The place itself was alright but the workers were rude and snarky. Didnt care for their attitude one bit. Also very stingy with the toppings. Asked for extra pickles and they put like.. 3.

Worse subway experience ever. Asked for lots of olives and hot peppers , was told I could have some but not lots. Got home and could barely find an olive in the whole 12 inch sub. Was warned that would happen but I thought " no , they were probably just having a bad day " boy was I wrong. Every subway I have ever been to had no problem providing extra hot peppers and olives. Will never go back there again.

Worst experience ever . The old ladies were shouting on us because she couldnt hear properly Racist. Even though we had a coupon she charged us for regular price. Doesnt follow proper franchisee standard. No standard of customer experience. Veggies were not fresh . And did not change their gloves after making food for others .

they have a really cool drink machine, it adds flavours to the drink that you get, so cool

I went on Sunday because your Google listing said you were open, only to find that youre no longer open on Sundays. If you change your regular hours, you need to change your listing to match. On top of that, I had to stop going for a long time because I just couldnt get a good sub. One employee in particular acts like youre asking for her personal stash of veggies, and if shes working, no one will put more than half a handful on a foot long, no matter how few veggies you want. The sauce is consistently over poured, and multiple workers are rude. Including the owner, in my experience. Other subways were shocked at my experience and said that its not how things are supposed to be done. I honestly dont know why I still try.

They were out of several toppings, tables were dirty and one of the serving staff had an indifferent attitude. Food was good though and enjoyed that aspect. This is not that unusual as weve encountered the same at Subway elsewhere.

Staff was friendly and the meat portions they put on our subs was definitely above the average. Not much for parking however, you have a great view of the harbour and can easily walk to it.

Delicious food and fast friendly service. The 2 women who served us (Tues May 28 at 4:50pm were very nice!

The bread was stale and over cooked, we sent the subs back because we couldn’t eat them. Staff was nice about it and refunded our money with out hassle though.

Chicken was cold and wet on my sub I had toasted, very disappointed in that, and you cant drink out of there horrible covers for there cups.

Nice food, service was a little slow. Friendly staff.

I had to ask 3 times to put more pickles and green peepers on my sub today the one serving me acted like that was the only green peppers left on earth

Maybe I have been spoiled by the old subway I used to go to on the west coast but this Sunway Im particular has disappointed me again and again. I have tried giving it many chances and even gave it a few month break. Frankly they are very inconsistent to much sause to little, every time Ive gotten a pinch of spinach only to right afterwards get a big meaty fist of onions. Also they never cut the bread all the way through Ive lost large portions of my sandwich as I go to grab a half and they other side still attached.

It can be hit and miss. Sometimes the veggies arent the best. I cant eat whole wheat and they occasionally run out of other options. I still go but sometimes the food doesnt taste as good as others.

Typical subway. They all taste the same, but service here is amazing. Very friendly. The owner is a great guy too.
