This place is a joke . From management to a sandwich maker.Every time I come back thinking Shirley it has gotten better .No one ever answers phoneNo one is ever in front lobby , I have had to yell more than once to get someone attention from hiding in back . When I go they drive thru no one answers then after driving around building to go in find workers out back not even in building .
I cant believe the prices! I have eaten at Subway for years but I think I am going to have to cut back!

A nice place! I think the food, especially the bread, gets better. And the prices are still very competitive to other sandwich shops.
Have u seen the prices?when you add that on the slow service and going in and seeing all tables and chairs stacked so theres no option to done in.... I refuse to go again
Our meal, which consisted of three footlong sandwiches, was ordered online. There was a vehicle in front of us when we were in the drive thru to pick it up. Our order was given to them, so we had to wait for our order to be prepared again.
No ham no cucumbers no pepper Jack……not a good way to start out with a new customer at this location!! Ordered on the subway app when I should have ordered in person. Needless to say I won’t be going back to this location. Too far to drive back to have it fixed
Rude as hell when I called, screamed "WHAT" in my ear as I was trying to place an order. They are rude and I wouldnt recommend this to a friend

Ordered through the outside kiosk, both sandwiches were wrong. Don’t think I will be back to this subway location for a long time.
Was just there tonight and spent over a $100 for some little girl named trinity to throw my food at me and then get an attitude and said she didnt care we were customers and she didnt care if we called the manager Cruz she was getting off work and had better things to do. Will be calling a manager tomorrow.
The young man that served us was very polite and was patient with us. Place was nice and clean and had friendly service
Service was a tad slow but overall its subway... So its fine.
I had a strange experience ordering through their app and was over an hour late in picking up my subs. They made fresh subs and were very friendly and understanding. Have went to this Subway several times and always choose this store (even though a closer store is available). Love this Subway. 😊
If I could give a half star, I would. Ordered from the outside kiosk so I know it was word for word. Sandwiches were completely wrong when I got home AND I sat in line for 30 minutes before I got to the window. No greeting, and a quick “sorry for the wait”
Ive had better. Meat wasnt warmed up that long and was very skimpy on meats and veggies. Sons sandwich was barely toasted. No they was not busy at the time.
I went to go order a sandwich because the hours on the window say they open at nine, I was there at 9:16 with the employees inside me trying to open the door and all of them just staring at me holding up 10 fingers. Hours on the front door need to be changed.
Had several sandwiches made fine, but when I ordered a flatizza, what I got was utter slop. I took it back to have it remade and employee proceeded to made it the same way.
Great service, we carried our food home. Really enjoyed it. Subway is one of our favorite sandwich places to eat, or to go.
The only good thing about this restaurant is the touch screen and the drive thru. But, you would think they could get your order right since they have the information you punched into the screen. Nope, dont think so. They added pepperoni to my wrap that I didnt order and of course charged me for it. I ordered a dozen cookies with nine of them being chocolate chip and three being macadamia. I get home and notice they substituted the macadamia with three oatmeal cookies. They never even let me know they were making a substitution. They put just a little steak on my steak and guacamole sandwich and forgot to put guacamole on it yet once again. If they call it a steak and guacamole sandwich, obviously guacamole comes on it!! I dont know if their workers are being trained improperly or if they are just plain ignorant. My orders have never been wrong when I could go inside and watch them make my food. No more Subway until I can go inside to order.
Also had a problem with the app not working correctly. Sent in the order and got there on time. Had to wait 45 minutes for my subs to be made since the store didnt get the order from the app. Then after I gave them my order and asked for certain portions to be less, the subs were still thrown together quickly and made improperly. The app worked 2 times before this. What happened?
Meat portions were a bit small, and when I asked for tomatoes on a sub they put 4 small slices, when I ask for more than that the guy who was making the sandwich got sort of cranky about it, and was even more cranky when I asked him to mark the bag so I could tell what sandwich was what because I was getting sandwiches for multiple people. Not from this area, so it may be a custom to be cranky and stingy with your customers, but it wasnt appreciated.
Put an order in on the subway app and headed that way. Got there and informed them about our app order. They knew nothing about it and would not honor the online deal that stated that if you buy 2 subs you get 1 free. They where aware of the deal. They didnt even try to make it right. I would rate them ZERO stars if it was possible. 😠
They never get my sandwiches right and they have horrible service. Went there today and had to have them remake two of my sandwiches and they still didn’t make them right. Asked for a refund and they refused.
My wife and I came through the drive thru order three subs 2 steak and one meatball footlong a hair was found in one of the steaks and guacamole was put onto the steak sandwiches when it wasnt wanted on the sandwiches called and talked to “shift manager” and asked if we could get remakes for the two steak due to the issues she said no that she would get in trouble if she allowed that.
Love their subs and flatbreads but the wait is ENDLESS to get them

