Subway in Emerald

Its just a subway, you know what your gonna get.

Love it.

Im a frequent to subway but I just had the absolute worse experience today at subway emerald, I walked in and asked for a foot long for teriyaki chicken and a veggie delight salad bowl, the lady proceeded to pick up salami and put it on my bread, I asked whos that for and she said you said you wanted a blt. I said no I want a teriyaki chicken on that foot long and I want a veggie delight in my salad bowl, she proceeded to cut up the salami and put it in my salad bowl and I asked whos that for and she said your veggie delight. There is no meat in veggie delight. I said no. She picked it up and threw it back in their containers. We did all the veggies eventually and I said salt and pepper. And garlic aioli and Mayo. No salt and pepper and no garlic aioli is what she gave me, or should I say didnt give me. I turned to my brother and said could she have stuffed my order up anymore. Where we had a light joke about it and then her manager went off. Shes just trying to make you a sub, I said firstly it was wrong everything was wrong and it was a salad bowl. She was hung over the lady who made it. But he defended her to the 9s and proceeded to tell me I should be thankful for what she gave me. Unacceptable

The place is alright and service is okay, probably just work on them exhaust as whenever i go in and out my hair and body smells like assorted food

Staff seem friendly enough but sadly they struggle to understand orders and are very rushed. Twice Ive been there and twice my order (and others in the queuehas been misheard or improperly handled.Subs are also lacking in filling with large portions of the sandwich being more bread than salad / meat.I would visit elsewhere.

I wouldnt dare say im a regular customer to subway. But with the delicious subs that are made I should be😊I I come here once or twice a week have been for the last couple months due to being based here for work! must I say .. far by the best fast and efficient service iv experienced here in emerald.I found it a little overpriced but well worth it.The lady and gentlemen working on Saturday night amazed me. The team work going on between the two was great to see despite the line of customers. Unfortunately no name tags were displayed so unable to name the pair. Whoever you both are "Well done you both are doing amazing!!! I am a very satisfied customer , happy with the service given. Sub sandwiches were overloaded/Fresh and toasted to perfection Well worth the price.Happy to say I will be a returning customer.Keep up the good work subway emerald.

Small area, sometimes fast service. Price can be a bit expensive

Would just love to say that the handling of all customers while we ate our delicious food was fantastic to see. Even the handling of the "Karen" that complained about her table that was too dirty to eat at was calm and collected. Customers like that dont get the right justice they deserve. Good on they oung fella that stepped out to wipe the table down that didnt even shed a crumb during such a busy time. I hope management see this and give the staff a pat on the back. Cheers.
