Well what can I say I am working late I tried calling to order a wacky Wednesday and well the lady answers the phone. She first says that this is the Swk Steers yet I called the number for Walvisbay Steers. To be exact the time was 07:30 08/12/2021. I dont know why but the phone gets put down and left. I asked if someone is there for a solid minute but yeah. I guess they must have been busy or some reason but the service I got was invalid. I guess Ill order somewhere else from know on.

Im very very very very disappointed in their delivery service. So... I ordered burgers around 7:52 and told them delivery, and I waited. I then called them at 8:58 to make sure if my order was still coming (mind you they close around 9and the lady that answered the phone said yes and that the dudes on his way. So I waited again. Did they come through with the order? No sir😤, I tried calling around 9:19 again, in vain. Now Im sitting here with nothing to eat, at least if she had the common decency to just tell me no were closing sorry. Totally ghosted🚮

Been making excuses not to rate a while back, but now I feel obliged to say that you truly do NOT get what you pay for at steers dunes mall! Whether it’s the “beef patty” being chewy or the chicken so dry that it makes you almost choke to death or/ and almost just non existent OR even having only cartilage pieces for ribs! Either way it’s always been the only take away I’ve been horribly disappointed with and where I actually had to add something to everything to make it palatable....☹️☹️☹️

The staff is not always as helpful as can be, the food is good, setup of shop is very good.We always enjoy going here, especially if its for ice cream. The menu is relatively, fairly priced but some items seems a bit pricey compared to others.We however will still support them, depending on item.
