Subway in Cornwall

Went to subway. No grilled chicken. No drinks (fountain machine brokenno napkins (were completely out according to stafftables in sitting section filthy with crumbs and debris. Sub was decent but come on Subway, you can do MUCH better!

No lettuce or onions available at 2:30pm on a Wed. Young girl preparing sandwich looked doped up and like she wanted to jump off a bridge. Beauty.

Went the other night, it was pretty busy but that is no excuse for poor work attitude. I get it we all have bad days but the younger girl was nothing but rude and impolite. She was quick to make smart little comments and it was just overall an inappropriate attitude towards customers.

Awesome staff, very well coordinated and communicating well. My subs were great. My favourite subway.

The old lady ( Her name is VICKI with blue hair is very disrespectful.Me and friend told her to take out the bread from inside and she put the bread in front of us and said do it yourself.She was very rude and racist.She should be fired.

Not good at all. A girl who made my sandwich and put ingredients less than normal. I ordered a foot-long Southwestern stake and Avocado. Very little cheese, way less beef not even a scoop for a foot-long sandwich, scooped avocado half of a scoop, took out pieces of tomato .... Basically, almost the ingredients of the food pan were empty. The sauce I wanted ran out. I dont know if the owner told her to do it, or she made it like that because normally, truck drivers dont like lettuce or beef or cheese. Subway company should manage their stores regularly. Very disappointing. Not deserve to get even a star.

They wouldnt answer the phone so that I could cancel my order.

Ordered a very messy breakfast wrap .(I doubled up on everything)This made it impossible to make it a wrap , but the girl working today smiled and made it work.Amazing, it stayed together.Delicious.I do not recommend doing this.I really wasnt thinking about the end result.Had to change my shirt after eating 🤣🤣🤣Great service.

A Big zero for customer service and quality…For truckers it is much better to stop on exit 796…There is another subway which is far better then this

I normally dont make a review however employees are treated horribly I saw another customer ask to remake a sandwich because the employee put salt on his sub. Solid place enjoyed the food, lots of respect for the employees

Horrible experience all around. Had to confirm almost every aspect of my order. I speak loudly enough and enunciate properly. There was no excuse to have me repeat everything.Also, check out the photo I posted of the 6" sub I ordered. Sloppy, poorly packed in, too much sauce, and no regard for proper portions of vegetables at all. It was too big to close and fell apart before I even got home.

Looks like all new staff? Last 2 orders were wrong. Todays order wasnt toasted, and I think they forgot my sauce on the sub.

After asking for soup of the day, they said if can I wait 10 min, and soup wil be chicken noodles. i said ok. I ordered 2 signatures wrap and ask to make 2 combos soup and drink. After waiting 2 cups for drinks,they only charged only 1 combo. So, paid extra drink and soup at regular price (not combo price). 5 mi after received the wraps i received a bacon and potatoes cold soup.I was waiting a warm chicken noodles soup fresh prepared.

Ive come to expect very little from subway. All the locations in Toronto are usually dirty, prep counters that look like they have food fights. This location was so not the norm. Clean to the point of saying spotless. The toppings looks so fresh and the lady was the nicest person ( maybe owner? They should send the other locations here for training.

False advertisment its not open 24 hours.

I went there for a salad And when I got back the dish was not even half full I went back there for them to fix there mistake and called me a liar and said it had been eaten. I will never go back there again!
