Staff were lovely.

Always a great place for a quick roll 6in or 12in. 👍

Staff were ok. Sub was excellent after a frustrating drive.young man was very good. Ate outside in the chilly winter sunshine.

When we got our sub it was cold, and they didnt know how to cash in the birthday gift.

I made an online order for one subway and reached after 20 minutes. meal not ready and they started preparing when we asked for the meal. The sub was not toasted although we requested for toasted meal. Very poor customer service. Staff were looking very frustrated and was rude, may be because the shop was busy. First time, I had a negative experience from subway.

Actually I am giving a half star. Salad packing was so little. Even the sauces were just like drops. The worst ever subway I had ever. Its not the shop but the people who were preparing it. People pay money for their food atleast give them what is worth the money.

Staff were friendly but were clearly overworked and exhausted. Also gave me a tiny amount of tuna filling, way stingier with the tuna than on previous visits.

Great service and food

I ordered the footlong with everything. For the 1st time ever I am left hungry after it. Was all bread and no guts.The kid behind the counter not only took forever to make 1x sub but put barely anything Im it. I can make better at home for far less than $15.00

Average to be fair. Had a chicken salad..chicken was overcooked and lettuce was stale looking.

Cross-contamination potential is high here. Staff are not trained well. Gloves are supposed to be used to protect the customer from cross-contamination, not to keep your hands clean. Touching every handle on every door and then getting frustrated when I asked them to change gloves after digging in the chicken and touching three door handles. Won’t be coming back.

Clean, speedy service, efficient staff. Very busy, which is a good sign.

Good food, good service

Its a subway. Food was as youd expect.

First girl we dealt with was absolutely lovely and props to her for making my partners sandwich well with a lot of salad. Second girl which I had the misfortune of getting sandwich made by chucked salad at bread with no care in world barely made eye contact and didnt smile at all and missed things out I had asked for. Hair was found in the sandwich or my partners. And the cashier that finished us off was obnoxiously chewing gum (in a food place!! Something needs to happen here after reading all the other reviews.

The best made subs Ive seen from a Subway store and the best customer service.

Great salad. Love how they mix it like a salad now rather than laying it out on top of lettuce. Easy to access and warm inside on a cold day.

Overcharged, wrong food, not what we ordered and missing food. Not to mention very little filling. Regular Subway customers and this would have to be the worst customer service and food we have had.wont be back to this Subway.

Nice clean Subway. Handy to the Taupo Bypass right next to the Z Petrol Station. Lots of parking outside.

What a wonderful place quick service and cool staff

the smallest salad I have ever had from Subway. Bowl only just half full. The 2 salads I bought fitted into one bowl. incidentally, this was a double chicken with bacon

4 of us got sandwiches. 3 of us were super unimpressed. For my part, the chicken was wildly overcooked and had a bad taste and texture Id never expect at Subway. However, they did give me a free cookie out of the blue which actually did make my day.

I had a yum panini it was good

The end result didnt quite make the advertise product.

Subway is subway so you know the food you are getting and that seems fairly consistent where ever you are. In this case though it was sub par. However the main reason I disliked it was the three staff on were all pretty rude and would much rather be somewhere else. Customers were kind of an inconvenience.
