Sterlings is always a great place to meet people because there are so many options on the menu that everyone will find something they like. They have an excellent breakfast and salad bar.

The salad bar was good. Our entrées were awful. For the price we paid we expected decent food. My husbands medium rare steak was well done. My chicken cordon bleu was awful. The chicken had ZERO seasoning and tasted like charcoal. It tasted like it was defrosted in the microwave. The steak had ZERO seasoning. I thought ok we can fill up on the soups. They were bland as well. Nothing had seasoning. Salt and pepper go a long way, but it seemed like they just refuse to season anything. I took one bite of my cordon bleu and didn’t touch it again. The waitress checked on us and noticed I hadn’t touched my food but didn’t seem to care. We paid and left. I did say that the cook forgot to season everything, and she just said oh sorry. It’s Not her fault, but was highly disappointed! I brought my food home to my dogs since it was expensive, and they wouldn’t even eat the chicken. That right there said it all. My son had spaghetti and meatballs and he didn’t even eat it, he said it had zero flavor: My daughter ordered the chicken Alfredo and ate the noodles but not the chicken because it was so gross. I was really wishing something would have tasted good but nothing was good. I usually never write negative reviews because the cook could have just been having an off day, but I physically feel sick now and so do my kids so I thought I would give you guys a heads up. Like I said this could have been just a bad day, but it was bad enough to say something. We didn’t make a scene just paid and left. There were SOOOOO MANY FLIES! That was a red flag right away. We mentioned it but they said it’s normal there. I hope everyone else has a better experience.

The service was exceptional and our waiter Anthony was a Rockstar. Friendly, courteous and a made sure all our needs were met.The food was ok my fish was overcooked and another party members steak wasnt cooked to their preferred level of doneness. Anthony once again immediately took care of the situation. Even if he wasnt usually a server our party could only hope to have him again.

Delicious food: funnel cake fries, crepe, cinnamon roll. Coffee not the greatest.

The most beautiful lemondrop martini ever! Edible flowers frozen in the bottom of the glass. The food was delicious, as well.

Went in for dinner with my family, wasnt very busy and got seated right away. They were out of a few items we wanted on the menu and the waitress didnt pay much attention to our order. Missing drinks and food, had to ask twice to get them. I wouldnt recommend this place. Youre better off at ihop.

Best consistent service I have found at any restaurant in the Tri-cities. I have been here for 6 months and we go at least every other week. Food and service is always on point. I have never waited for more than 10 minutes (typically no wait at all). Great food and great staff, fully recommend.

It was my first time there and I liked it. I got the Cod dinner but liked the halibut so was lucky to trade it with someone. I wouldnt get their Cod again but plan to try something else the next time.

My husband and I always share a burger. Its just right for the two of us. Their unique fries are awesome

The Stirlings on Queensgate is one of 3 in the area. They have some standards but they are mostly in house specialties items that were developed by the chain. Its a decent meal, usually, but the dinners we got last night had very small portions. It wasnt a good "bang for our buck".

I had the salad bar. The crab was imitation as expected and I didnt enjoy the flavor. With salad dressing and a few additional items the salad was just a strange flavor.The clam chowder was awesome. Service was terrific. No WiFi so our club meeting was a little awkward. Some items were on a laptop and we couldnt access what we needed to on the internet.

First of all - this review is contested. My wife and daughter, both of whom cleared their plates, would rate at 4.5+ stars. I’d rate it at 2.0 stars without much fanfare. So 3 stars is a fair compromise - maybe 3.25-3.5 is fairer.I had a bacon Bloody Mary, a delicious beer, and a bleu cheese burger. The Bloody Mary was nothing special. The mix was probably not homemade, and it definitely wasn’t a free pour shot - which kind of matters at $12/drink. The beer was in a bottle, not tap, which is a bummer cause a 16oz glass really deserves a tap pour. A 12oz bottle doesn’t fill that glass, and it’s uneconomical due to the $7/beer price tag.My burger was below the quality I’d expect from a Bob’s or similar burger joint. It was fine. It was edible. It wasn’t like, $16 good though.Like I said - my wife and kid loved it. Clean plate club for the ladies. My lady had scallops and shrimp served over spinach. It was $30, contained three scallops and four shrimp. Again - uneconomical price to portion ratio. She felt it would be more valuable at a $20 price point.The kid had the chicken fried steak, and I got a bite of that. I found there was little seasoning to be found in the steak, breading, gravy, or hashbrowns. Kiddo and I agree that it was behind Magill’s, SagePort, Frank’s (Spokane), and Satellite (Spokane). Per our review - probably not top 5 in Eastern Washington.Caveat - this is my review so my opinions, and to reiterate, the women are their whole plates.All in all, $120 after like $30 in tips, decent enough but probably not gonna become a regular spot.