Very rude teenagers who dont care about you walking in the door or the service that they give and it didnt appear that the manager really cared she stayed back there talking with them very upset considering eat Subway about 4 times a week.

Every Subway I go to, the people are always very nice, they always do a great job making my sandwich, whether I go in, or use the drive thru. I understand why they are called "sandwich artists" now. Keep it up Subway!

I have been here 3 times in the past month. I absolutely love the staff. They are always so happy and interact well not only with either other but the customers. They always make my sandwich perfect and quickly. The best Subway I’ve ever been in. And I’ve been to a lot!
Food was sub-par for a Subway franchise. Bread wasnt fresh and the sandwich was light on veggies. Friendly employees, though.
I have to admit I was upset last night when I made my order last night, but called let them know about the mistake, and teresa made it right today, been going here for years and will continue, thx subway
Absolutely love the drive thru touch screen! More restaurants need to follow subways lead. Food was great too, made exactly to order and not a long wait. The touch screen helped me figure out how much of each topping I wanted too! Excellent!
Food & service are good. Reason for only 3 stars is due to the owner not allowing Subways advertised deals. If I wouldve known, I wouldnt have waisted my time. I was there to specifically buy the three foot long subs. Of the three, I wanted two Black Forrest ham subs, which was advertised as part of the footlong deal. The owner only allowed the meatball, cold cut, and veggie. (Cabots 2nd St. location)
I dont have complaints with Subway most times. This place was typical Subway. Cool Lobby. Fast service. No issues.
Not one to complain but ordered three subs in the drive through and not a single one was even close to being right. Highly dissapointed.... Step it up subway
They usually make good sandwiches dpends tho. Today they were a bit sloppy like McDonalds does their mc doubles
Was very disappoint with the service. I was made feel like I was not supposed to order food. When I finish with the order it was shoved in one bag. I was ordering for a family of four so no my order is not small. As I was checking out the lady that made our food apologize to the customer behind me like I was wrong for ordering for my family. If it a inconvenience to order for your family at Subway put a sign on the door because I will let it be known about the service. I watched her pick out two bad tomatoes for my daughter sandwich which I had to take off. I have never been treated so poorly. Also the didnt give no silverware for a salad. Wish I add a picture. Very sad.
This is a different type of Subway than any other store that I have been to. They offer a drive-through service. The touchscreen you order on is very well laid out and easy to use. My orders have always came out well done. They however do not show specialty sandwiches on the screen. Such as my favorite the turkey Italiano. I cannot remember if there is a call button on the screen to talk to they were car in side or not. Well worth the trip if youre looking for a quick order and leave service.
I really like the interactive drive through. It looks like a giant tablet and you make your choices by touching what you want. Also this is a very clean subway and the ingredients are fresh and pletiful.
Just got home to realized we waited at the drive through for over 15 minutes to get our food made wrong and never got our chips.
I hate to leave negative reviews, but this Subway is terrible. The staff has given me the wrong sandwich multiple times, messed up my order more than once, and typically provides very slow service. They are all very friendly and Im sure great people, but get it together Subway! Im about to eat a tuna sandwich when I ordered a turkey breast!
