

Very inconsistent. At this location the quality of sandwich is a spin of the coin on who is working. Most of the staff don’t care.Tonight they had no bread. A subway with no bread SMH
Cane here for lunch, tap wouldnt work ended up leaving hungry. Staff just shrugged there shoulders. Awful will not be back
Small Subway outlet located within a convenience store.Service is reasonably fast, friendly, although, staff does have to take care of things while servicing a customer.It can become hectic if they have a shortage of supplies.For example, answering the oven timer, baking rolls and sometimes replenishing supplies on the fly. (Lettuce, Tomatoes, Onions, special sauces, cookie tray, napkins etc).As well as finishing your order, should you wish to have it heated.Remain patient, because if you watch these people as they work, you really see poetry motion and the team effort they put forth trying to get your order out as quick as possible.
The customer service here is always 100% small subway so it can get busy but they always make your sandwich proper and dont hold back on the toppings, you get what you ask and Pay for
Not sure where to start... we stopped here for lunch a couple hours into a several hour road trip and immediately noticed the sign on the door saying they were cash only. There was an atm in the circle k part of the building so that wasnt an issue, however, we were the only people in the store when we went to order and we found ourselves waiting in line for somewhere around 5 minutes as the employees stood around. The one finally finished putting gloves on and started taking our order, at which point there wasnt much issue with the service or food, although some of the veggies couldve done with being replaced with fresher containers. Would maybe have given more stars but they were backed up as we left (several more people arrived to get food), and it looked like they were still taking their time when dealing with those customers. Will like be through the area again but definitely wont be coming back here
Was busy but staff were very pleasant and helpful. SUB WAS AMAZING
My main Subway location these days now that Im working from home. Love these folks... theyre open late, the food is always fresh, and the customer service is top notch! So glad I can pre-order and pick up my lunch here. See you again soon! (Note: Sorry for the messy pic... I was too hungry to take a pic before I ate the first half... It did NOT look like this when they prepared it lol)

All around this restaurant was very good, the waiting time was extremely low and the hospitality of the workers was great, and the quality of the food was just as good.
Female employee around 18 must feel her socializing and smoking outside is more important than doing her job serving customers inside
It was the middle of covid, they only had two employees on trying to keep up on a busy Friday night. The employees were both efficient and kind and doing a fantastic job under the circumstances.
Sloppy work half the time the Sauce dripping in the bag. The works use the same gloves for everything.
I purchased a turkey breast foot long sub that was listed as $5.79 on the board for just the sub. If I wanted to make it a combo it would be $8.99 plus tax. The lady rung me up and told me my total was: $10.15 for just the sub. She didn’t offer me a reciept but left it on the counter top next to the cash register, so I looked at it and was charged $8.99 for the price of a combo; but did not receive a combo. On top of the scam, the toppings looked like they hadn’t been changed in HOURS. I am worried about getting food poisoning so we will have to wait and see what occurs. The ladies working weren’t friendly in anyway either. Overall probably will not go back unless that is the only option while passing through shelburne.

Its Subway, you know what to expect.But at this location the guy working the counter tonight is a Sandwich Hero. My three friends and I strolled in at 10pm, hangry after a full day of rock climbing. My man whips up our orders in the most efficient way possible, hes got the system down to a T. Three more people line up behind us and has to keep working until midnight, he is doing the work of sandwich gods. Give this man a raise Subway Canada.

Have gotten food poisoning 2 time have seen rotten meat and cheese a health inspector/S need to visit regularly and do a in-depth investigation. Before someone gets terminally ill. If you have to eat here or go hungry I’d recommend the hungry better then the hours of vomiting of looking at/ in or consuming something from here.
Pretty sure the guy behind me in line was selling the guy making my sub some weed... so he was more concerned with just getting it done quick... had to re make the sandwich myself when I left so that all the toppings werent at home end on one side.
Walked in, guy behind the counter coughs in his hands and then grabbed his gloves, NO HAND WASHING! Quality of ingredients doesnt look that great either. Promptly walked out. Filthy subway.
Service is not the best. Staff should take a little more pride in there appearance. And the subs are made very poorly, no sandwich artist here!
By far the slowest service I have ever received at any Subway location. The food is fine but wait times even with a short line can be frustrating when you are looking for a quick bite.
This location on Prince Charles Drive in Welland is the best of several other locations weve been to. Buns and toppings are always fresh.
Worst subway I have ever been to the guy serving us didnt know what he was doing and when we asked for regular mayo he gave us light mayo and said he is trying to save the regular mayo cause he doesnt have much left.... So apparently you have to be VIP to get regular mayo... Oh and he proceeded to put a pound of pickles on my sandwich and when I said that was a lot he just shrugged and didnt remove any just wrapped it up and handed it to me.
Kind of neat that this subway is inside another store. First time experiencing that. Otherwise, seemed like a standard Subway; nothing else stood out to me, either good or bad.
Really good experience! The store manager served me, shes always polite with me. Great fresh sandwich, Dr Pepper was cold & crisp. Clean and tidy all around. Lunch was great, thank you!
I love subway - but this particular sub went above my expectations. I noticed the staff member was extremely efficient. Overall top notch experience.