Food is dennys quality, and the cashier just adds a tip without your authorization. I was going to leave a tip but they just steal your money.

An amazing restaurant with ✨ Amazing ✨ food the thing I ordered was the salad bar which had many options and multiple gluten free, and or allergy options. I would definitely recommend going to eat at this restaurant if you are looking for some, fancy, and comfortable restaurant. Although I would recommend you dress very neatly and well if you are going there as its mainly the setting and feeling of a fancy and expensive restaurant. But the prices are easily affordable and fair.

Came in while on an out of town trip. I don’t know what I was expecting, but I wasn’t expecting the amazing quick service, generous portions, amazing food, and great prices. I am pretty certain the corn beef was made in house and it was amazing. I will remember this place when I am in Tri cities.

The service was not good. We saw our waitress twice thats it. We ask for two things and never got it. It was not that busy. I saw employees by the salad bar talking to each other. This how people loose business.

I swear Im in love with Keelie. She was our server on my dads birthday and she was a sweetheart I was crushing the whole time. 😅 The food at this Sterlings is literally so much better than the G. Way Sterlings plus the wait time is shorter since they have a massive amount of seating compared to the other locations! Thank you Sterlings for never dissapointing! The California Egg Sterling is what I get all the time. Will always love it!

They had an impressive menu and generous portions were served. All the staff members were friendly and provided great service. The biscuits and gravy were delicious and the bloody Marys were perfect.

Being forced to watch Fox News with its negative, fear mongering entertainment - really took the fun out of a good meal. Four large TV screens, you could NOT get away from the negativity. Terrible way to ruin good food.

Had great food and service. I tried. My coffee cup NEVER got past half way. Amazing crew. My only error. I didnt write my waitress name down to give her credit. Dinner or breakfast. Predictable good food and service.

I go on Sundays for an early breakfast and always have a consistently good tasting meal. The choice of omelets is great and all taste great. The hashbrowns are fantastic and the fresh squeezed orange juice is the icing on the cake. Always clean inside with friendly staff.

Update visit 03/22They are doing much better! Not quite back up to par, but getting there. Good job, but keep working on it guys!Update 10/21I want to have better things to say. I just dont. The food today was just ok. Worse, the server argued with me when I complained about the food being cold. The service here just continues to go downhill. Its really too bad. This used to be my favorite datenight place to go.I wish I could give this place 5 stars. Normally I would. Today, I say skip it. The waitress had to come back to check if she got the order right....ummm ok. Then it was all wrong! My Cinnamon roll had sour, spoiled frosting. My son didnt get his fruit until we were almost done with our unpleasant meal and it was not fresh. The replacement Cinnamon roll had hair in it. My eggs, which I asked for with cheese came without cheese. The waitress took them back and added cold cheese toy warm eggs. Yuck. I finally got my eggs with cheese, but by then I was fed up. My English muffin was given to my husband so it sat getting cold until he realized it was there. He almost sent it back since he didnt order it. 75% new staff is an excuse and not a good one. They should still be able to do their jobs. Spoiled frosting and rotten strawberries are pretty easy to avoid! Skip the trip until they can figure this mess out!

Food and service was great! Drinks are a bit pricey but the food more than made up for it. My husband and I had meals from the lite menu. Portions are still large enough that I took 1/2 my salmon home. Salad bar is amazing. We will be back.

When I ordered takeout at noon on 3-21 the man working the front desk was very rude. Usually Sterlings has great workers but this guy had a lot of attitude and anger for me doing nothing. On top of that when I got home to eat my order was wrong. I will never go to this Sterlings again.

