The best Jerk chicken in May Pen, Clarendon or even the country.The price is right for the portion you receive. You can pay extra for hard dough bread.Food is delicious and staff are friendly. The chicken is spicy and the seasoning is done to perfection. Im not sure if its the woods they use to Jerk the chicken or the ingredients for the seasoning or both. However, the taste is perfection. Also the chicken is sold by quarter, half, or whole.The service time is quick. They constantly have chicken on the fire so they can provide swift service.

Stiers only serves jerked chicken. There is nothing else like pork ok or rabbit served. It is primarily a takeout and delivery in May Pen although the shop has a few bar stools and a single table. There is also no proper parking and you will have to park somewhere else and walk the rest of the way.The food is good in my opinion and if you dont like your chicken dry, this is the place to come. The chicken is prepared with a special all natural jerk seasoning with no powder seasons. The chicken is then marinated over night before being placed on pimento wood over a jerk pit for it to slowly cook for sometime. The seasoning is typically on the spicier side although you can add more pepper if you want. You can also buy hard dough bread with the chicken.
