Food is not good at all, one of the worst I eat in Tirana. Staff looks bored and annoyed the all time I go there and the service is slow and super expensive for the quality you eat. Wont go back!!

The service is good and Eggs Benedict was good, the pancakes was so so.

TOP!!! Absolutely loved it. The kitchen is TOP, had hot dog and chicken wings!!!Theyve lost it with the music: could be something more alive and more American. The soundtrack sounded really sad and touching, so this is a total loss of an american mood. Still loved the place!!! Because of the kitchen. 5 star

Food was classic American Dinerstyle, employees speak decent english, happend to had a little chitchat with the owner. A living witness of time from 1990 until today. Amazing Experience.

One of my favorite breakfasts in Tirana! Really great food and super nice staff, the waiter was very kind and most importantly the food was amazing, especially the banana pancake it’s the best I’ve ever had not gonna lie. Smoothies are good too.

Tried this place tonight for the first time. The atmosphere was very nice and the servers were very friendly. Other reviews said the service was slow, but we didnt find that to be a problem. The menu is quite large and a little bit of everything. Reminded me of an American diner. We will definitely come here again.

Ordered fried chicken, does NOT look like the picture, was just two fried dry chicken breasts & the waiter said thats just how it is. There was no chicken wings, tenders or nugget shaped pieces as advertised by the menu photo. The pizza also looks/tastes store brought and is much smaller than other places with the same price. The side of fries was also pretty limp/stale for the wait time it took to cook. For these prices this is not worth it, you can do better elsewhere.

The brightest spot about the place is the wonderful service and the very sociable host/owner!! Ive eaten there three times in the last two months.The first time, I had the club sandwich and fries, if I recall correctly (about the fries). It was quite enjoyable! Tablemates had breakfasts and the two with hash browns looked amazing!The second time, I had french toast and sausage. The toast was OK but the syrup was delicious! The sausage reminded me of hotdogs so next time, Ill order bacon.The last time I ate there, a week ago, I tried one of their Asian dishes. The rice was WAY undercooked, an absolute rookie mistake. I dont eat much rice so I pretty much skipped that. Ive forgotten what the dish was called, basically some mixed veg with some meat. It had lots of nice flavours but without the rice to balance it out, I didnt like it. I certainly wouldnt take the chance to order it again.Their menu is wonderfully diverse so Ill try several more times in the next three weeks Im here in Tirana. It feels like eating at someones home!

As an American I can say the food was spot on. The portions are big. The menu is varied, having also Asian and Mexican dishes (but Americna style). The food was all what youd expect, good quality. Its not like real pasta or real Mexican food, those of course you need to get at authentic restaurants. But it was good. Inside and outside seating. Menu in English. Staff friendly.

This is a nice little place for expats to interact. Its also quite tasty.

The food is okay, I come here all the time. The only problem is that they are veryyyy slowww, and I am not talking about how it takes at least 30-40min for the food to come after you have already ordered it. I am talking about how it takes them about that long to come and take the order or even bring the bill when you ask for it.So do make sure you have over 1 hour time if you really want to sit and eat something here. It is almost the same with the drinks.

It is traditional... In an American way though. And they dont hide their Christian believes which might effect your appetite

I was at Stephen Center today with my nephew and my sister for lunch. My nephew wanted to have a good burger for lunch so we took the chicken sandwich and the cheese burger. They do not have to much vegetarian plates in the menu so I did not have a lot of choices but the onion rings and nachos were just fine for me. The cherry pie and the brownie were delicious as well. I am giving them 5 stars also because my nephew forgot his school bag and we went there two hours latter and the waiter returned that to us.

While living in Tirane for two months, Stephen Center was the go-to breakfast spot for my wife and I. Great Eggs Benedict. The Turkey dinner at Thanksgiving was great as well, and we always enjoyed good service here.

Went to grab a quick bite on a not-too-busy weekday but somehow ended up waiting for 15 minutes before the waiter took our order. Ordered two Cokes and a Club Sandwich. Other diners who came in after us got our food before us. Meanwhile, we got the Cokes right away but had to wait for more than 40 minutes to get the sandwiches. During this time, the waiters didnt offer any explanation as to why my meal was delayed, nor did they apologize for the long wait time.Customer service has always been hit-and-miss at Stephens but assuming they might be understaffed, I had simply brushed it off as bad management and always tipped. However, this was not the case. There were two waiters who only had 5 tables to serve.

They have amazing American style food—would recommend the pancakes 10/10. The staff was very kind as well

Firstly, it was good to see my flag there hahaI really loved the eggs benedict, enjoyed the cake also but the espresso price was different than on the menu, it was kind of annoying. Im going to the place with my husband now I hope he will like the food

Absolutely love this place! Best breakfast spot in Tirana. The staff are great and owners delightful. Although a little more pricey than comparable spots it’s definitely worth it! My go to was the Mexican breakfast I just couldn’t get enough of it and I especially loved that the bacon was streaky and very crispy. These are important details fora bacon aficionado!

We have eaten here a couple of times and are taken care of by great employees each time. Weve had a couple of different things and all were prepared perfectly.Has a very nice patio area overlooking the roundabout.

The location of the restaurant is great, ordered a BLT that wasn’t very impressive though. Staff very friendly. Parking is scarce.

We didnt know this was an American themed place before we walked in. Was actually feeling homesick beforehand and was glad to stumble upon this restaurant. Food was actually good and the staff was friendly.

It was really nice having an attempt at a burger. I mean it was a burger technically, just not the same as back home. I’m not sure it’s ground beef but maybe a mixture or something else completely. It basically tasted like a meatball patty but it wasn’t bad. It reminded me of a reminder of a burger back when. Great service, good portions, would recommend and would return.

God, the food is tasty, but the speed in terms of them making the food and/or the delivery is long and sometimes, some items arent as described and the food size is underwhelming, although still worth it on spot. Staff is friendly and the people that own the place/cooks are super nice. Recommended, go eat here. (Bacon Cheese is my favorite :))

Food and service is always good here. Great fruit smoothies. Love the eggs benidict but disappointing that breakfast menu items are not served all day. WiFi is good for working. Meeting room available for groups. $$$ but portions are generous.

Stayed here for two nights. Very clean and cozy. There is a shuttle service available to and from the airport which was most convenient. Breakfast is included in the cost and is made to order at a lovely cafe downstairs. Everyone I met associated with this establishment was kind and courteous. Would definitely recommend.

This place is amazing for breakfast! I especially recommend trying the chocolate chip pancakes, eggs benedict, french toast, or the full english breakfast :The milkshakes are also worth a try, as is the fresh orange juice. Definitely worth a visit for a nice brunch!
