Subway in Moncton

Absolutely garbage. Rude manager, or at least i think she was the manager judging by the way she bossed her co-worker around. Ugly as all get out too. Bleh. Horrible place to go for food. Never again.

I went in with a large order. The employees were very patient with me and did a wonderful job.

Messed up my order two separate times. The restaurant is dirty and the staff doesnt care.

This location is real stingy on ingredients. Would not order here again.

Best place for fresh and healthy food. Their customer service was too good.

Great service, friendly staff and lots of variations of sub types available.. Great tasting subs as well.. The only complaint I have, is that it closes to early in my opinion.. Cheers

Staff was very rude I had to order my sandwich before I was allowed to use the bathroom they give you one napkin and a dirty look if you ask for more

ordered a wrap and a meat ball sub both were cold meat balls were still like they just came out of the fridge

Fountain ice machine needs cleaning! Black possibly mold" in the ice! Sandwich was good!

Ordered from Skip the Dishes this afternoon , specified light sauce, both subs are so saucey we had to throw them out. So much sauce its like they went out of their way to douse it.

Had to go back to exchange salad that want properly made. They apologized and fixed it. Just didnt like having to make the extra trip. Was door dash order which is why I couldnt check originally. Staff was good to me.

I just ordered a steak sub and this is what I got .. a hand full of little pieces of steak on a foot long sub . This could of passed for a vegetarian sub really not impressed and not happy to of wasted my money on this

Foods made great everytime

Our service tonight was fantastic. Eating healthy isnt always easy. I will always choose Subway over burgers and fries.

The lady was weird we asked for 2x6 inch sandwiches she kept telling us that that is a foot long (yea we know the math thank you!And she didnt offer to toast the sandwiches nor gave them to us in a bag, we were too weirded out to ask for them to be toasted at the right time!

Only giving two stars because after having walked in the rain some 20minutes or so, after checking their store hours which said it was open until 12:00am, I thought great I have plenty of time. Arrived a few minutes shy of 11:00pm., and I was told closed. Urg!! This is the only store I will go to from now on after having had a bad experience at the location on Main Street whereby a little brown mouse ran across my foot and went in behind their garbage area. Never had any complaints with the mountain road location. Just wish they would update their changed hours on the website for future reference so others don’t experience the same frustration.

Bell at the door was broken. Employee was in the back and didnt notice my presence until I had been waiting for quite a while

We loved this place. The staff so friendly and helpful. They have gluten free bread for their subs !! On top of that they asked if we wanted the counter to be sanitized before preparing the gluten free sub. 5 thumbs up for this place !! Now which other restaurant go to this extent to make sure someone who has celiac experience cross contamination from bread prepared on their counters I don’t think there are many Great job guys !!!

Poor service. Order wrong. Bad overall experience

The young man working while I was there with my son and Husband was very Friendly and polite. He was in the process of cleaning the dining area (which was in very tidy and clean orderwhen we arrived there. He came to serve us right away, took the time to ask how our night was going and genuinely seemed like he cared. He was telling us stories and making us laugh and was very good with my two year old. I would definitely go back just because of his wonderful service.

Every table was dirty.....no napkins.....i want a new napkin every time I wipe my mouth...o ya tables are dirty everyone

Amazing, always pleasant when going there. Friendly staff, they make a good sub and its never messy. A good bunch of people to chat with while ordering, never a nasty attitude, and always polite.

Stopped in at 11:00am for lunch. Went to bathroom before ordering and was ABRUPTLY and FIRMLY asked ARE YOU GOING TO THE BATHROOM? I stopped, looked at her demenor and body language which told me everything I needed to know about this restaurant. DO NOT GO. In a restaurant with customers and you raise your voice at someone coming through the door... Youre starting off with the worst customer experience ever. I did not buy a thing and will never stop in again. Older lady with blonde hair.
