Hotar mig som kund för att jag frågar vad anledningen är till att åldersgränsen är 30+ för att bo på ert hotell"Det går inte" Kan du vara mer tydlig? "Inget" Vad menar du med inget ?"Vi vill inte ha snorungar här""Kom till hotellet och snacka i mitt ansikte, kom"Värderlöst bemötande mot mig som kund. Låt inte hans beteende på jobbet mot kunder flyta bort.

The hotel publishes pictures on the major booking websites THAT DO NOT REFLECT THE ACTUAL ROOMS BOOKED. I booked a room which had a picture of a double bed, and was greeted by a TINY SINGLE TWIN room. When contacted, the hotel refused to accept responsibility and simply told me to go screw myself basically.DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Otrevlig personal, missvisande info på Booking, inte alls speciellt rent och slaktad bil ståendes på deras parkering. Utsikten över sevärdhet bestod utav grön containrar, dvs en återvinningsstation och ljudisoleringen saknades totalt. Nej. Aldrig mer.

I wouldnt recommend this place to my biggest enemy. Awful experience.

We sent several request via Booking.com, via the contact form and via E-Mail, to ask kindly if we can change the visit date. Beside an unsatisfying automatic answer via Booking.com only in swedish, no body answered the requests. After weeks of waiting for an answer we called the hotel. They told us that we have to send a Mail cause via phone they are not able to answer / discuss requests. Really disappointing!We really understand that due to the Covid-19 pandamic the backlog of requests is massiv high, but after waiting for weeks of an answer we loose our patience. That is a really bad manner how to deal with costumer requests at all.

Wouldnt recommend for a long stay. The room is not very clean. And some furniture have stains. The neighborhood isnt the best I think. On the car park of the complex was a car with smashed out windows and flat tires. And in the night a lot of youth hang out near the apartment.

The rooms are very small and dirty, the "kitchen" (if you can call it that, just a little benchtop with two burnersand utensils were dirty. The accommodation is smoke free yet people next to our room were smoking marijuana and hanging around the halls all hours of the night. Someone tried aggressively to get into our room at night. For the price you pay for this place, its awful. I wouldnt recommend and the location was in a bad part of town.

The interior looks good and everything we needed was there. Friendly staff. Although the room we were in was not properly cleaned. Yellow spots in the curtains, cigarettes in the windows framework and a dirty freezer.The apartment is located a sketchy neighborhood too. There was a car parked with flat tires and smashed in windows in the private hotel parking.Would not recommend for a long stay

Leider von außen eine Absteige und innen stinkt es im Flur und aus dem Bad. Die Zimmer werden einmal die Woche gereinigt. Das Personal ist freundlich.Der Preis für die Leistung viel zu hoch!

Très bon hôtel juste à côté dune station de métro. Petite déception pour le lit qui est en fait deux petits lits côte à côte. Présence appréciée de plusieurs petits magasins .

Nice hotel for longer stays. Rooms are clean and serviced often. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Not bad for an economic solution... not the best for a romantic one. Not really clean... I expected a bit better than stained curtains and not well aerated rooms leaving a stuffy smell.

Luktar unket i duschen.Enligt personalen ska städning ske en gång per vecka samt byte av handdukar, men jag bor här just nu och städerskan gör sig otillgänglig och jag har ännu inte fått städat efter 8 dagar.Tyvärr bor jag här i 1 1/2 månad. Jag kan tyvärr inte rekommendera detta ställe.Enda positiva är att det är nära till tunnelbanan.

Terrible beds, poorly kept rooms and not well equipped.Dirty glasses and cutleryReally bad sound proofing, with a lot of noise around from neighbours and staff.Bed had its middle slat broken, which was horrificly uncomfortableLight fitting wasnt attached to the wallNo hangers, no hair dryerBags of rubbish lying around the halls and stairwells most of our trip.Staff did not make themselves available and were generally unfriendly, not even a smile walking by in the hall. Wouldnt stay here again, and would recommend you dont either
