I came here with my boyfriend on our anniversary and we got Amy as a server, she was the sweetest person and her service was immaculate. I would recommend going here if you want good food and amazing service.

This is the second time visiting Fort Collins and the second time we’ve visited Stuft. Amazing burgers and appetizers!! The shakes are a must! Our waitress, Bartender/waitress Helena , was fabulous and took very good care of us! Such a beautiful nice girl definitely would recommend having her as my waitress every time she needs a raise

Great food, fantastic burgers and fries. But the food is nothing compared to the exceptional and A class service we received from Helena. However much you guys are paying her, it isnt enough give this girl a raise, she really deserves it, friendly and beautiful. What a combo!

Burger SLAPS, fries SLAP, milkshake SLAPS, service SLAPS. Kenna was our server and she was super helpful and kind. She also let us know about posting a picture of our shake and tagging stuft and getting $5 off the bill. Overall, I recommend everything here.

The food was absolutely amazing, and the service was even better! My server’s name was Mckhenna, and she had a great attitude and customer service skills. She made sure I had what I needed, and kept me updated on the status of my food. I will definitely be visiting again.

I usually dont write in reviews, but yesterday I went to stuft (where I have been many times beforeand was having a bad day. My server named Lily actually took the time to brighten up my day, and even got me to try something new on the menu! Instead of my usual black and bleu burger, I created a wacky one! She recommended I try the "glazed donut bun with the fried egg" and it was actually really delicious! She also had very fast service, and my water was always full. Thank you Lily for your excellent service, I will definitely be back when you are working!

It was definitely service. Good is questionable. Food wasn’t great, service wasn’t great. The brownie on our milkshake didn’t even have a taste to it. It just felt like I was biting into like a fudge but just the feeling, with no flavor to it.

Had an amazing experience here! Great food and lovely staff. When my fiancé and I went, they were very short staffed but Lily (our serverwas right on top of it with excellent efficiency and fantastic customer service! 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Uhhh-mazing food. We got the deep fried pickles and some burgers. It was delicious!! I love the way they do the menus. Fun atmosphere.

This place has the worst service I have ever experienced but their burgers are delicious. If you have time to kill and don’t mind your order being messed up and then being abandoned by your server so you can’t tell them that it needs to be fixed, this is the place for you! Once they make your burger correct, it’s so delicious and the serving size is excellent. Also don’t waste your money on the fantastic-looking shakes; they’re incredibly underwhelming. Also they claim to have the best Parmesan fries, but those are terrible, too.

We loved our burgers and milkshakes! The menu options are great, and it’s also nice that the burgers and shakes are fully customizable. They’re very dog-friendly and, based on how much our dog loved our server, Lily, we’ll definitely be back!

Our first visit to Fort Collins and we got lucky and hit Stuft Burger Bar for dinner. Then we lucked out again and were served by a lovely young lady named Kenna. Food and service were both outstanding. I highly recommend their Western burger and a chocolate malt. Check it out 👍

After waiting over 10 minutes for someone to come over to take our drink order we ended up leaving. Had the server been the only one working we would have understood the wait, however we had asked if she was the only one working when no one was at the bar or in the main area of the restaurant when we walked in and waited to be seated. We watched another server come out and she did not acknowledge us either.

Personally, I ordered through Grubhub, so I’m not sure if that had to do with the experience. I ordered food for my boyfriend and myself, when we finally got it, my burger for example was the spicy bison had a soggy bottom bun. I mean it was like they soaked it in water for 5 minutes and then put it together with everything else. I ordered my bison burger to be cooked medium well because well done would make it dry (AS BISON COOKS FASTER THAN BEEF), and any other option is too much blood. I noticed about halfway that it was pretty much raw meat with seared sides. The Parmesan, garlic fries were very much “just okay.” I am now feeling sick after eating. I was disappointed because of the variety and the way my mouth watered when reading their menu. The only thing good that we ordered were their sweet potato fries.

