They dont seem to care about their clients at all. A real shame, the food is good, but the attitude and behaviour is atrocious. If you are prepared to wait for a couple of hours for your food and the waiters ignoring you even after several loud requests - take a risk and dine here. Im pretty sure we could have just left without paying if we didnt go to the manager and ask for a bill TWICE.

One of the top 5 bars I ever visited, and trust me I came around! his "American" bar is more American than anything Ive seen in America :)

Nice place

Nice place near the Neva river. Would recommend their fish soup and Nut Butter Beer. The place has evening activities and becomes crowdy during the evenings.

We love hamburger and here was close to our hotel so I said let’s give it a chance.The food we tried is in picture. It is a sample of three different Hamburgers.Well I regret because it was not big enough for me haha so if are also XXL fan better to choose something else.The atmosphere and service was kind.Taste was ok nothing very special.

The weirdest of places. They dont give you a paper menu, instead you get a tablet with an app, where you can choose what you want. Yay, technology, faster ordering, less contact with a waiter, one might think. But no no no! Once you choose, a waiter comes and retypes the order from your tablet to his tablet! Why in the name of God, why? Its so inconvenient, instead of x menus you get just one per table, if youre a bigger party placing an order takes ages. And on top of that the place is quite expensive and the food is not good either. Disappointing on all fronts.

Worst experience ever. Very very rude staff, sent me the wrong order when I talked to one of the bar staff he yelled at me saying not his problem whilst the one that took our order pretended that he didn’t see us. Don’t bother to go there. Much nicer places and way cheaper.

If you want to eat something fast and not too expensive with a view on the waterside and in case play to bet on small guess events this place could be an option. Space inside was busy eith this lottery but there is also a covered terrace. Dont have high expectations because place is simple and easy going.

I came for World Cup 🏟 2018, and I admit that this restaurant is underrated and should be among top 10 sport bars worldwide

During World Cup matches it’s better to avoid this place. Very poor performance was shown by kitchen and bar.

A nice place with a lovely view of the city center. The meal was good for a reasonable price. We went there to watch the Hockey Championship and got absolutely fascinated with the technical equipment of the place

Awesome ambience. Located very close to the city centre. Very active staff and plenty of food choices to select from. One can thoroughly enjoy the World Cup football matches here throughout.

Waitress claimed that they were unable to split a bill between two people paying separately by card. There is absolutely no reason why any restaurant in the modern world should not be able to split a bill between two people. The strange thing is, we came here several months ago and were able to split the bill without any problem? If you are going to make it difficult for me to give you my money, then maybe you dont deserve any of it.
