We ordered two platters to be made one day in advance and when we went to retrieve them were informed they were never made. Were asked to wait an indefinite amount of time (would not even give an estimate of how longand were basically told it wasnt their responsibility as another employee had failed to say they had this order. No offer of discount offered for waiting x amount of time and for the fact we were left scrambling to find something else. Poor customer service, poor organization.

When adding vegetables, you would think it came out of their wages. 4 sliced olives for a foot long sub. Had to ask 3 times to get more. Was added 1 olive each time.

Need to serve fresh bread not burnt old crumbling bread thats hard and crispy on the ends , have same deals as seen on commercials plus quit being cheap with the cheeses . Would of given them 5 stars but no because many times I been disappointed with my sub

They barely give you any vegetables, shredded cheese or sauces; I couldnt even taste the veggies on my sub. The pineapples were spoiled and tasted horrible. So I called them to tell them and they said "Theyre probably just cold". I told them "The pineapples are spoiled, I know how pineapples taste and if you dont remove them other ppl will notice and possibly get sick or get turned off your business! Theyre spoiled!"😣 So he said, " Okay". No apology. 🤐

Clean and neat, with a brisk breeze due to the a.c. which was welcome on a hot day. My only beef was with the veggies which had freezer burn tastes. Fix that up and we are set

Pretty standard for a Subway. They have the touchscreen drink machine which is okay but sometimes is missing drinks or the drinks are mislabeled ( lime green Gatorade comes out pink).
