Lots of new staff so I understand why mistakes were made on my order. They were apologetic and did their best to fix it.
Friendly staff, fresh food, open 24/7. Store is affected by shortfalls as of late making some items unavailable, especially avocado and crispy chicken.
Staff was great and the subs were yum!

Waited 15 minutes with only one person in front of me and 5 employees on duty but only 2 doing anything, priority is given to electronic orders. I repeated my order 3 times to the young lady but in the end she gave me the wrong sandwich which cost more, rather than give it to me at the lower price he chose to make me reorder and threw it away. Im so done with this place its turned into a trap house environment. Rude children running Subway into the ground
Worst customer service ever, seems like its ran by high teenagers. Dont have half the stuff, burnt several sandwiches while I was waiting. Couldnt find lids for the soup containers, and waited till after I paid to inform me there was no crackers.

Placed order online, simple enough. Pick up was simple as well. However you do need to specify if you want extra anything. When I got my sub there was extra of what I ordered but very skimpy on the rest. Ill be asking for extra everything next time.
This is a great subway location. Fast friendly service.
This place has gone down hill. Im guess theres no one in charge or there off taking a nap somewhere. One guy making the to go orders and making the subs for people in line. Three other girls just standing behind him talking. He asked for help and they just walked away. Dont waste your time on this place. Both Subways are garbage now.

Went in for dinner tonight. All staff were excellent, all properly masked and gloves and were very polite. However what appeared to be the general manager was there doing inventory, had no mask on, no gloves on and was touching absolutely everything, all the sauces all the containers, knives, work stations, he wasn’t being very nice to the staff at all - and was throwing sauce bottles around and being abrasive. It was a very unpleasant experience because of this. You can just tell that the manager isn’t nice to them, and probably a regular occurrence because all the staffs demeanor changed when he walked in. It was very unprofessional for this manager person to treat his staff this way, especially in front of customers. Doesn’t look very good, Otherwise the food was good.
Different people everytime I go in lately seems thair worker turnover rate is higher than normal
I just ordered a meatball sub and the meatballs were cold and the sub was poorly wrapped! This isnt the first problem Ive had with subway and but it is the last. This used to be a good place to get subs.

Ive given this place so many chances, but their staff recently dont care at all about order accuracy. Doesnt matter if you order through their app, through SkipTheDishes, or go in person. Ive paid for bacon to be added and never received it multiple times, Ive had the wrong sub order delivered, missing ingredients in every single delivery order, surly service at the counter, and ignored order notes. Generally I like Subway, but I think tonight was the last time going to this location. I often order in the evening, so perhaps the daytime staff are better, but the evening crew do not care whatsoever about order accuracy.

Sandwich was okay. The staffs looked unhappy and were unwilling. They must really tired.
Granted it’s busy, some of the employees need customer service training, namely the kid with the thick eye glasses. Rude, literally tossing the garnishes on the sub, throwing garnishes back, wrapped the subs and threw them down. Was blatantly angry and didn’t want to be there. There’s many fast food establishments here, I’m sure if he hates this one he should find another.

Was dirty. No social distancing. Customers standing inline like theres no epidemic going on & no staff to clean the dining area. You clean the table you want to sit at. Disgusting. Im from out of town but wont be visiting this restaurant on my next visit to Brockville.
Waited 45 minutes to place an order (and get poorly made subs as well). Kept getting preempted by curb side and food delivery services. Until Subway can figure out how to prioritize the customers who made the effort to come to the restaurant, we won’t be back.
I always love subway and this time was no different except this time it was so busy and took forever but still good food and friendly sandwich artists so 4 stars but can update it if i have a 5 star experience in the future
Brockville Subway sucks. They are so slow. Dont think you are going to be in and order snd get your quickly. For the amount if people they have working things should move much faster than they do. 4 people in front of me and it took over 30 min to place and receive my order. Never going there again.
Usually you guys are good. But I noticed at night, on the app every sub I recieve is either very poorly made or incorrect. I ordered tonight really late (my apologiesbut when I got my sub there was literally next to no lettuce, even though thats the only added thing I wanted on my sub. I also got chipotle sauce which there was very little of, & you guys for sure touched some sort of pepper or something before grabbing my lettuce because the lettuce tasted awful. It was 100% cross-contaminated with something else. I ordered a 12" and could only eat half. I had to sit and peel all of the lettuce off.3 stars because youve had minimum mess-ups, but night shift that makes subs for app needs to be better.Update: its been 2 months, I re-ordered. My sub had next to no cheese & you forgot the cookies I ordered. :| Probably am not coming back, lowered to 2 stars. Also I had ordered lettuce, spinach green pepper and onion and theres literally minimal amounts on my sub. I called them to try to sort it out and they didnt care, so I called the delivery app who issued a refund.Update #2 & very last: many people had said youre short-staffed so I tried again. & the phone is NEVER answered, order is always wrong still and if I order through the app you guys dont respond so it expires and I dont get my money back for several days.Youve 100% lost my families business now.
Clean well setup even before Covid-19 hit, they continue the practice of hand washing and glove wear during food preparation. Well spaced out keeping the 2 metre distance between clients.
Great service...kids fav! Disappointed that they have changed the way they make salads though..no more chopped salad only layered :(
Horrible food and service. The only good thing about this place is how close it is to other fast food restaurants. Do not waste your time here, youll be at best disappointed, at worst sick. Ive had second hand information from some employees from this restaurant, the cleaning is subpar, and food safety is not existent.If you go here, Im terrible sorry youve wasted your money. Go to Pizza Hut or McDonalds, at least youll get what you ordered there.
Came in tonight and the nice worker Sophia helped me! She gave great service and so friendly, great experience and food!