Makes me so sad to make this review because normally we love STUFT but today was not good-Brussels sprout appetizer was so dry and no seasoning. Our burgers- ordered medium rare got way past well done. Bun was burnt.There was nobody in there at the time we went and the phone rang off the hook with no waitress in sight. Our drinks were never filled. Floor was dirty, light fixtures were dirty, one dirty table across from us remained un bussed the entire visit. Breaks my heart to ever give a bad review but managers and owners need to be aware.

Loved the Cookie Monster milkshake. Bison burger was ok; should have ordered it medium rare as it was very lean and dry as a result. The edgy veggie burger was a little one-note.

Went here for the first time over the weekend. It wasnt too bad of an experience. The food was really good. The service was good and the servers were nice but I will say they said lackadaisical at times . Going into the restaurant I knew it was in smaller in size but the seating they had made us feel a bit cramped. Other than those minor things I would definitely go here again because the burgers are really good

I really hyped this place up too much from the pics I seen online prior to visiting. However, when we actually made our way over to experience it ourselves, it was only subpar. We went for my sons birthday. Their chicken nuggets were damn near burnt, I mentioned that to the waitress but she just went on about her business carefree. We were really looking for to the amazing milkshakes we seen online...but once we got ours... they were melted and was more like drinking flavored milk. They were good, dont get me wrong... but MELTED and not like any of the pics the kids and I had seen online. I really wanted this place to be a winner, but its a one and done type of visit for me. 😔

Absolutely loved this place! I had the spicy Bison burger and it had just the right amount of heat, between mild and medium. The Parmesan garlic fries were great too 😋

This place is foul and the service suuuuucks. I ordered a burger on sourdough that had the consistency of a hot dog on Texas toast. My stomach turned after the first and only bite. Server asked if everything was tasting good. I told her no and that I couldn’t eat it. She offered to make a new one and I said please no, I really can’t eat here it’s so bad. She asked if we were ready for the check and still charged me for the frozen fake “burger” I left on the plate. Again terrible customer service. I’d be embarrassed to work here. Obviously won’t be returning.

Stuft burger was a great time. The customization options on the burger are wild and you can really get whatever you want. Nice environment and really good burger. Amy was a great server and I will definitely come back.

Mckhenna was my server, and she was wonderful. Incredibly patient, brought us everything that we asked for, and the food was great. We had a great experience at Stuft!

Mckhenna did an amazing job tonight! We walked in with a group of 19 and she and the other lady working (didnt get her namewere gracious enough to serve us and were on top of everything. They made sure to check on us and were incredible.

Great food, reasonable prices and talented staff. Not only did I have the best burger Ive had in months, I got to hear a waitress politely ask a table full of punks to order food or kindly leave. Will return anytime Im in fort Collins for sure

Over all price for 2 burgers and two shakes (no alcoholwas over $70 after the tip. Not cheap by any means but the meal was good. So somewhere to for an informal splurge but probably not a weekly ritual.

This is by far one of the worst restaurants i have ever been to.Not for their food but for their customer service.During my visit the waitress was absolutely rude to us compared to other guests and blantly showed it. We only asked for 2 Things and those . Things were never given given us. When requesting the food I ordered I was the only 1 who had NOT received anything. When confronting the waitress she acted like it was our problem the food wasnt on the table. When eventually getting my order it was slammed down by a random person so fast it was shocking. At this point between the food and the attitude I was crying in the restaurant and the waitress continued to treat me absolutely horrible and at the end said to our faces "have good day."People around us stared. I came to visit CO hoping for an amazing experience and all i got was salty tears and no food. My partner told me they overheard them talking and heard them say something about checking their resume. So assuming our waitress was the manager, that hurt more.

The service was ok when we walked in but then it just got worse, we placed our order then a family of four came in and was seated next to us after we placed our order and there’s came out before ours, we had to wait over 45 minutes for ours, there were only about 8 other people in there too. Way too expensive for being just a not so good burger. Like how do you make a burger dry??? Would rate 0

Burgers were yummy, "chef" came out and asked how we were and if we liked the food. The waitress could use some lessons about how not to put her fingers all over the straws and edges of glasses. Dont let that stop you though, the other waitress did a good job...so it was probably just her lack of experience.

