Jalan PJU 5/20e, Pju 5 Kota Damansara, 47810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia, Batang Berjuntai
Modern shopping center with international brands, outdoor restaurants, a supermarket & a play area.
Good....
Rather empty mall but well maintained. A good place to work quietly…
Went there for MVM BABY EXPO held on 4th to 6th November 2022. Parking is convenient. Lots of stores and mostly they have good restaurants. Mall is big and clean.
My kids really enjoy that moment so many aktiviti & the price for me a little bit expensive but its okey anything for my kids
The environment is fine, but there are very few visitors. I hope the management can do something to promote the mall.
Basically a dead mall, with maybe few outlets to cater business or office crowd and there is a TGV here
Empty mall, nothing to sayVisited here due to an event.
SKATEABLE ON SATURDAY FROM 8PM - 10PM. REFER FB ENCORP STRAND FOR UPDATE.
starbucks and tgv only, others not interested and very deserted
Facility is okay but rather empty as not a lot of shops and stalls are open.
A good strategically located mall, But classic example of how our Glc managed peoples fund.
Still didnt have that much shop in it. Pretty quiet and didnt really have that many people. But theres Starbucks and Aunties Anne there. Theres also a nail saloon at the lowest level if Im not mistaken, and a barber shop.
Great nice mall, but not crowded, possibly due to weekday.
Its so so quiet. I come here for the gym on the top floor and its abit of an eerie walk there. Half of the lights are not switched on and the toilets on the emptier floors are dark. I can tell there were well decorated but no one will see these chandeliers if its pitch black in there.Theres good potential in the open-air area but no attractive restaurants or grocery shops to spend time in. The main shops left is Starbucks, the gym and the cinema
Despite parking bays surrounding the mall, theres too many cars still unable to get parking space. Roads seem to be going in circles and could be confusing for first timers.
The cinema is the mall itself..it is easy to park your car here
Quiet but rather safe. Guards r focusing only at 1st floor. Walk n sit around guardian area only. The management should look into it.
Just a dead mall. Nothing special. The shoplets around it are also closed. Hard to find other living beings nearby but crow. It is also dark in the mall so i restraint to go in the mall. Most probably just an abandoned mall for now.
Big Mall with not to many tenant, there is Alpha IVF Clinic dan Starbuck here
So silent, but convenient if you want silent mall with few eateries
It looks alright from the outside. This shopping mall feels out of place in this location. There are a growing number of vacant lots inside and at the surrounding. Security guards are approachable. Theres also a Starbucks near to the main entrance.
Oku parking inside the mall to the lift has a step. But it is good that the security people are kind there
Dude the workers here are insanely rude. Like i was getting ready for my Zuhur Prayer and this one staff came in and forced me to go out. He started slamming the wall and even turned off the lights on me? Like what in the world is wrong with you?? He even took a picture of me. Till now i dont even know what i did wrong??
im staying at the residents.. now the mall already fully open can access easily.. not so crowded.. many shop is closed.. and some open.. bring small baby and kids to play is the best.. less people mean less complications less sick people 🤣
Dont even know how/why this building still around..been a nearby resident for past 18 years. Amenities is clean enough. Should have decent retailers/tenants but then it went downhill. Pity. Serves just as a covered parking at most and this was even before covid hit..really had high hopes for it..before had TGV to look forward too. NO other interesting retailers except Starbucks? And the fertility centre..
The Strand mall has had everything to be a successful project but if failed to bring any good brands. After the grocery hypermarket closed in ground floor, there have been less walking people in the mall and only some cheap and low quality stores are still open there.
Underground parking lot is actually a great place to do scary movie or a very panicky scene whereby you are chased by a group of zombies or being stalked by antu or creepy dude. Keep the yellow light, in the basement. Its fun that way, considering the best thing in the mall is the uncrowded cinema. So it can give an early scary vibe before entering cinema.
Mall needs to do a lot to attract shoppers and traffic . parts of the mall appears to be darkened..Good strategic location for neighbourhood shopping and new business if you can attract customers.
Hard to get parking when have food festival. But the place so big and organise.
Started on 11.3.22 msia-Thai food fest. Probably open for night customer compared to day guestsOnly MyS scanning available. 2 rows of stalls totalling above 20selling variesThai street food. In between over 30tables sitting 4/table for guest to consume food.
