Subway in Brandon

Employees dont wash hands. Was questioned why they need to wash their hands before making a sub and I responded with because you just handled cash and now your going to make another sandwich. I understand that you have gloves one but you had to grab the gloves with your dirty hands to put them on

cannot go wrong with this subway location! very clean and ran by great people.

Very unclean, alot of cross contamination with staff hands from touching other subs then placing hands on another customer sub. First i have ever seen a staff at subway push there fingers inside a sub normally i see them use a knife. Will never ever eat here again and have kept my receipt i am prepared for food poisoning.

We went there at 10 . 48 pm on monday when google was showing subway was gonna close at 11 the guy serving was rude and just said we are closed even open sign was on . Never going back to that location .

Place gets worse and worse each time I go. Sandwiches are nothing like they used to be, rushed and poorly put together. Tried to rush me through payment so I told them I wanted avocado on it, so he charged me for it. Then went back to making the sandwich and tells me they are out of avocado. So I say well I just paid for it, so we go to do the refund and then all of a sudden, he goes to the back and magically finds some more.

Worst experience ever at Subway. Server was handling Meat and Veggies item together i told him to change hand gloves 3 times. But he was getting angry when i told him to change gloves. He should know if someone is ordering Veggies Sandwiches he should not mix it with meat. Worst Customer Service ever.

Thats the first time Ive been to subway where they didnt have the meat or the bread I wanted!! Wanted a cold cut on white they had neither!! And they only had I type of cheese!! The 2 girls that were working kept talking to each other in their own language which I thought was rude!!! Dont think I will ever go back!! Seriously wasnt impressed

I have a very basic order that typically never gets messed up, however my last few visits at this location have been horrible. My subs fall apart immediately and the workers have been beyond rude. I thought it was just new staff being trained but after giving multiple chances ive realized this location just doesnt care about quality or professionalism.

messy, the subs were made quite poorly. the staff was polite and fast but the food was not good at all (compared to other subways).

horrible customer service, went in yesterday and had a sub made for me good enough to make me head back today. i didnt ask for anything extra. when this woman made my sub it was totally different than yesterday, when i brought it up to her she got angry. and started speaking in her native language to one of the managers, at that point they both started laughing. and continued to fight with me about my sub, then she made it the exact same way as it was yesterday. without me saying anything needed to be added / made properly.

This is the worst subway in Brandon. The staff is very rude and disrespectful. You go into this subway they have no bread but plain. They say they were busy, yet there was no one in the store. I would not recommend this one to any one.

Good restaurant. The restaurant is pretty clean, and modern. The food here also tastes great just like any other Subway. The staff here are also pretty decent. Good experience here.

They have only limited types of bread choices. Not happy with the quantity they serve in the sub. Also they touch the cheese with their meat touched gloves - which is offensive for the vegetarian people like me due to meat allergies. Will never go to this location again.

Competent staff that was fast and efficient in preparing my salad. The only problem was the lettuce tasted funny!

We have gluten and fish allergies in our family. The staff at 18th St Subway are very thorough on cleaning everything and very knowledgeable on the gluten free choices that they offer. It was great to have a sub again!!!!!!!

Wonderful guy working but was working alone. I felt pretty bad for the guy and I dont feel it should be staffed by one person on a week day at 6:30pm. The poor guy had a line up and had to do everything on his own. He made my sub amazing and I have no complaints about the gentalmen what so ever :but just incase staffing or management read this it is truly unprofessional to have one staff sceduled at dinner time let alone anytime. My complaint is more with management leaving their employees screwed.

Awesome professional service! I was there on the evening of Feb 23 around 11:30 to grab a sub before work and was very impressed with the service and quality of my visit. Name tag said Nick. He knows his stuff! I will definitely be back!

Terrible service .. half of the sub had no meat and 3 x more of mayo sauce. Like who in the right mind wants 60% mayo sauce.

I used to go here all the time. Their quality has deteriorated tremendously. If you live in or are visiting Brandon then go to Quiznos. They are much better.

The sandwich was great but the service was cold like the air conditioner .Hopefully if we ever come back the hospitality will be better.

Subs ate okay when you have someone who knows how to put banana peppers or jalapeños on a sub in moderation rather than making them seem like the main course. Also, if you want to try sneakily selling smaller bottles of Cola(500ml), itd be nice if the price was reflected instead of keeping them at the same price the 591ml bottles were at.
