I dont like the quality of their food, Oily chips etc Their ice creams not appealing, taste like the cheapest version of ice scream. Not for me... I have given them chances but they have proven to me that improvement isnt their thing. Staff is friendly.

Good and tasty for a quick takeaway

I ordered 4 burgers and 3 milkshakes on uber eats. I did my payment of R304.90 and went to pick up my order. Upon arriving, my order was not accepted and about an hour later, my money was only refunded. I proceeded to order once again, being unsuccessful again. I went to steers in lady grey street, put my order in, paid and received my food. At home my patties on all 4 burgers were burnt to crisps, there was extremely little sauce and an old slice of tomato.My milkshakes were not ridiculously thick nor were they tasteful. My chips were sour and tasted like old oil had been used.I am extremely disappointed in the service and quality of your food!!

We as Capdan staff are very dissapointed in the wacky wendesday we bought at steers. Was burned and dry sauce was little.

I bought a King Steers and the burger was not lekker flame grill and the chips was only 4 strips. I was really 😠.

Friendly staff, efficient service, and wonderfully designed space.

This Steers was robbed twice recently but still no security person in sight. I would think a security gate would give more protection for the staff and customers but nothing. Also their ice cream tasted horrible. If you really crave for Steers rather drive to the one in Paarl Mall.

The had:1. No Sauce2. No Rib Patties3. No Macon4. No soft serveGot nervous. Patties were tough and old. Chips were lovely crispy, as always but tasted like old old oil...There is something wrong here...very concerning..

Very disappointing. Waited for 50 mins for our order, and when it was done I had to ask for it, before it was packed. The burger was dry and the tomatoe tasted old.

Although the shop was nearly empty I had to wait longer than estimated but the food was good and the cashier very friendly.

Possibly the worst experience I have ever had in purchasing food.Not only did 1 of the 3 cashiers take 20 minutes to attempt to take my order (had to repeat myself 8 times and the manager was called in to assist, which didnt even helpafter which I had to wait 40 minutes for my 3 burgers and chips to be prepared by the single person in the back attempting to cook the 20 peoples food waiting for their orders. After which I left and my entire order was wrong, I was even missing a burger and had to drive all the way back for it to be replaced. Avoid At All Costs!

Bought double rib rack. Advertised as pork ribs . Got very unappetizing tough, fatty cold BEEF ribs....and if that was even a full portion....(8boneswas inedible. Wow very disappointed

So where do I begin. After getting my order wrong. I asked you to deliver the correct meal. You proceed to bring me the half of some other order, still wrong. AN HOUR LATER & COLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WTF

Burger patties were burnt and tough. The xxxlarge chips box was filled to less than half. The burgers were very cold.

Tasty burgers, fries, ribs and subs. Great milkshakes. Portions will fill you up well.

Food is alright just one problem small portions of the food. Dont get me wrong i love the taste of their food just that their not worth the money. Small portions for alot of money i would rather go to burger king and pay for the same amount for bigger in size also burger king has much more better options burger king compared to steers is like the parent of steers. Gives you value for your money and steers is more like they are just there for the money plus the people working at this place they are not very inviting its like your talking to an npc in a video game the dont give you that welcome feeling at all. They could do better in business if the adjust their price. No complaints about the taste of their food only price

Triple check your order!!!!!!!!!! Happened twice now where they dont pack a burger or chips. When you go back they tell you its not their problem. Also they can work neater when making milkshakes

Got the order wrong. Didnt supply me with all the required utensils. Food was great though!

We found a spider in one of the 6 burgers I bought and the manager just took the burger and refund it without an apology. The Manager is very unfriendly ignoring customers without greeting anyone while we were waiting to be served, while the Only cashier serving cones.

Their ice creams is a must on a summers day in Paarl. Good food, fast efficient service. Area can be a bit dicey though. Remember to be aware of your surroundings and be safe.

Burgers are dry definitely on a budget.. Floors are always dirty not a pleasant experience..