I just wish they can have more shop it just looks like a place with good opportunity but it’s completely vacant. There is a cinema and a Starbucks for God sake why are no people taking a chance at opening stores there?
Joined the chi gym here since 2017 with my best friend, seen it through its up and now its down. I still go to the gym. It always make me feel like home, even though the place it getting quieter year by year. Its funny when ur loyal and you get to see a place and faces change right in front of you. Will stay here untill its the end of the mall. Hopefully it will outlast me. Well i guess it may.Bonus: heres a pic of waroeng iga that used to open here. I totally forgot about it existed here.
The place is still very empty. Other than Starbucks and Auntie Anne I did not see any other food outlets. Good place to avoid crowds and stay away from the heat but dont expect much to shop there.
One of the least crowded shopping malls you could ever find in the whole Selangor! Thats why I personally like this mall, prefer to come here if possible. There are a few shops and restaurants opened. Even so, Starbucks, my news, optical shops, some tech gadget, music academy, tgv cinema, Arabic restaurant, post office etcOne good thing is toilets are relatively clean due to less people!Still xmas trees make the mall kinda joyful and merrier on my recent few visits there!I also saw the event for The Audition!
This mall has potential and space but the accessibility is zero. Thus people don’t come often thus less retails or restaurant can sustain the business there. Really hope the management can do something about the accessibility to this mall and welcome more interesting shops. The deco and infrastructures are already there, just need some adjustments to invite more traffic to this place.
Quite a big shopping mall with full facilities but almost empty. Only a few outlets remain here. Empty, quiet, silent and so sad.
Many shops is closed due to MCO.3. Not many people, except for those who came for vaccination.
The Covid-19 pandemic seems to have taken its toll on this shopping mall. Once touted to be the hub within Kota Damansaras central area, it has never really taken off. Today it sits almost visibly vacant as the only notable stores remaining are Starbucks and Mr DIY. Most of the others have either closed down or relocated. A pity for such a good location. We were in and out within 20 minutes.

The mall with well designed toilets but bad toilet contents. Probably go only for TGV and Guardian.
Dont even bother to visit this mall or waste time here. Its definitely a mall not worth visit due to extremely quiet atmosphere, many shops are empty, vacant and closed, no branded store inside, which makes the experience really boring, more like a ghost town instead. The only good thing about this mall is the TGV cinema which you can watch latest movies whenever available.
Good place to visit for only watch movie . Not crowd , a lot of parking and parking fee is cheap.
A bit quiet shopping mall. Have a lot of empty shop either close operations or empty since the opening. For those who not like congested shopping mall, this is the place you should come, but limited shop available. Anyway, they have TGV cinema operating which is convenient for families.
Most shop i go before was close down. Not many shope operating here nowdays.25/1 - 6/2 Thai Food Festival infront The Strand Mall!!
If u know what u want from this mall, its the best place to go coz it has less crowd. Sadly many shops closed down, leaving New Market (incredibly cheap and nice goods!), Mr DIY, The Kids (the best indoor playground), Guardian, Chi, Starbucks and TGV. I only named a few famous ones. The toilet is superbly clean and beautiful. The surau is big and comfy..... I hope the mall wont close down due to no tenant....😥
There is not many stores available. But there isnt many people too. So easy parking.
Not very crowded mall. Lots of parking space available either ground floor or outside the mall. Mist people come here for the cinema as there are not a lot of shops in this mall
Front View Of this Mall is Wonderful. But inside the mall is Not well developed Yet.
There are few shops there, got tgv cinemas ,quiet place, the building is very nice designed,a place for watching movies and having variety of foods from sams deli....
Doesnt really have that many people flocking the mall except the outside courtyard seems to attract Pokémon GO players recently. The mall has Starbucks, TGV Cinemas, and Sams Grocer among other small kiosks. The architecture is nice but sadly the location isnt strategic since its a bit far out from the main road. Besides theres already a lot of malls nearby so why bother?Overall an ok place if you play Pokémon GO (there are around 5 pokestops on the outside courtyard with lures majority of the time 😉or like to shop somewhere quiet and not crowded.