I placed an online order for a set pickup time and was notified 10 minutes early that the food was ready. When I got down there about 15 minutes later, I waited in the entry way for at least another 15 minutes before anyone came over to address me. When the food was handed over, the bag was barely warm and by the time I got home, the food was cold. Pretty disappointing experience, especially considering the price.

One of my favorites burger joints to eat at. We normally make the hour day from denver once a month for the best burger experience.Staff is great. Location its clean always.Have never had a issue with my order.And if there was one, im sure it would be taken care of.Definitely a recommendation. And worth the drive.Get the salted Caramel brownie shake. You wont be disappointed!

Staff is friendly and food was tasty. The build a burger option will satisfy every burger lover.

People who havent been to Stuft, dont understand Stuft. Its about flavor, indulgence, the unique, and again, indulgence. Seriously though, this place never ceases to surprise me. Super original burgers, and house made shakes that will blow your mind. Great servers who know when to let you catch up with friends or family and just enjoy yourself. May I suggest the patio for awesome FoCo people watching. My daughter and I love that activity. Even with my description, you will still be surprised. Thank me later. 🥲

We were looking for a decent burger and found one!This place served up delicious and perfectly cooked burgers, tasty fries, and a tasty and visually appealing milkshake. You can get crazy with your burger and add a glazed donut as the bun, which my partner did.The service was good as well.I wish the burgers came with pickle spears, but they accommodated our request for pickles by providing dill slices.

First time here. Grabbed the Breakfast Burger, Soo effin good. I just wish the bottom bun didnt get soaked so much it was breaking apart. Would definitely recommend any local to come here. The desserts look amazing as well but I didnt get it.

Took the wife here for dinner and it was awesome. I created my own while my wife had a menu burger. We were both really happy with our meal.

I live all the way in Aurora/DIA area, but this place showed up in a Yelp email and I knew I had to go. Finally made the drive with Hubby on a Sunday and we are making future plans to come back and try more of the menu! The food is so good! Hubby ordered the triple decker and velvet cake shake, I ordered the burger of the month and the shake of the month. (Pic of their Monthly Specials Card is includedWe also split an order of parmesan fries. The burgers were delicious, the milkshakes were heavenly, and the fries were addictive!Amy was our waitress and she was so sweet. Food came surprisingly fast, and service was great all around. We ate on the patio and it was nice to people watch on the street and enjoy FoCo Vibes.Cant wait to come back and try more burgers and shakes, and Im definitely gonna order my own plate of fries next time! Was definitely worth the drive!

Great place. Service was excellent, although I don’t remember my servers name, she was polite, friendly and gave recommendations. She spoke highly of the place when I asked about it/serving job. Had the sweet and spicy Hawaiian and buddy built his own double patty. Everything was priced just right for what you get….some STUFT burgers! Fries were perfect. Had buffalo wings. $9 …a little on the pricey side for boneless when you get about 8 of them, but that was no reason to give them anything less than 5 stars.,I’m definitely going for a SHAKE next time. I’ll be back!

Delicious burgers, beautiful layout and friendly, helpful staff. A bit on the pricey side, but absolutely worth a visit for the best burgers, fries, and shakes Colorado has to offer. I recommend the hawaiian burger with signature parmesan garlic fries and a strawberry shortcake shake. I look forward to the next visit!

Delicious! We loved it here. Good atmosphere, good food and our waitress was so sweet but she didn’t come around enough (maybe bc we sat outside and she forgot about us). We custom made our burgers - awesome options. Unfortunately they’re really small portions of sauce... like crazy small portions! And they forgot my caramelized onions which was a bummer.thankfully I got extra sauce (but they cost extra $$). The crispy onions are so good and crispy! The fried pickles are soooooo good. Great burgers! The patty was perfectly cooked. I’d definitely still come back here because the burgers were yummy.

The Fort Collins location has great service, really good food, and some interesting burger combos. Can recommend the shakes enough. The kids meals are not tiny either. Great for the whole family