Sterlings is a great place to eat. We ate at the Richland location. The place is nice and clean and the customer service is fantastic. Price is real good and reasonable. I love coming here even its once a month.

Went on a dinner date with my wife. Never been there before so we tried it out. Would not return. Over priced for basic food. Subed the fries for onion rings and 2 out of the 5 rings were under cooked tasting nothing but batter. Didnt get refills of water / pop until after we finished our food. When we went it was 1 other couple there. Not busy to wait that long for a refill. Poor service and low quality of food.

Wonderful service and great food. The crepes were a little too eggy for me but the rest of my breakfast was delicious. Husbands corned beef hash was good but he did say it was rich. In fact, he didnt eat it all which is rare.

Extensive menu. Most menu items are tasty and a good value for your dollar.

The people are friendly and attentive. The breakfast is plentiful and came quickly. The only negative I can say is the eggs in the omelet tasted foamy and dry like they are from a pre made mix.

Our waitress was awesome but the food we ordered was TRASH!The photo is their Chicken Cordon Bleu.They were trying to pass small white shrimp as JUMBO TIGER PRAWNS.I cant believe the "cook" passed those plates to the waitress and expected her to serve them.... very sad!They have a decent salad bar. Its not as good as SIZZLERS salad bar but its ok.

Sterling is one of my favorite places to eat. Until today. Ordered a Denver omelet to go. Veggies were burnt, there was no cheese or ham. Had a biscuit and hashbrowns with it. All of the food was overcooked and dry. Paid $17.00 and couldnt eat it. Fed it to my dogs. Who even hesitated to eat it. Will be along time before I go back if I do.Very disappointed. A waste of my money.

First, about half the staff did not wear face coverings, despite state governor’s mandate. When we asked our waitress to wear one, she left and sent another waitress over who did wear a face mask.When asked about it, we were told the manager said face coverings were optional.The food was very marginal- my soup was lukewarm at best.The open salad bar looked very sketchy and we did not dare to partake.There were two couples at our table- the bill was not correct and had to corrected at the pay station.Basically, a very bad experience.

This is an absolutely amazing place to dine out! My family and I have tried several items on the menu and everything has been delicious. The service is always excellent as well, and we have become almost weekly customers now!

Atmosphere is great and the people are too. I struggle to find food I like here though. Feels like a journey to cross off things that are created substandard. The club sandwich was super dry. It was almost ok but just not done well enough to make me want it ever again. Some things are ok. I guess Ill have to pick one dish and stick to it instead of exploring the menu.

Angela was a great server, and took good care of us. The food was totally on point. Even got a birthday sunday!

My husband and I had the absolute best service today! We went in on a whim and we will definitely be returning! The servers were amazing, they were so helpful and payed attention to our needs. We never had an empty glass, and our food was out relatively fast! We both ordered the french dip and fries. I will hands down say top 5 best french dip Ive ever had! Also we ordered side salads and the lettuce was super crisp with crunchy cucumbers and cherry tomatoes!! My husband and I both agreed we think they should sell their croutons! They were so delicious!

Theyre open with indoor seating! Big yummy menu 💗Understaffed, so longer than normal wait times. Cold inside because front door has to stay open to comply with state requirements. But really nice people!

I had never been to this brand before. Passing thru Tri-cities and found this location, just off the interstate. Just so happen to come on the first afternoon since limited inside seating was allowed - as COVID-19 closers were starting to be lifted. Today it looked clean inside the restaurant and saw good cleaning and procedures being used.The staff & menu promote that they are known for their "Steak - Seafood ‐ Salad Bar".I had the captains plater. It was very large portions and tasted very good.Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the massive salad bar and soup stations was not available - so can make no judgment on that part of the menu.I enjoyed the strawberry cheesecake for dessert.I plan to return with my wife next time we travel this way.

I was there as part of a large group of people. The service was great, and even though I walked in late, I didnt have to wait very long for my food. I had one of the reasonable priced dinner deals which included grilled shrimp, a delicious steak and a loaded baked potato. Even though there were lots of people it was still easy to talk with the people at my table, so the acoustics were great. I also liked the art that was on display.
