Subway in Harrisonburg

Now have placed a pick up order twice from this place and both times have given the wrong meat on BOTH sandwiches. I’ve worked at subway and personally know how easy and simple it is to read the pick up order tickets, so I don’t understand the lack of competency this place has.

I’m giving this store a 5 star for all the great staff(except the manager). Especially shout out to Alex Feder.However, DO NOT WORK HERE. The manager is so rude, mean, disrespectful, liar, and manipulative in every way possible. I have not worked here but i know many people that have. She treats her staff so bad that so many people have quit because of her. She does not respect her workers and definitely doesn’t care about them at all. She’s super rude and mean to customers as well. Last time I went in there, she was giving me a nasty look and was not polite.

This subway location is absolute trash. I made a pick up order and I was missing several of items from my order. 7 items to be exact. And to top it off my bread was not fresh, it was hard as a rock. I worked at subway before and I have never messed up an order nor did I give customers hard bread. Absolutely embarrassing subway team. Never ordering here again. DO BETTER

Come on now! Theres nowhere else youre going to get fresh clean food with polite and courteous people waiting on you and be able to order extra of toppings and stuff on your sub and not have to pay a lot, in the whole meal is going to fill you up and its going to cost you less than $10 and its not near as fattening as all the junk food out there dama I dont know who in their right mind wouldnt want a Subway sub at least three times a week theres so much of a variety and they are so clean courteous and polite there!

The owners are the worst. Which makes the business suffer, employees in rough situations, customers suffer. They dont listen or care. Very sad to know how behind the scenes work here at this subway

Wow oh wow this place is great!! Victoria greater us with a warm smile and was the Queen of multitasking. Taking out bread, doing mobile orders, and managing a line ALL BY HERSELF!! She apologized and said she was the only one there. But my service was great , we were in a hurry but her warm personality made us take a couple extra minutes. We enjoyed our travel stop at this subway!!

Subway in Verona Va the people have alway been nice and friendly.

This subway is below average, hence the three star rating. I have been here many times, which is why it is getting three and not two. They have definitely been increasing their quality, and I will revise the star rating if it changes. It just seems like they cant keep competent employees that can make subs quick and properly. It is in a convenient location though.

As with other fast food places, management makes a difference. Management seems to have changed. I had decent experiences here before, but I’ve had a very poor experience here the past 4-5 times between them not accepting coupons that state they are valid here, burning the sandwich too long in the toaster, making a mobile order sandwich wrong, and all 2-4 employees working not being able to understand how to work the cash register even without a coupon, so it should not be complicated. There is only one employee who is nice and if he’s not there, it’s a very poor experience. Today they again tried to say I couldn’t use a coupon which was fully valid as long as it wasn’t with another coupon (which it was notand they blamed it on the cash register instead of actually trying to use their brain and understand my point. I think at this point I’ll just wait for management to change again. At the rate that happens at fast food restaurants, it shouldn’t be long.

Its a Subway just like every other Subway. However, the rolls were the freshest ever which got them an extra star!

Nice little Subway. Lots of seating. Friendly service. We were moving RV to a new job and were on the last leg of our journey when we found Subway. I dont know about you but I love Subway wraps, subs and salads. And the macadamia nut cookies will send you to out if this world. I can never get enough of eating at Subway restaurants.

Grate place cheap and steady brittany was my server and she was grate ness more ppl working in more places like her

Among the better Subways, especially in this area. The shop is much cleaner than most. The staff is exceptionally competent and pleasant There are always ample veggies in the chopped salad. And like most Subways, far too little meat, unless extra portions are bought.

We stop here often (about twice a month). Great value and fresh fast food. Lots of veggies, cheeses, and sauces.
