The white bread was tough and dry. Kind of tasted like it was 2 days old

The food is absolutely stunning the employees are amazing and so helpful the manager of Stocklands is an amazing caring women who is taking excellent care of her shop the employees max and Dominic who served me were so sweet and engaged in conversation and made me visit a lot better :)

Max didnt change his gloves after serving a customer he had sauce left over on them , he touched the fridge and till, not a great experience with max every other worker usually changes their gloves, hope management goes over this with him

I was there last week 11/3/22, the sub was okay even though she left off the cheese. I was wanting to eat in. What a joke. Evidently they only clean the tables when the government tell them they have to. I think the tables should still be clean but they were not. So I ate it in my car. I wont be back in a hurry.

Scammed me out of my birthday sub. Kicked me out half an hour before close on my birthday because "they didnt want to clean the tables". Scammed my friend out of egg for his sub, gave him not much. My sub was good though. Service bad.

Not to happy with subway today

Website says it closes at 9pm, got here at 8.30 and its closed. Update your trading hours instead of wasting peoples time, absolutely inadequate! Thanks for nothing !!!!

I have ordered twice from this restaurant recently through Menulog, and both times they have forgotten part of the order. When I called they said contact Menulog, Menulog says contact the restaurant. No refund and no product.

Good food, staff are usually nice. Would not order food online though- many times we’ve ordered they’ve left items out and won’t refund or replace the food.

Whats not to love about Subway the best thing for breakfast or lunch or any time.

Great healthy food made fresh to order on the bread of your choosing. They even cater for parties! As an extra you cant go past their cookies for a sweet treat. Yum!

Especially in these times, with Covid-19, we are separated from friends and family. Seeing friends and family can give us joy; happiness. But this joy only lasts as long as them. As soon as they leave, youre back to living with yourself, and only yourself.True joy in life is made from progress. When someone can realize they are making progress in life, that they are learning, and getting better at the things they love, then they feel joy. Real joy. Accomplishing tough things is what it means to be happy. And happiness is hard to come by these days.Creating subs at Subway is an art form. Sub making is no easy feat. It is a challenge, and once completed, is an honor to have achieved. The first time I went to this Subway, many yonks ago, it was filthy. Terrible. But over the yonks, Ive seen improvement, and massive progress. Of course theyre not at the best possible state they could be yet, theyre only in their baby stage. But as time passes by and the clock ticks around and around, this Subway will be giving all of their customers pure joy.

Only subway Ill visit, top service and always fresh produce along with well made subways ensuring money for value, The guys here at stockies have never let me down unlike others around where I have not had such great customer service experience where I have had poorly made and lacking subs and been disregard multiple times when raising the issue. Trainee person made our sub. Nice rye foot long roll with fresh salad and chicken. The dressing or the roll tasted a little too sugary, not being a regular subway user. Excellent value. Must say that the bloke who was teaching the trainee looked unhappy, disinterested and hungover. Not the sort of person suited to customer service or to have at the front counter.

Well the food is good and up to Subway standard; service personnel was always kind to me. Only once the drink machine was out of one ingredient I needed. More important - most of the time, there is only ONE person staff member and I do know how he/she feels like.

Last time i went here there was only 1 girl working and the store was so dirty.

Worst subway ever fell apart and not fresh

The guy working there today was on his own, and he was getting openly and increasingly annoyed with the people he was serving, claiming they were “too slow”. At one point he rolled up some paper and pelted it across to the bin in a huff. When he served me, he was condescending, and rude and I felt extremely uncomfortable. He was also playing this trashy techno music on high volume. I heard him say to a someone that he would “usually have a go at customers, but I don’t want to get fired.” The other staff there are lovely, but this guy’s customer service skills are terrible. He’s probably somewhere in his 20s, tallish, dark hair, stone cold face.

Extremely rude and insulting service today. The fact that you are working alone is a matter to take up with management, not a reason to speak abruptly and abrasively to customers. When someone orders salad as “everything except olives and jalapeños” your muttered response of “well, that’s not everything is it” is churlish and ill mannered, and suggests that dealing with the public is perhaps not the best choice of work for you to be employed in. The old ladies ordering ahead of me were slow, and I can appreciate that that might be frustrating for you when you have a line of customers waiting, but you need to keep your patience and remain courteous and friendly. Not start hurling things into the bin and talking under your breath in front of customers. I enjoy eating subway but I won’t be returning to Subway at Stocklands Nowra.