I ordered a guacamole sub and I called to aguaka Molly because I forgot to put it on it and they tried to charge me another 90 cents so tell me a guacamole sub without guacamole is not a guacamole sub its just a sub without guacamole. I do like their food but this is a little ridiculous.
The place was clean.staff was very polite.and I got what I ordered.and on my way in good time. I .will be stopping in again.
No complaints about food. I’m currently 35 weeks pregnant, identified that and was still denied the bathroom. Despite the fact that it’s Covid, if someone needs the washroom, you let them use the washroom. Extremely disappointed in the customer service and management at this location.
Service was very nice and fast. The food was made well even for subway standards. They have a good fountain pop machine. Overall i would recommend this subway.
I wouldn’t recommend this place. They like to rip you off. I placed an order through the app on Monday feb 1 around 8:15 pm and my order was rejected but the money was preauthorized on my card. This morning I looked at my account and the restaurant has now taken my money even though it shows that the order was voided in the app. I am now in the process of having my money returned to me through my financial institution.
Great service, fast. Subs well made, cookies almost always cooked properly. But the fountain drink machine is the worst Ive ever known and often isnt working at all.
Awful service. I left after 20 minutes and had only moved 2 places. Half the staff were doing only online orders and the other half was hanging out talking in the back. Everyone in the store was literally standing there for 20 minutes. Very poorly managed location
Standard food fair from a chain know for average food. The restaurant was clean the staff friendly but the sandwich was OK. Its sorta like the McDonalds of sandwiches. You know what you expect. No surprises. Ill be back.
Not the most competent or friendly staff. Hey usually have young high school kids there and they aren’t the friendliest. They also take heir time talking to each other while making my orders. The food is decent though.
So I worked at this subway a while ago, and I feel its been long enough that I can share my experience. Do not work here. I was physically and verbally assaulted by an employee here on multiple occasions, even in front of customers. The cleaning and food safety habits are poor, and management just focuses on the wrong things entirely. Also they are always, always out of multiple toppings or meats. At the time that I transfered to this location, I had been working at a different subway for 5 years, and they treated me as though I was a brand new employee. Actually, I take that back becuase no employee should be treated the way I was no matter what. I was yelled at and called names for doing things differently, even though I was trying hard to adapt to their methods. I was shoved physically multiple times by a woman named Wendy, she yelled at me a few times as well. Why? Because I had apparently used the wrong knife to cut bread. Because I changed the toast setting for a sandwich, because she put it on the wrong one. And other stupid things that nobody deserves to be screamed at for, or pushed, or shoved. All of this in front of customers. I would get home from my shifts in tears, and had a few anxiety attacks while at work. I have never in my life felt so humiliated and embarrassed as I did working here, being yelled and ridiculed over sandwiches.I just want anybody who is thinking of applying here to be aware that this place will not respect you at all, and you will be treated like garbage.
Stopped in during a very busy lunch hour. Line went really fast with friendly service. Lots of employees working & knew their individual job. Overall very happy with this location.
My partner and I have been eating at this location every thursday for thecpsst few years. We have had both good and bad experiences. Tonight though was our last straw ... the young man that was at tge start of the assembly line had attitude from the start ... clearly he didnt want to be there tonight i ordered a chicken bacon ranch. He scooped the chicken and all the water and dropped it on the bread ... i asked nicely for him to makd me a different sub i dont like soggy sandwiches! I got dirty looks and attitude. He even thought for a min that he would reuse the soggy bread then changed his minf .... however he put the new bread on the wet paper. Having worked in F&B for many years i really co not have patience for bad service ... so i just left. There was a small altercation with my partner. Long story short ..... DO NOT GO THERE! Its our last time ... its really gone downhill in the last year!
The service was great!! The young lady I had was at the end of her shift and still as pleasant as if I was her first customer of the day. They need a third rug so they have a safer entrance! Tile is slippery when its snowy.
I am a frequent flier at our local Subway. I love a good sandwich and I always get one here. The service is friendly and attentive and the quality of the food is always fresh and ready.The staff can be wonderfully conversational and the speed and accuracy of the orders is great.I love that this Subway is open 24 hours (apparently it has been for a while and I just found out). Its great being able to get off of a late shift and have some place to grab a solid meal efore heading home.
Girls at the front were too busy with their friends then too sevice costomers properly. Giving looks because they were asked to pack the kids meal in the bag, then didnt give the toy in it. Place and time to hang out with friends. The work place while serving costumers is not it. Hope management sees this.
As a person who has frequented this particular establishment for years. I can say that recent management is doing a terrible job. I have over heard mamagers be less then kind to their younger staff. They have no insight into how to properly train employees so that they can actually learn and reach their potential. They are very sexist and seem to ride female staff regularly but dismiss the fact that their male staff are inappropriate. Hence the male who slapped the female buttocks on the floor.It is second rate and disappointing to watch when you leave immature young adults in charge of students. Not to mention the food is sub-par. I’ll be rethinking my choices.
